*Thank you to whoever posted about baked potatoes last week!
1. Turkey meatloaf (my daughter loves it with lots of ketchep...catsup...that red stuff)
2. Taco party - I get the giant can of taco seasoning and it has the recipe for the taco meat on it. If you have extra tortillas, you can make breakfast burritos with eggs
3. Baked salmon with baked veggies
4. Baked chicken with veggies
5. "Chipotle bowl": chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, black beans...corn...whatever you want...in a bowl with a chipotle-sour cream drizzle
I also like to bake a batch of potatos at a time...reg or sweet. I put the oven on 400 and put the potatoes on a lined baking sheet. Then I bake them for an hour. If I make more than I need, i can send one with the hubs for lunch, eat one myself for lunch or just have two dinners worth already cooked.
The thing about Patrick Stump though, is that his lounge singer phase made me quite leary. I definitely like him better as part of FOB. They complete him.
I hope those bands work for you til you’re ready for full-on maternity pants.
During my first pregnancy we didn’t have a lot of extra money for me to go buy maternity professional clothes and casual clothes and fortunately I was able to use the belly bands with some of my work pants until about 8 months or so.
The coordinator of the program has said we could get another student in January, but since we'll only be 4 months away from baby at that point, I'm not sure it's a great idea.

We’ve been purposely keeping ours off until after our service appt in a couple weeks and we have had some chilly mornings too. Luckily we have a space heater that I set up in the living room to help us through the wait.
DH questioned why I got sourdough English muffins and club crackers at the store yesterday. My response was "I've thrown up five times today. If I'm gonna throw up tomorrow morning, I want it to be something I enjoyed." He backed off lol

@wishiwaspreggo that’s OBNOXIOUS. I also take issue with the fact that a TB article warned pregnant women not to announce their pregnancies before second tri. SCREW YOU, women can announce their own personal medical information whenever THEY choose so why don’t you just shut it. Stop telling women what to do. What if something goes wrong? Well, what if that woman needs to grieve in public? You can’t tell her how she is allowed to handle a loss and you can’t tell her she’s not allowed to be publicly excited about something so big. In case you can’t tell, I’m fired up about it.
@expandcontract Eating a pregnant woman’s food is just wrong. I’d be pissed too. My husband learned the last time around not to eat eh last of anything. Tears have happened before.
@wishiwaspreggo Agree 100%. If I want fruit, I’ll say fruit, but if I’m saying ice cream, you best not show up with fruit. The pregnancy advice these apps give on certain topics are just terrible.
My coworkers have noticed I am not feeling well. I work with a lot of women and I know none of them would ask me if I am pregnant, but I am positive they are on to me 😂

The thing is, I can't really count on my hubs to bring me back exactly what I want regardless. Pre-pregnancy, I was like: Please pick up some PEPTO on your way home. P-E-P-T-O. The pink stuff. Please.
And then he comes back with Kaopectate bc he thinks it's a superior product.
I would like to think though, that he would appease me with the good stuff if I was really fiending for sugar... But it's a safer bet to get it myself.
If anyone needs a great fluff show on Netflix, I highly recommend the Great British Baking Show. I could curl up all day and watch this.

@k2k2tog I went in yesterday because I thought I had a UTI. She prescribed the antibiotics, and then my urine came back fine. She suggested I still take them, she's sending my urine for culture. I just feel like if there isn't anything to cause alarm, why take a medication for no reason? Of course I plan to follow my doctor's instructions, but I'm worried.
@eatinwatermelonseeds yeah... I'm not a doctor, but that seems like kind of an irresponsible suggestion. Antibiotics are no joke and if there's no reason for them, you definitely shouldn't be taking them. I would probably push back, especially if the idea of taking meds is also affecting your mental health. Can you call them up and ask if you really need to take them? And what the risks are if you don't?
