@mrskoz428 sorry you didn’t get any answers! I had wicked abdominal pains a few months after DD was born and they never found a cause for it. It went away after a few days, but it was debilitating while it lasted. I hope you feel better soon!
They are hoping that the cause is my uterus pushing on the ureter just right to cause a back up. Usually it doesn’t cause this much dibilitating pain, but it’s their only hope. They are thinking by 24 weeks or so, baby will have grown enough to move up and off the ureter. Apparently the squishing is normal, but the pain is not.
You guys, I have the best DH! I spent the afternoon/evening Christmas shopping and dining out with two of my girl friends (and zero kids). It was awesome. The best part though, was coming home to a clean house. I had been feeling really overwhelmed with housework lately. DH had cleaned the kitchen, his half of our room, the bathrooms, started laundry, and was shampooing the living room carpet. He just earned some major brownie points!
@eatinwatermelonseeds sorry you've been having a rough transition period with your DH and the move. I hope things get in a better rhythm for you and your family soon!
@fatmonica there is nothing like coming home to a clean house! We went into cleaning overhaul mode yesterday because we had visitors coming over, and we still had a lot of boxes unpacked from our move (ahem, five months ago), and when I woke up and came downstairs to a clean kitchen this morning, it was like breathing a sigh of relief.
