I have the Lansinoh dual pump. I got it at Target for about $150 after reading very good reviews. Its a lot cheaper the then the Medela's and gets the job done. Im a first time mom to a 6day old and used my pump today for the first time and pumped 5.5oz in a 15min sitting. Im not sure if its due to the pump or just me, but was very pleased with the results. It was also much more comfortable than I thought it would be.
I recommend the hospital grade pump to everyone. When your supply evens out around 3 months, the $150 pumps just don't cut it anymore (well, at least mine doesn't). I wish I'd rented one from the hospital.

I have both the Lansinoh manual pump, which I really like and is nice for when i'm at home because it doesn't have to be plugged in, etc. Got it at Target.
I also have the Lansinoh double electric--haven't used it too much, but it seems to get the job done pretty well. I also got it at Target.

1. Ameda Purely Yours. LOVE it and it's cheaper than the Medela.
2. Got it online, can't remember what the website was.
