thanks @ruby696 I know it is in my head but this is when I became high risk with DS so I feel like once I get over this I will feel so much more relaxed.
@mamaj1220 I hope you get some sleep tonight and hope your AS goes well and they get all the pics they need and your doctor can review them the same day!
@pirateduck Yay for yoga! I took a week off and just got back into it. Baby is definitely growing and forward folds are starting to get awkward. Hopefully we can both keep at it once we’re carrying a basketball
@mamaj1220 Good luck tomorrow! Sending all the good vibes
I've been feeling a lot of movement the past week or so and then yesterday I barely felt anything. I read online that it seems that can be normal but it's still giving me a lot of anxiety 😫
@randic22 I had a day like that too, but kept telling myself I didn’t feel the baby for months and the baby is just in a different position and all is fine. If you are really stressed though, call your dr and they should squeeze you in for a quick check with the Doppler.
@randic22 I find the more I move, the less I feel the babies. Probably because it puts them to sleep. I hardly felt them at all on weekends for the first few weeks I was feeling movement. Maybe sit quietly for a while if you're able to and see if that makes a difference.
@randic22 I second what @ruby696 said. I definitely notice more movement when I'm sitting at my desk at work than I do on the weekends especially if I'm up doing things a lot. Hopefully you can find a little bit of time to sit/lay and relax and drink a cold drink and see if you feel anything.
Thanks for your responses. It makes me feel better knowing other people have experiences similar. I think I was pretty active yesterday the more I think about it.
I agree with the other ladies, @randic22, I don't feel the baby when I'm up and about. I feel the baby when I am still, when I am at my desk at work, when I'm in the car, or when I'm plopped in front of the TV.
@randic22 I actually read somewhere in my first pregnancy that it's common for baby to sleep while you're active during the day, which could explain it. I find that to be the case for me this time around too.
@jess09lynn I'm in the same boat as you. I've told everyone I can that I will be getting a lot of "preloved" clothes bought for my nephews/niece & am looking to stay eco-friendly.
I registered at babylist which let's you add things from anywhere on the internet with a link and add non-thing gifts like babysitting and meal delivery etc which I think helps people feel wanted. I also added gift certificate options for activities we can do with the baby/sleep classes etc but they have a cash fund option which you can mark as "education fund". My favorite is the ability to add charities on there. I can't figure out how to add more but found one for "finding the same birth of a mama". I feel people think wanting organic/eco-friendly stuff makes you high maintenance or ungrateful etc but having homemade clothing options and donations helps a bit. I know I will get clothing/toys/things so I added a few cheaper options for those things in the hopes that I'll get stuff I want. Anything I don't want/don't have space for, including diapers will go to a women's shelter.
You can also write a blurb on the welcome page that let's people know you prefer used/non-thing gift items. I also told my close friends/family that I'd like to not get a lot of stuff so that they can hopefully spread the word to others. I'd be happy to share mine if you are looking for inspiration on words.
Long post but I've been thinking about this a lot and hope this helps.

@randic22 I had a scare on New Year’s Eve where I hadn’t felt her move for a day or two. The doctor squeezed me in for a quick sonogram, and everything was fine. She said the sometimes baby sits against the placenta or rolls away from me so I wouldn’t feel anything. She made me feel so much better though.
@jess09lynn Good luck with shower and family/gifts.
We have been cloth diapering nearly exclusively since our oldest came home from hospital, 3.5 years ago. He's still in overnight cloth, our second is full time cloth, and now I'm having to replenish some of our needs as stuff that I bought used that's been through two kids is threadbare now. But, people still buy us disposables sometimes. And for the shower, even though I made an Amazon and a Babies R Us registry, nearly no one bought off of it.
On top of it....so much that they bought didn't include receipts with it. Maybe was bought online or something? Idk. But we ended up with, no joke, 8 sets of baby soap and lotion, 6 of which made my son break out, 24 baby hooded towels, and 92 baby washcloths. Most that couldn't be returned. Zero sheets or waterproof mattress pads....I guess no one liked our gender neutral stuff. I was really frustrated. it was great that so many people wanted to shop for us, but I always do gifts that are either: on registry, handmade, gift cards, or cash when it comes to showers. We were just so broke, it was really hard to have to buy so many necessities and be unable to use/return so much we didn't need.
