Found out we're having a girl! This is our third and last baby. I'm thrilled, the sisters are thrilled, my husband was already convinced it would be a girl and had come to terms (he's happy for our baby, just was hoping for a boy).
We are having a boy! We found out a few weeks ago through NIPT. My husband is thrilled but I never had boys around in my family growing up so I have NO idea what to expect when it comes to parenting a boy!
We we were told during an early anatomy scan at 16 weeks it was a girl, but waited until the actual one yesterday to confirm and make the announcement! Our caption was that things were evening out in our household this July! Although, I did end up having to explain to a couple of people that it was just ONE child, DH and DS are the two boys, myself and this baby being the girls.
We have 3 boys, 6, 4 and 2 next month. We found out this week, #4 is a GIRL! Needless to say, we have all things boy! So we're starting from scratch! I couldn't imagine being Team Green! The anticipation was killing me just waiting until 20 weeks!
Its a BOY! I never had boys around much in my childhood either. There were 3 girls in my family of which I was the youngest and we grew up pretty much in a girl world, I'd say. But I have 2 boys myself now (#3 is this one!) so it was a learning curve for me, so I can relate. You'll get the hang of it. They are different, but don't sweat it. Boys are totally fun and awesome and adorable too!
