Another anterior placenta here. I feel like baby has been pretty active though. Lots of what feels like her somersaulting. DD1 was lying on my belly the other day and got a solid kick to the head, lol. Welcome to being a big sister!
@madreofdragons - I'm so excited for DD to be able to feel it. She's going to be such an amazing big sister again since she's capable of so much more than she was at two.
Baby was really active earlier this week, but yesterday and today it's tapered off quite a bit. I get a kick every few hours, so I think he's moved to a spot right behind my placenta (anterior) and so I'm not feeling his kicks. Kinda nice to have a break, but also kinda nerve-wracking. Welcome to motherhood, eh?
H felt a kick last night! Finally! It wasn't the strongest I've felt even, but his timing is just hilarious. Baby stops moving as soon as H puts his hand on my belly, I swear it's on purpose, but we finally tricked the little sucker. Yay!

The first time DH went super close to my belly to talk to baby a week or so ago, the baby kicked or punched him in the face. HILARIOUS!! feeling a lot more movement, and more often. I think it is so fun
I completely forgot I start to feel the hiccups in my butthole until yesterday. I immediately remembered calling them butthole hiccups. 4 months of butthole hiccips to go.
I have yet to experience butt/back/vag/bladder kicks. He seems to be mostly kicking outwards near my belly button, and punching near my pelvis. He was head down during the AS, so that makes sense.

I’m waiting to the feel the hiccups at every ultra sound we have had he gets the hiccups at some point during the appointment! I’ve heard they can get a tiny bit annoying in the middle of the night but I can’t wait!
I am 23w+1 with an anterior placenta and I went a bunch of the last few days feeling maybe something once a day and just an isolated thing, when it happened, which was bumming me out. Last night, I laid down to sleep and I felt a LO party in there for a good five minutes. Felt so nice!
So crazy how easy it is to worry @sjnsjnsjn . I didnt get much movement yesterday at all, one kick during yoga but really nothing else all day. Didn't get my dance party at bed time either... so needless to say this morning I was worried. Got the doppler out which baby hates... woke baby up with it (yeah, kind of mean but my peace of mind was necessary). Been feeling little pushes or kicks for the last couple hours. Don't scare momma baby!
I wasn't getting much movement the last few days, either. I think Friday night he had a dance party at bedtime, but not much since then. This morning, as I was driving into work, I was listening to an Avett Brothers song with a strong bass drum beat. The little guy went crazy and started kicking around the entire song! Then he slowed down and stopped once the music ended. So either he hates folk/bluegrass music, or he loves it. Jury's still out.
this LO is a mover and shaker for sure. Felt him moving around as I went to bed, when I woke up at 1:45am bc DS was crying, and again this morning when I woke up. Now I'm just sitting at my desk and he's wiggling all around in there.
@grebretso I had a quiet day on Monday. I kept trying to make her move and she was very stubborn. That was until I tried to sleep and then she went full on dance party and hasn't slowed down since.
i had a couple days last week with really strong, see them from the outside, kicks. Now I think baby has moved, so I can feel them but can’t see my belly bouncing around for now.
Last night we got to watch baby put on a show! First time this pregnancy we’ve been able to see movement from the outside. Belly was jumping all over the place!
My baby keeps kicking down, into my cervix, and sometimes it feels practically like the kid is in my vagina, or anyway pounding against it, and that is not a comfortable sensation. Is this happening to anyone else? I’m like kid get out of there!
I know alot on here wish to feel thier LO more often. I feel guilty because I just wish mine would be calm at some point. It's sweet but this dude moves all the freaking time... Like non stop. Yesterday until 3am I was up because he just kept dancing/karate/drumming whatever. I just wanted to sleep. Insomnia is already a thing, now add LO constantly moving. I get a lack of sleep and then feel crappy because of it. This makes for a grumpy momma. I do like feeling him, promise. And if I ever get a quiet day I would probably freak.
