@emmasemm- o my, what a day! That is just crazy. I think you made a good call. You were on estrogen priming right? so hopefully that helped keep your FSH down. I pray everything from here on goes smoothly with this cycle. You so deserve it. This process is really just the WORST and hardest thing a girl could go through. I am cheering you on SO much!
Thanks for all the thoughts ladies- its been a ROUGH morning. So my lining was 6.6mm on Tuesday. So apparently today my lining now has a little fluid in it and its around 4.5mm. But my estrogen increased from 1330 to 2400. I mean I am not sure thats even possible for a lining to go down so much in 3 days with estrogen rising like that. It was a newer tech and I honestly wonder if she just measured wrong. I almost told the nurse I am just cancelling my cycle now if my lining is really that thin. She convinced me to give it until next Thursday when I come back from my trip. I am also adding the IM estrogen shots. I am just SO f***ing pissed that nothing can just ever go right. I am terrified there is something seriously wrong with my lining or my polyps are back (though they were tiny and removed only 6 months ago). If this doesn't work, I may have to take some time off. I am really not sure I can keep going through this and maybe my body just won't respond to estrogen after being on meds for like 10 months straight. Sorry for the long vent, I am just honestly at the end of my rope.

@jamieh2000 wtf??? How can that happen??? Your estrogen is sooooo high. I mean how can that not work? You are completely right to be pissed. That’s just a punch in the gut. Maybe your lining needs this little holiday with you to get it’s isht together.
And yes, it is first time trying Estrogen priming. So I have no idea what my FSH is going to be. But too late now - the two shots are done and we’ve started.

@emmasemm wow lady, what a crazy time you have been enduring!!! I think you did the right thing starting the meds. I know it feels crazy that starting now with all the stress might not be great but my best friend was conceived during the most scary and stressful time of her moms life and same goes for my sisters daughter (my sister’s husband had a very serious medical scare, it’s an insane and long story so I won’t go into the details here but he is fine!) so I really think that although the stress is awful it doesn’t mean it will impact your results. Rooting so hard for you! Hoping this holiday weekend brings you peace.
@jamieH2000 I am hurling my middle fingers at the universe at the moment. F&@k lady!! Just WTF. I’m hoping with all I’ve got that these IM shots and the holiday weekend are going to grow that lining to the best most beautiful thickness it can. You have waited and waited and had false starts and disappointments all while keeping your head up and I can not even imagine how you are feeling right now. You are so strong it’s insane! I’m so so sorry:(. I hope this holiday weekend works actual magic on your lining!!
AFM I Have been having a full blown period yesterday and today. 3 days ago I had heavy spotting and then woke up 2 days ago with a full bleed. It’s 11 days since my period ended, this Lupron is garbage, my body is feeling awful, I’m so exhausted it’s nuts. My doctor is like....”hmmmm.. must be breakthrough bleeding from a persistently thin lining.” I don’t think so lady, it wasn’t even long enough to have a persistent anything! This is not ok. It’s certainly NOT menopause and NOT drying up my lining. Sooooo....yeah. Just trying to ride it out. Nurse appointment 6/1 to figure out beginning FET. The universe basically is being all sorts of mean to many of us right now.
Me: Hashimoto Autoimune Disease Homozygous MTHFR Cr677 DOR - AMH .27 High FSH (don't even know how high) 2 iui's to start - BFN IVF 1 -3 made it do day 5! 2 5AA 1 6BB PGS results = all abnormal IVF 2 - stimmed for 19 days. insanity. Sent in IVF round 3 and 6 (4 embryos) for PGS testing and got 2 normal embryos!!! 1Boy and 1Girl. Took a little over a year to get those two embryos so demanded all sorts of test prior to attempting transfer. Did EFT, ERA and NK Cells testing.

I'm not really enjoying these updates as much as I would like to!
@JamieH2000 WTH IM gonna keep calm and not yell at the universe yet!! I wouldn't cancel maybe getting away while continuing the process will help the lining thinkin!! Just seems so odd!! I'm sorry is always something!!

@hopefuljj- sorry it’s not going according to plan! So you will just go ahead and start FEt cycle this week then?! I think this must be a sign you don’t need a month of lupron suppression!

@Hopeful_mom thanks lady:) today it’s just like a light period so hopefully this is ending. Although I had a number of hot flashes today, so I guess with no bleed comes that?? Lol I just don’t know!
@jamieh2000 I’m so glad you are focusing on just enjoying yourself! You are taking the right attitude for sure. As for me, i am not starting FET yet. I’ll talk to my nurse about timing at my appt on June 1 so should start my long protocol sometime around then I think??
Hope everyone is able to enjoy their Memorial Day tomorrow:)

Well I got the labs (from Friday) and sent them in over six hours ago. Four voicemails with the clinic (three on their emergency number and one on their regular number) and an email including scans of the results (in case they can’t trust my voicemails). And nothing. Considering they called me both Saturday and Sunday morning to see if I had the results (despite me saying the OBGYN was closed from Friday lunchtime to Monday morning) now it’s weird that nobody called back. And it’s making me nervous.
I really really really want to go ahead with this cycle - my FSH was... wait for it... 14.8!!! Down from 17.7 at baseline last month. I mean that’s like freaking awesome! It’s the best FSH I’ve had in 13 months of continuous baselines!
And then another surprise at my scan today - I now have SIX measurable follicles. 6!!! That’s double I’ve ever seen on a scan before. Three on each side. And maybe there are a few more “waking up”. My estrogen rose from 50 to 111 which matches well to the extra follies that popped up so far.
I can only think the EPP worked for this first phase. I mean I know there’s also a risk they are empty or don’t continue to grow. But six on CD5 had me almost in tears at 8am today.
So now I am so nervous that when the clinic calls back they will have a reason to cancel. I want them to call and put me out of my misery, but I kind of don’t want them to call so I’m in my little bubble of six follies for a few more hours...

So they let me continue so far, but always a bit hesitantly. Lets see what they think of the scan this morning... So I still have six follies, one is at 14mm, one at 11mm, two around 8.5mm and the other two at 6mm. So maybe not all are responding fully, or maybe the ones that popped up between baseline and Monday just are still feeling a little sleepy. I’m now waiting for the BW to come back and interested to see if my E2 has risen and where my LH is... Based on my previous cycles, if the biggest one has reach 18mm by Friday I guess they could trigger me Saturday night or Sunday for a Monday or Tuesday retrieval... IF they let me keep going! Its definitely a rollercoaster. And I still have to do this at least twice more before we get to transfer!
For the first time however I have a problem with my lining! So it’s good that we’re not planning a fresh transfer. It has grown each US and is very cloudy and 2cm thick with a really solid part which makes the OB think it could be a polyp. So we will watch it and see. I blame the estrogen. My body is not used to crazy high estrogen so I think it made my lining haywire. Which of course could well put me in the “difficult for FET” category! But we will worry about that in a few months if we have a few embryos. First things first, we need embryos...

Ok short update - we’ll we’re not cancelled yet! In fact now I have to totally change my plans for a Friday as they want me in London in person for what they think will be my last monitoring with potential trigger on Saturday or if not then Sunday. I think it’s a bit premature and tried to push back and do one more monitoring at home on Friday and then fly to London on Saturday morning, but because my biggest was 14-15mm then I guess it’s also fair they see me Friday just in case things move really fast. Talk about a rollercoaster - yesterday they were threatening cancellation, today pushing to get to retrieval. I just need the smaller parties to suck up some of the good drugs! I’m getting enough, I am like a human pincushion with 6-8 per day!

Hi everyone. Need some advice. I am on day 10 of stim injections. And I only showing two follicles. E2 is up to 258. Dr has given us the choice to decide to convert to iui or to move ahead knowing we only have two follicles for egg retrieval. He does not think that the results will change that much on another round. I also did eps priming before the injections I’m so confused as I don’t know what the best option really is. Any thoughts or opinions would be appreciated as I need to decide by tomorrow morning.
@Imajin99 hello, it is hard to give advice if I can’t compare it to anything. For example, I have canceled 2 cycles with a similar response but my RE also knew that I had seen better cycles and could do better, plus I often had empty follicles so 2 could easily mean 0. Without your history I don’t know how to respond because one of those 2 could be a golden egg! But if you usually respond better, (if you have cycled before) then maybe it’s brst to convert. Forgive me if you have a signature, I’m on my mobile and can’t see it. Good luck! It’s a tough call!!!! Sorry I’m not of more help!
Me: Hashimoto Autoimune Disease Homozygous MTHFR Cr677 DOR - AMH .27 High FSH (don't even know how high) 2 iui's to start - BFN IVF 1 -3 made it do day 5! 2 5AA 1 6BB PGS results = all abnormal IVF 2 - stimmed for 19 days. insanity. Had 5 follicles that looked mature but only 2 contained mature eggs the others were empty. Nothing made it to day 5 IVF 3 - added in HGH - 4 mature follicles (had some empties again) 3 made it to day 5/6 for PGS (held for testing with next retrieval IVF 4 - Upped my dosage for the first time - Canceled 11 days into sims - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 5 - Canceled - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 6 - 3 mature, 2 fertalized 1 made it to day 5 and sent for PGS
FET#1 - Intralipid drips, Prednisone, and did a depot lupron shot before starting the FET protocol Chemical pregnancy FET#2 - PGS normal boy - BFN Natural pregnancy - cycle following the FET2???? Miscarriage at 8 weeks. viability scan had shown an enlarged yolk sac so I had been warned that it was likely not chromosonally normal
DEIVF cycle - picked a donor who is willing to be open! Her cycle resulted in in 4 PGS Normal embryos 1st transfer - chemical pregnancy 2nd transfer - success, May 17 2020 due date!
@emmasemm wow lady!! What a roller coaster!!! I really hope the smaller follicles catch up ASAP!!! It’s so stressful when they can’t just all grow together! I’m sending out all the best vibes and will be thinking about you! My follicles grow slow so I would also feel like that is soon to trigger :-/

@hopefuljj Thank you for your thoughts. This is my first ivf cycle however I did have 4 superovulation cycles with injections and all BFNs, the follicles ranged from 3-5 so not a big jump from 2. Will post what we decide tomorrow but leaning towards going ahead with the ivf cycle and maybe learning things for the next cycle or getting .extremely blessed,
@lmajin99 Sorry you’re here but pleased you took the hint and jumped over. Also it’s no worries for the PM. Having low AFC really puts us in a different zone compared to most other IVFers. If you’ve already done the three IUIs with injectibles without success, then if those two follies are close to each other I would probably go ahead this time - so long as you can afford to also cycle again. Doing egg retrieval will like @hopefuljj says allow you to know if you have empty follicles, or if the eggs are not mature even if follicles are big. It will also give you super important information on how well your eggs and DHs sperm fertilize. Sometimes that can show up an issue which will explain why natural or IUIs didn’t work. And then if they fertilize you get to see how they develop. With only two they could suggest a day 3 transfer as most embies have a better chance in their natural environment. But even watching them to day 3 will tell you a lot. Are they progressing at the right speed? Are they starting to fragment at all? However I know money is a huge part and if you can’t afford a second IVF round then maybe convert and try again. There are so many different tweaks to protocol you can do - EPP or not, Ganirelix/cetrotide or microdose Lupron, level of fsh in stims, balance between fsh and LH in stims, slightly earlier or later retrievals, adding in HGH during stims... and that’s just the start. What most of us here experienced is that every cycle is a little different, for some microdose Lupron gave amazing results, for others it was the worst cycles so also just because a protocol works for one DOR patient it doesn’t mean it’s your best one too. Kepp us posted what you do and how it goes.

@Imajin99 you've already been given some good advice, it's a tough call but remember it's quality over quantity! I've gone to ER for just 3 and also cancelled cycles with 5 hoping I'd get more and didn't. Lastly the cycle I did get the most eggs (9) I got 3 to test and no normies bac. Had a cycle got 3 and they all made it through to test and got 2 back, u just never know! Do u want to do a fresh transfer? I'm a big fan to get the eggs back in, good luck!!
@emmasemm glad ur continuing on crazy all the traveling u have to do, u go girl!!
good luck and positive vibes to all my gals!! U kno I'm rooting u on even if u don't hear from me.

Just had the meds put in and holy bageez, it's no joke!! My cervix is still closed for business so we shall see what the morning brings.... You all know the crazy long hard journey it has been and im hoping this brings u all some hope that you're next!!! Just praying all will be ok!

@Hopeful_mom, how are you feeling today? @emmasemm, how are things going? Are you going in for the scan tomorrow?
AFM: We had another scan and bloodwork today and it was actual Dr and he seems to have finally spotted a follicle on the left side at 14mm. So now that brings right side: 17mm & 18mm & left at 14mm. My E2 level has gone up and is at 460 (US calculation). We have up until tomorrow to decide to convert to IUI but DH and I have chatted and the advice given in this forum has helped us decide to go ahead with the IVF as long as tomorrow scan continue to look good.
Dr has said most likely because of the right side they will trigger me tomorrow. I am guessing retrieval would be on Sunday. Feeling more positive and hopeful today, as Dr said the two on the right look very plump and robust! Keep you posted, have a great evening!
@emmasemm- sounds like good progress so far! I can't believe you have to go London tomorrow already! I really really hope you can get a few good eggs and get some to bank. Come on follies- grow together! That is frustrating about the lining, but try not to worry about that yet! It could just be a fluke and when you do an FET they will watch it closely and adjust as needed to get it there. I can't wait for your update tomorrow!
@hopeful_mom- wow, good luck on the induction! I am hoping that baby is here and healthy by now! I can't wait for your update as well!
@lmagin99- yay on the good estrogen rise! I think the other ladies gave you great advice. It is defintiely a hard decision for sure. I think its good to proceed if you get 2-3 mature looking ones!
@hopefuljj- is your appt tomorrow? Bring on the calendar and the plan for this FET!!
AFM- sorry I have been MIA. Between vacation and nearly not getting home last night due to weather (finally made it home by 1230am and had to get up at 430am for monitoring before teaching a class all day at my company), its been a crazy week. Vacation was great, but i was very nervous for today. The tech thought my lining was only in the 6's but after looking at the images was able to measure 8.2mm and trilameter- but only tri at the top of the uterus. So I wasn't sure if my RE would want to proceed or not. I emailed her since I needed to start my PIO at 1030am. I thought forsure she would call and want to discuss again and make me decide, but luckily she just emailed me back that she looked at the images and reco'd that we proceed with the transfer! So i did my first PIO by myself (with the thick 18 gauge needle since I accidently brought 2 of those and none of the thinnger injection ones!). So transfer is ON for Monday! I am still a little nervous my lining wasn't as good as my ERA cycles, but praying so hard this is finally it for us!

@JamieH2000 exciting news!!! Your must be exhausted and hope your going to have a restful weekend. I just joined this thread recently so not sure if they are transferring 1 or 2 for you? Wishing you the best success!!! What does PIO stand for?
@Hopeful_mom OMGgggggggg!!!!!!!!!! Lady! I’m freaking out! Wooohooo! Ok...I hope you are doing amazing and can’t wait to hear an update!!!! Come on baby!!!!!!!!!!!
@jamieH2000 omg this is the best thread I have checked back in on! I am THRILLED to hear the news about your beautiful trilaminar lining new! It is GO time!! Good job on the PIO!!!!! This has to be it lady, it just has to!!
@Imajin99 WOW! What a great update lady! Sound like you have some nice follicles to work with so I'm excited to hear how it goes!! It’s freat that you are feeling positive:) I think those eggies can feel that!

@hopeful_mom I’m still stalking you to listen for any updates! I guess things have moved along now as your last post was about the epidural, probably not in the mood for bumping ;-)
@Imajin99 that sounds good that they spotted another one! 17, 18, 14 is good. Though it’s interesting they will trigger you already. I triggered a bit earlier and a bit later and in the middle, and earlier/middle got the mature egg each time. I think when to trigger is a big part of the “art” in ART.
@jamieh2000 oh I do so hope your lining plays ball. It’s like your Ute knows that this time you plan to put an embie back and is being difficult... come on Ute! Get with the program!!!
@hopefuljj oh wow, hope your appointment goes well today and can’t wait to hear your schedule!
AFM well I got up at 4.30am to fly to London, was supposed to have bloods and then go back this afternoon for a scan and talk about next steps, but in the end they did the scan this morning too. We have an 18.5, 15 and a 14 on the left. Plus two more small ones appeared already about 8mm. Then on the right they have hardly grown and still not quite 10mm. And my right ovary is definitely “stuck” to the back of my uterus. She said it could be a fibroid sticking them together, or it could be a sign of endometriosis... *big sigh*. Then my lining is trilaminar, but a bit “blurry” in places, and I’ve got this huge great blob in the middle which we think (and hope) is just a polyp. I’m definitely not feeling good about all this.
As far as ER this time, well we have to wait for the labs and then they will call me to say if they want me back one more time for monitoring or if they will tell me to trigger. Except what they forgot to mention when they asked me to come in person today was that they also wanted DH here too and they wanted to go through more consent forms and get in person signatures. So now we need an appointment before ER to do that. And depending on the timing of ER (ie if it’s really early in the morning) then we might have to be there the day before to finalize all the paperwork!!! So even more stress...
And now I have to wait for 8 hours for my flight home tonight. But might need to fly back tomorrow morning (if not will be Sunday or Monday). And if DH has to miss two days of work now (when we only planned 1) then that is going to stress the hell out of him too... ahhhh...
I have to say, moments like this I’m pretty much ready to stop with own eggs, but then I think that @hopeful_mom made it through all of these things already and in the end it has paid off. It’s just bloody tough.
Sorry - that was a bit of a DD, but sitting in a Starbucks in London to pass some time and needed to get it all off my chest!

@emmasemm it’s great that you’re be made it this far. Just breathe and remember one step at a time. It will be ok. Can they email/fax the forms to your husband to sign? Before a coupe of my retrieval’s, we signed papers after I was already in a gown and waiting for the anesthesia. My place is small, though.

@lmajin99- Thanks! we will be doing two. THis is our 4th transfer and 3rd transfer with 2. We are scared of the risks, but our embryos aren't PGS so there is a 30% chance they are abnormal.
@hopefuljj- thank you!! I am trying to be excited but cautious! I am VERY excited to hear your update today!
@emmasemm- wow girl wow. You are such a trooper. this whole process is so stressful and i can't imagine adding the travel/logistics on top of it while both working full time. You are a warrior. It sounds like the left is coming to the party really good! 3 eggs would be your best right?! Its never nice to hear there may be something in the uterus, but hopefully there would be plenty of time to address before FET. WOuld your clinic do a hysterscopy during one of the ER to either check out the ute with a camera and/or remove any polyps?
@kp214- thanks girl! How are you? Any plans for #2 soon?

@kp214 thanks, the reminder to breathe actually helped a lot - I think I was literally holding my breath most of the time I was so tense! Did some simple breathing exercises on the train to the airport and then fell asleep. Thank you.
@jamieh2000 One Minute I feel like i could conquer the world after doing all this, the next I’m not even sure how to get to my next destination... And yes I talked with the nurse today about the possibility and she said they’ve now discussed in the Drs meeting this afternoon and said they would talk to us Tuesday about a Hysteroscopy with option to convert to laparoscopy in case they can’t deal with whatever they find without converting. I have a horrible feeling they’ll end up finding a load of endo. Which would totally fit my autoimmune profile, but I’m symptomless.
They actually had a second doctor take a look during my US because the “blob/polyp thing” has a small patch of fluid in the middle and they wanted to check it wasn’t “products of conception”, but my HCG and progesterone came back undetectable. I didn’t mention it earlier until we had the results, but this definitely added to my mini melt down earlier...
But! I got the call after the meeting and they will have me trigger on Sunday night for Tuesday morning ER. Of course yes 3 would be awesome if they are all mature. I’m dreaming of three healthy mature eggs. Literally. Dreaming.

@kp214- that would be so exciting if we could be bump buddies for your second! You should def come join us again through the FET!
@emmasemm- I am glad they are giving them 2 more days to grow! I feel hopeful that you can get at least 3 mature ones! None of us want more problems, but if you have endo, it would be good to have it removed. There is debate on if it really impacts implantation or not, but i sometimes worry my stage 2 endo is back since my lap was 2 years ago. I know this is so stressful, but lets get through ER first and then figure out the uterus. You GOT this! can you just stay in London until your ER on Tues?

@emmasemm I’m glad that reminder helped. I remember needing that reminder as well. I also needed to hear “Everything will be ok.” I did a pen pal type thing on here, where we sent each other boxes of things to prepare for transfer or retrieval, just to encourage each other, and she sent me something with that on it, not knowing that was my mantra. I’m very excited about your retrieval. I think the smaller ones may catch up!

@emmasemm oh my lady! Your updates keep me on the edge of my seat! Adding a flight into the mix with IVF is so intense. You are simply amazing. You’ve got this, and the reminder to breathe is the most important!! I have a first gen Apple Watch, and I swear the “breathe” feature is the reason I keep it on my wrist every day! I also have no symptoms but many other signs point to silent Endo:(
AFM I had my nurse appointment and I go in Tuesday for baseline and would start Estrace and prednisone and then go in on the 25th for scan and intralipids, and then transfer on 25th or 26th... just looking at a mock calendar right now, so dates subject to change based on scans:). I’m currently freaking the F Out about the prednisone which I begged for and now am concerned it will do loads of scary bad things to a baby, but I’m getting off of google and trying to remind myself I have an autoimmune disorder and it’s risky with it and risky without. Waiting to find out how long I would be taking it for. There is always something to double guess and freak out about:-/

AFM: Went in this morning for my scan and the two follicles on the right have grown a bit but the Dr. had trouble seeing the left side again and thinks that maybe yesterday's scan was a shadow and not a follicle (he did mention this could be a possibility yesterday during the scan as well). DH and I had decided with two mature follicle we would go ahead with the IVF and hope for the best. Scheduled for ER on Sunday and they gave me the trigger shot to take tonight with all the ER instructions....... Late afternoon I get a call from the clinic as I was expecting however its my Dr and not one of the nurses. Very nervous as I know something must be wrong. My E2 level dropped instead of rising Dr explained it may mean that one of the follicles has stopped growing or maturing. He was not comfortable with proceeding with ER for 1 follicle. Upset, angry, disappointed, relieved that we are stopping now. So many emotions and been such a high and low week. Long story short, I took my trigger shot after the call and scheduled for an IUI tomorrow afternoon.
Thanks for all the support and will keep you updated of any results and next steps for protocol as we want to try to start as soon as possible if the IUI is not successful.
@Imajin99 I am so so sorry about the cancelation/conversion to IUI. Having a cycle canceled like that is so hard. I had mine canceled hours before trigger once and felt the same mix of feelings between being angry and upset and also relieved. I think next cycle you will be able to see if this cycle was the norm for you or if you end up with a couple more follicles. I’m hoping this medicated IUI is going to get you your BFP though, so you won’t even need another IVF cycle!

@kp214- PIO shots are going ok. Not horrible but definitely sore. I also had to add in IM estrogen, so some days I have two shots. but the estrogen ones don't seem to cause the soreness like the PIO does at least. Its crazy to be hoping I'm on shots for the next 3 months
@hopefuljj- OMG transfer is only like 3 weeks away?! that is SO exciting!!! I would love for it to work for both of us together!! I didn't realize there were any risks with predisone- I hadn't heard that before. i am on a steroid too (Medrol), but only the 5 days before transfer. I did have a friend on predisone for a while I think and everything was just fine with her baby!
@lmajin99- I am so sorry about the cancellation it is just heart breaking. It happened to me on our first IVF. Hopefully they can adjust the protocol for better results for next round. But I am going to pray this is your miracle IUI!!
@capp42613- thanks chica! I'm trying not to be to excited or too pessimistic. Just gonna take it easy and try not to think about it too much... i know.. easier said than done!

Hello from Greece!! @JamieH2000 it’s almost time. Hoping all goes well with your transfer tmrw. Honestly, just can’t wait for your BFP.
@emmasemm I know exactly what you’re going thru. I too did my IVF out of state, and had to go out there at the last minute after adjusting my work schedule ard it. Hoping it all works out for you, and it well. Keep the optimism going!
@Imajin99 oh I’m so sorry about the cx of your cycle. I’ve had those done to me, and it isn’t easy. Mixed bag of emotions you go thru. Hang in there. Hoping this iui gives you your BFP.
@JamieH2000 you might try a foam roller after the pio. That helped me some. Although, what made the most difference for me was moving the injection site slightly more toward the outer hip. Good luck tomorrow!! Can’t wait for you to be pupo!

Re: Low AMH Level

AFM
I Have been having a full blown period yesterday and today.

IVF 6 - 3 mature, 2 fertalized 1 made it to day 5 and sent for PGS
Sent in IVF round 3 and 6 (4 embryos) for PGS testing and got 2 normal embryos!!! 1Boy and 1Girl. Took a little over a year to get those two embryos so demanded all sorts of test prior to attempting transfer. Did EFT, ERA and NK Cells testing.
FET#1 - Intralipid drips, Prednisone, and did a depot lupron shot before starting the FET protocol
Chemical pregnancy
FET#2 - PGS normal boy - BFN
Natural pregnancy - cycle following the FET2???? Miscarriage at 8 weeks. viability scan had shown an enlarged yolk sac so I had been warned that it was likely not chromosonally normal
DEIVF cycle - picked a donor who is willing to be open! Her cycle resulted in in 4 PGS Normal embryos
1st transfer - chemical pregnancy
2nd transfer - success, May 17 2020 due date!

Talk about a rollercoaster - yesterday they were threatening cancellation, today pushing to get to retrieval.
I just need the smaller parties to suck up some of the good drugs! I’m getting enough, I am like a human pincushion with 6-8 per day!

@jamieh2000 One Minute I feel like i could conquer the world after doing all this, the next I’m not even sure how to get to my next destination... And yes I talked with the nurse today about the possibility and she said they’ve now discussed in the Drs meeting this afternoon and said they would talk to us Tuesday about a Hysteroscopy with option to convert to laparoscopy in case they can’t deal with whatever they find without converting. I have a horrible feeling they’ll end up finding a load of endo. Which would totally fit my autoimmune profile, but I’m symptomless.
But! I got the call after the meeting and they will have me trigger on Sunday night for Tuesday morning ER. Of course yes 3 would be awesome if they are all mature. I’m dreaming of three healthy mature eggs. Literally. Dreaming.

I had my nurse appointment and I go in Tuesday for baseline and would start Estrace and prednisone and then go in on the 25th for scan and intralipids, and then transfer on 25th or 26th... just looking at a mock calendar right now, so dates subject to change based on scans:).

IVF 1 -3 made it do day 5! 2 5AA 1 6BB PGS results = all abnormal
IVF 2 - stimmed for 19 days. insanity. Had 5 follicles that looked mature but only 2 contained mature eggs the others were empty. Nothing made it to day 5
IVF 3 - added in HGH - 4 mature follicles (had some empties again) 3 made it to day 5/6 for PGS (held for testing with next retrieval
IVF 4 - Upped my dosage for the first time - Canceled 11 days into sims - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty
IVF 5 - Canceled - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty
@emmasemm Will be thinking of you and wishing you the best, almost time!

@Imajin99 oh I’m so sorry about the cx of your cycle. I’ve had those done to me, and it isn’t easy. Mixed bag of emotions you go thru. Hang in there. Hoping this iui gives you your BFP.
