Today, while sitting in the tub, I discovered that my belly has officially entered the stage where it creates a shelf for my boobs to rest upon. Ugh.

What is a pregnancy milestone you've hit that's made you groan, giggle, sigh, shed a tear, or a combination of the above?

I bumped a student in the back of the head with my bump when I walked behind them yesterday. Oops. Guess I’m still trying to gauge how big I am.

Lol I busted those out at like 10 weeks. They kept falling down, but I was comfy.

I have a reverse milestone. Just waxed my bikini line, and that’s def the last time I’m doing it myself while pregnant. I could make it work this time, but if the bump gets any bigger it’s lot going to work.

I must have officially passed into the "she looks pregnant, but I'm not sure I want to say anything" phase. My friend at work told me that she was talking to a few ladies who I used to work closely with. They asked her if I was pregnant. I'm just happy to look pregnant and not fat!

No blame! I'm only 13w and told one side of the family last weekend. Someone commented about how come I 'waited so long' to say anything. 1) not close 2) my choice 3) wanted to be closer to out of 1st tri. But I mentioned that this time I'm bigger than last time so I can't hide it as long this time - My grandma told me that 'its ok, you just look like you've put on weight.'
Thanks grandma.... I'd rather look pregnant.

@sammierose464 I've been the same way. I told my cube neighbor and boss, everyone else I'm letting them kinda figure it out. And I must look pregnant now bc this week two people on my team said "wait, your pregnant?!".

Today I couldn't bend over easily to get my shoes because of belly and back pain. I had to kick them over to my stepdaughter and ask her to pick them up for me.

@krzyriver I'm right there with you. I had gained 30 lbs since have DS when I found out I was pregnant this time. And I'm 3 lbs away from how much I gained with DS and I'm only 15 weeks. Ugh

My bump started popping about a week and a half ago, and has grown noticeable larger and rounder since. I’m 15w1d, FTM. My husband weighed 12.9 pounds when he was born, he’s a big guy. I can only imagine what’s going on in there with hulk baby lol.

@krzyriver I feel ya. I weigh almost as much as when I delivered DS right now. Only half of my maternity pants fit and they won’t fit by the time I’m done.

This week I hit the she definitely looks pregnant stage. I finally made my social media announcement Monday afterI had two students ask. One 2nd grader raised her hand and said, “I’m not trying to be rude, but it really looks like you’re having a baby”

@cdepperschmidt haha that comment from the 2nd grader made me laugh out loud. I love kids and their honesty sometimes. It’s so nice to finally be in the “she’s definitely pregnant” stage, rather than the “is she just getting fat?” stage.

My coworkers who I haven't seen a couple weeks told me today I look pregnant! They walked into the meeting room and was like WHOA you POPPED!
I work from home so I don't see them often. It made my day!

I got my first judgey stare from a stranger today. While I am younger (27 next month), I usually get mistaken for a teenager. Probably a combination of my size and a forever baby face. A lady in a rest stop actually whisked her daughter away from me while giving me a disapproving stare when I was very pregnant with DS. DH also looks pretty young. I can only imagine the looks we’ll get this time around with DS in tow. That poor young couple. Someone should teach them about birth control.

in the last 24 hours, I have had someone say, "What?! You're so tiny" in response to finding out I was pregnant, another look really hard at my belly and go, "No way, I never would have guessed you were pregnant!" and another person tell me "Wow you really popped in the last few days!" hahaha.

@tinattt23 I was pregnant with my son at 19, and would often babysit a 2 & 4 year old .. The looks people would give me thinking I was a teen mom of 3 were terrible lol

@tinattt23 This happened to a friend of mine from work. She looks young, dresses on the younger side (think pony tail, no make up, sweat shirts) and had a part time job working at the movie theater. She also had to remove her wedding rings bc of swollen fingers and the old folks would give her glares and make comments all the time since she looked 100% high school age.

I was senior in HS when my sister was born. I remember being at the dentist office with my mom and baby sister. I was in my varsity jacket. I was sitting next to the infant carrier and my mom was signing in. A guy came in and sat on the other side of the carrier and you could tell he assumed I was the mom. The look on his face when my mom walked over and he realized it wasn't my baby made me laugh.

OMG Yes! My father and stepmom had my half sister’s when I was a freshman in HS and freshman in college. Those glares when out in public were crazy!

My belly popped quite a bit, so much so I am starting to see the hidden lint in my belly button as it begins to pop out. Always a fun milestone.
