Thanks ladies! I have not been testing and will let the beta call go to VM tomorrow to listen tomorrow night with DH. I have been holding out pretty good during the tww, but the last day or two has been hard. Trying to stay positive and I know its totally normal to feel nothing or only estrogen/progesterone side effects, but its hard to shake the feeling that you should feel "different" if it worked? I have never seen two lines, so I have no idea how I would feel. and I also try to remind myself that HCG would only be like 100 or even less maybe if it did work, and there is no way that amount of hormone can cause any true symptoms. I will keep you all posted tomorrow night.

Me: Hashimoto Autoimune Disease Homozygous MTHFR Cr677 DOR - AMH .27 High FSH (don't even know how high) 2 iui's to start - BFN IVF 1 -3 made it do day 5! 2 5AA 1 6BB PGS results = all abnormal IVF 2 - stimmed for 19 days. insanity. Had 5 follicles that looked mature but only 2 contained mature eggs the others were empty. Nothing made it to day 5 IVF 3 - added in HGH - 4 mature follicles (had some empties again) 3 made it to day 5/6 for PGS (held for testing with next retrieval IVF 4 - Upped my dosage for the first time - Canceled 11 days into sims - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 5 - Canceled - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 6 - 3 mature, 2 fertalized 1 made it to day 5 and sent for PGS
Sent in IVF round 3 and 6 (4 embryos) for PGS testing and got 2 normal embryos!!! 1Boy and 1Girl. Took a little over a year to get those two embryos so demanded all sorts of test prior to attempting transfer. Did EFT, ERA and NK Cells testing.

So I still don’t know about our embryo!!! The embryologist who was working on Saturday was taken ill (seriously) and the head embryologist is on vacation overseas and it seems nobody knows was what was done or not, or is not willing to say until the head is back. Normally they said by the late afternoon our embryo should have been safely stored away, but I don’t actually know for sure. It was nothing contagious, so if she completed before she was taken ill then should be fine. But obviously all the paperwork was not not up to date. Or this is what they are telling me. To be honest I’m super calm. I mean we had a electricity outage, a broken fax, a closed airport and now an embryologist who had a stroke. Seriously. You can’t write a movie plot line like that. I guess in my mind I’ve just written off that cycle and am ready to see what happens this month.
I stop my priming on Sunday, AF should come hopefully Tuesday. And then Wednesday we will see if the numbers are good enough to go ahead this cycle or not. The estrogen patches have not quite hit me as hard this time. But I have a feeling it’s because my estrogen was already super high after ER and so I didn’t have the sudden increase this time when I started the patches. And at least now I have the explanation for the OHSS- at ER my E2 was 3800. Yep you read correctly. And we only had 4 eggs retrieved. So I think it’s safe to say my eggs were a bit too fried from the high stims. And we will try to avoid that next time.
But for this weekend we are going away for my Executive MBA graduation ceremony! So no TTC or IF for a whole weekend.
@jamieh2000 I don’t know how you can wait with a voicemail on your phone. I would have to pick up or listen as soon as I was free. But then again I would have been peeing on sticks the last few days too... ;-)

OMG I AM PREGNANT!!! Beta was 378!!! I really really did NOT think this worked. I don't feel pregnant and I don't even really believe it! I had to POAS to just check that they gave me the right result! I am so excited, but mostly i just feel relieved I dont have to cry all weekend and start this process again! Me: Hashimoto Autoimune Disease Homozygous MTHFR Cr677 DOR - AMH .27 High FSH (don't even know how high) 2 iui's to start - BFN IVF 1 -3 made it do day 5! 2 5AA 1 6BB PGS results = all abnormal IVF 2 - stimmed for 19 days. insanity. Had 5 follicles that looked mature but only 2 contained mature eggs the others were empty. Nothing made it to day 5 IVF 3 - added in HGH - 4 mature follicles (had some empties again) 3 made it to day 5/6 for PGS (held for testing with next retrieval IVF 4 - Upped my dosage for the first time - Canceled 11 days into sims - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 5 - Canceled - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 6 - 3 mature, 2 fertalized 1 made it to day 5 and sent for PGS
Sent in IVF round 3 and 6 (4 embryos) for PGS testing and got 2 normal embryos!!! 1Boy and 1Girl. Took a little over a year to get those two embryos so demanded all sorts of test prior to attempting transfer. Did EFT, ERA and NK Cells testing.
FET#1 - Intralipid drips, Prednisone, and did a depot lupron shot before starting the FET protocol Chemical pregnancy FET#2 - PGS normal boy - BFN Natural pregnancy - cycle following the FET2???? Miscarriage at 8 weeks. viability scan had shown an enlarged yolk sac so I had been warned that it was likely not chromosonally normal
DEIVF cycle - picked a donor who is willing to be open! Her cycle resulted in in 4 PGS Normal embryos 1st transfer - chemical pregnancy 2nd transfer - success, May 17 2020 due date!

@lmajin99- thanks chica! I really do hope my stories gives other hope and inspires people to not give up. We almost did a few times, but it was lucky transfer #4 and donor # 2 for us! Perseverance is really our motto!
@hopeful_mom- Seeing that second line was amazing. it still feels surreal. I am totally thrilled for the high number, but since monday is 4 days away, they will be looking for it to double double, which is like 1500! it seems so high and such a big rise is needed in 4 days! But I am def cautiously optimistic!

@jamieH2000 Lining is trilaminar and over 8 so looking good! She called it beautiful a few times. Lol. There was a scheduling snaffu and they were trying to tell me I couldn’t get the intralipids done because I was not properly put on the intralipid schedule and they didn’t have a free vitals machine or place for me to sit, but the only other option was to come back in the middle of the day Monday and that was not an option for me. My team has this huge company presentation/workshop that I’m leading and have been working on for weeks, so I almost had a heart attack but eventually one of my nurses was like, this wasn’t your fault and one girl came early so if yo can wait another 40 minutes we will start then and I’ll stay. PHEW!!!!! So I watched the Spain Portugal march on my iPhone and got to get my drip! this feels pretty unreal...I still maybe don’t believe it?? So I keep taking all the crazy pills I’m taking now and add in some more this coming week!! Yippee!

AFM we have our first frostie! It is only six cells as was frozen at only 30 hours post fertilization so they’re not really sure on the quality and said they’d suggest to not defrost and transfer it alone just in case it doesn’t survive as it’s kind of a miracle that it even exists in the first place. The poor embryologist with the stroke did all her critical tasks early in the shift (freezing our embie was planned for end of her shift originally so it would be 36 hours...) as she wasn’t feeling great. So all things considered I can’t be angry and am relieved we still have a chance for that one however small.
Graduation was awesome yesterday. However not an IF free day as six of the ten other women on the course have fallen pregnant since Xmas when all our long haul travel for the course stopped. 60% in six months. I have to say that stung quite a lot.

@emmasemm- yay for your embaby! I think 6-8 cells is perfect for day 3 and since it was frozen a little early I wouldn’t have expected more than 6! So as long as it’s too fragmented and the cells are similar sized, I think it’s great condition for the age! But you are getting started on cycle 2 here soon right?! Also, that is crazy about the girls in your MBA class!! Are most of them younger? Being 30 and most of my friends being 27-35 right now, I am constantly reminded of how fertile I should be!! I really hope you will not be far behind your school friends. You are doing everything you can to be there so take it easy on yourself!

My doc told me about a week ago that my AMH is .6 and it should be 1.5. This is all new to me...so I'm happy to find fellow ladies in the same boat, although not happy there are so many of us! Nothing made it to day 5 IVF 3 - added in HGH - 4 mature follicles (had some empties again) 3 made it to day 5/6 for PGS (held for testing with next retrieval IVF 4 - Upped my dosage for the first time - Canceled 11 days into sims - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 5 - Canceled - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 6 - 3 mature, 2 fertalized 1 made it to day 5 and sent for PGS
Sent in IVF round 3 and 6 (4 embryos) for PGS testing and got 2 normal embryos!!! 1Boy and 1Girl. Took a little over a year to get those two embryos so demanded all sorts of test prior to attempting transfer. Did EFT, ERA and NK Cells testing.
FET#1 - Intralipid drips, Prednisone, and did a depot lupron shot before starting the FET protocol Chemical pregnancy FET#2 - PGS normal boy - BFN Natural pregnancy - cycle following the FET2???? Miscarriage at 8 weeks. viability scan had shown an enlarged yolk sac so I had been warned that it was likely not chromosonally normal
DEIVF cycle - picked a donor who is willing to be open! Her cycle resulted in in 4 PGS Normal embryos 1st transfer - chemical pregnancy 2nd transfer - success, May 17 2020 due date!

So I still don’t know about our embryo!!! The embryologist who was working on Saturday was taken ill (seriously) and the head embryologist is on vacation overseas and it seems nobody knows was what was done or not, or is not willing to say until the head is back. Normally they said by the late afternoon our embryo should have been safely stored away, but I don’t actually know for sure. It was nothing contagious, so if she completed before she was taken ill then should be fine. But obviously all the paperwork was not not up to date. Or this is what they are telling me.
To be honest I’m super calm. I mean we had a electricity outage, a broken fax, a closed airport and now an embryologist who had a stroke. Seriously. You can’t write a movie plot line like that.
I guess in my mind I’ve just written off that cycle and am ready to see what happens this month.
I stop my priming on Sunday, AF should come hopefully Tuesday. And then Wednesday we will see if the numbers are good enough to go ahead this cycle or not. The estrogen patches have not quite hit me as hard this time. But I have a feeling it’s because my estrogen was already super high after ER and so I didn’t have the sudden increase this time when I started the patches.
And at least now I have the explanation for the OHSS- at ER my E2 was 3800. Yep you read correctly. And we only had 4 eggs retrieved. So I think it’s safe to say my eggs were a bit too fried from the high stims. And we will try to avoid that next time.
But for this weekend we are going away for my Executive MBA graduation ceremony! So no TTC or IF for a whole weekend.
@jamieh2000 I don’t know how you can wait with a voicemail on your phone. I would have to pick up or listen as soon as I was free. But then again I would have been peeing on sticks the last few days too... ;-)

OMG I AM PREGNANT!!! Beta was 378!!! I really really did NOT think this worked. I don't feel pregnant and I don't even really believe it! I had to POAS to just check that they gave me the right result! I am so excited, but mostly i just feel relieved I dont have to cry all weekend and start this process again! I go back on Monday and they will want it to double double. For now, I am just trying to enjoy this moment and not worry about the next steps. THANK YOU all for putting up with my worrying the last 10 days and for being there for me for the past TWO years I have been on the IF board!! Now i need EVERYONE else to get their BFP asap so we can all do this together. @hopefulljj- you are NEXT!

@hopeful_mom- Seeing that second line was amazing. it still feels surreal. I am totally thrilled for the high number, but since monday is 4 days away, they will be looking for it to double double, which is like 1500! it seems so high and such a big rise is needed in 4 days! AFM we have our first frostie! It is only six cells as was frozen at only 30 hours post fertilization so they’re not really sure on the quality and said they’d suggest to not defrost and transfer it alone just in case it doesn’t survive as it’s kind of a miracle that it even exists in the first place. The poor embryologist with the stroke did all her critical tasks early in the shift (freezing our embie was planned for end of her shift originally so it would be 36 hours...) as she wasn’t feeling great. So all things considered I can’t be angry and am relieved we still have a chance for that one however small.
Graduation was awesome yesterday.
However not an IF free day as six of the ten other women on the course have fallen pregnant since Xmas when all our long haul travel for the course stopped. 60% in six months. I have to say that stung quite a lot.

My doc told me about a week ago that my AMH is .6 and it should be 1.5. This is all new to me...so I'm happy to find fellow ladies in the same boat, although not happy there are so many of us! I'm at the beginning of the process and start clomid next month, so I am looking forward to advice from all of you!

DOR - AMH .27 High FSH (don't even know how high)
2 iui's to start - BFN
IVF 1 -3 made it do day 5! 2 5AA 1 6BB PGS results = all abnormal
IVF 2 - stimmed for 19 days. insanity. Had 5 follicles that looked mature but only 2 contained mature eggs the others were empty. Nothing made it to day 5
IVF 3 - added in HGH - 4 mature follicles (had some empties again) 3 made it to day 5/6 for PGS (held for testing with next retrieval
IVF 4 - Upped my dosage for the first time - Canceled 11 days into sims - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty
IVF 5 - Canceled - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty
IVF 6 - 3 mature, 2 fertalized 1 made it to day 5 and sent for PGS
Sent in IVF round 3 and 6 (4 embryos) for PGS testing and got 2 normal embryos!!! 1Boy and 1Girl. Took a little over a year to get those two embryos so demanded all sorts of test prior to attempting transfer. Did EFT, ERA and NK Cells testing.
FET#1 - Intralipid drips, Prednisone, and did a depot lupron shot before starting the FET protocol

FET#2 - PGS normal boy - BFN
Natural pregnancy - cycle following the FET2???? Miscarriage at 8 weeks. viability scan had shown an enlarged yolk sac so I had been warned that it was likely not chromosonally normal
DEIVF cycle - picked a donor who is willing to be open! Her cycle resulted in in 4 PGS Normal embryos
1st transfer - chemical pregnancy
2nd transfer - success, May 17 2020 due date!
