I finally got the Mad Mex burrito I’ve been wanting. The chicken was a bit overcooked but it was delicious (and they have the best ranch, whoever was talking about restaurant ranch recently) and I was actually able to eat like 1/3 of it and not feel so miserably full
I went food shopping hungry after work yesterday and ended up with Cadbury mini eggs, Funny Bones, and seafood salad!! I’ve never bought it but my grandmother used to always have it in her fridge. I saw them put it out at the deli and bedtime thing I knew it was in my basket. So gross but so good!
Yesterday I wanted cake, so last night I ate a brownie and it actually upset my stomach. Like WTF thanks alot brownie who I was looking forward to all damn day.
@cooaladolly I did not know they made Nathans onion rings, but NOW I really want a nathans' hot dog....
I packed a nice healthy lunch of quinoa broccoli salad, yogurt and fruit today. Ate two bites of salad, put on my coat and boots and went out to buy cheese raviolis at the Italian cafe near my office. At least I tried, right?
I cooked a frozen pizza today (supreme) for second breakfast and chased it with a little root beer. I only ate three pieces. I'm not ashamed. After all, I had a Greek yogurt cup for first breakfast, so it all balances, right?

I’m usually a chicken person so the red meat has me thrown for a loop!

That's me but with Cinnamon Toast Crunch, I just throw out my low carb diet on the weekends lol.
@Cass005 OMG now I want cinnamon toast crunch! that sounds AMAZING!! LOL!! I ate a whole box of chex this week. I'm weird, I like the healthier cereals like chex and special k, but man I could go for some cinnamon toast crunch now!!
This morning I got a craving for a chicken salad and planned to get one for lunch on the way to DS’ tball game. Well Panera forgot to put half of the lettuce in! I ordered it with romaine and spinach and it was just spinach and the container was half full. It was delicious but obviously not enough food. I was extra disappointed bc it’s the first time I’ve craved something healthy in 2 months haha
A few notes about the attached food photo. I generally despise potato salad, but tonight I sounded amazing. Also I haven’t wanted one healthy thing in 8ish weeks, but with it being 80 today I really wanted a salad..it is covered in dressing and croutons but hey the green is there.
I just ate the best chicken salad sandwich I've ever had. I made it at home and it was nothing special, just chicken salad on whole wheat with lettuce and tomato. But holy smokes was it good! I could eat five more I think...
@fit-mom2b I LOVE corn dogs. I usually only get one once or twice per summer when we’re at an amusement park or fair or something, but I might have to track down those Applegate ones 😋
I found a place near my office that makes a really good grilled turkey panini which I ate for lunch on Friday and again on Monday and I plan to go and get one again today. I usually try to pack my lunch to keep costs down but this sandwich is just so good!
Trader Joe’s has puff pastry wrapped hot dogs that you bake in the oven that I can’t stop eating 🙈. They are amazzzzzing! And pickles. So many pickles.
Anyone else struggling to eat healthy?? The Baby is not having it. So many food aversions, more so than cravings. I've been trying to eat healthy but between the morning sickness and the food aversions I find myself mainly eating fast food and pizza, it's the only thing the baby wants😫 Everytime I try to eat something better for me I can only eat a few bites. To note, I haven't gained any weight, maybe 2 lbs, and at almost 13 weeks now. I am taking my prenatals and I've been very healthy, blood work and baby are great. I'm Just worried if I keep eating like this it's gonna be an issue.

carb deal and I’m trying really hard to not go overboard and stay balance.
However, baby just wants pizza, spaghetti, pickles, or cake. Nothing taste
good. So far nothing has made me sick, but its just like my taste buds have
done awry. Surprisingly, salads have been safe for me, I’m surprised, but
happy.

I don't know if I've mentioned it here yet but still craving some spam musubi (I think what I really want is rice, low-sodium soy sauce and sriracha).
Also just had a PB lover's açai bowl and it was very good. Too bad they are not more filling because it hasn't even been 2 hours and I'm hungry again.
