Re: The Great Question Thread
@robynlynn2000 the B6 doesn't make me sleepy, but the unisom sure does (which is why I only take it at night). Maybe try it on a weekend just to see how you feel? FX that we all start feeling better come 2nd tri!

@wheresjam47 thanks for the tip. I will take my unisom no later than 8pm. It is SO hard for me to wake up in the morning. I usually wake up on my own by 6:30am and now I have to drag myself out of bed at 7:30am. Good thing I can get to work whenever I want.

Also I am in Indiana if that helps.
Does anyone else have vaginal spotting after a difficult poop? That seemed to be when I had my spotting earlier on, and I hadn't had any spotting for the last 2 weeks or so...but tonight I was really constipated and I spotted very faintly on the tissue. General online searching suggests it is typical and can be the same reason that we spot after sex sometimes--cervix is more vascular and sensitive. But most of the online responses are from people at various stages of pregnancy, and I'm curious about this group in particular since we're in the roughly same 4 week window...if anyone else is willing to respond haha.

@cari1414, decreasing morning sickness around 10 weeks is normal
@cari1414 totally normal. Enjoy while you can. It might come back.
A board related Q: can we get a pinned board acronym list thread? Some of them are obvious, some of them I can figure out from context, and some of them are totally over my head haha.
