@doxiemoxie212 I enjoyed it when I was younger. When I tried to rewatch it recently, a lot of the episodes rubbed me the wrong way.

Eta - I should say live TV. Also H always watches nature docs so I hardly get to watch anything else. Hence the laundry trick.

@jsnakehole the weirdest thing to me is that growing up I thought Rachael was sooooo beautiful, and I sort of remember thinking Monica was ugly? But watching as an adult I feel the exact opposite. And I think I must have still been in my Barbie indoctrination phase where I thought blondes were better than brunettes (I'm a very dark haired brunette) or something. Gives me the creeps thinking about that.

Guys, this is the freaking best! So many people here that I've missed so so much.
@galactickates I thought we were besties! How could you say such horrible things about Moana? It is one of the best movies ever created. If I knew you IRL I would bring the blu-ray to your house tonight and force you to watch it until you LOVED it.

AFM- I guess today it should be that I freaking love Disney so so much. The August BMB (I think?) UO thread from a few weeks ago had a bunch of Disney haters and it took everything in me to not barge in and tell them they were all wrong. Disney makes the best movies and I would gladly vacation at Disney World or on a Disney cruise over any other vacation!

@doxiemoxie212 Is the Disney vacation all expenses paid too? Because I would choose Disney. #sorrynotsorry I hate the beach and I sunburn really easily. The worst thing in the world is having to put on sunscreen 100 times a day when you're already covered in sand. *cringe* And I do not like the water either, so that paddle boarding thing looks awful!

@suzycupcake and here I thought we could be friends IRL. I eat McDonald’s on the regular and give it to DS, too. Mostly breakfast, though. Their all day breakfast changed my life. Also, I like Tom Cruise.

This is a great idea, it seems like there was a lot more intermingling of the boards back in the day, so maybe this can reclaim some of that?

My UO: I think the beach is overrated. Sand sucks and salt water in your eyes is sad. I can overlook it at a nice tropical beach with warm, clear water, but otherwise it’s not worth it.

@lalala2004 No judgment here, but it really surprises me that you eat McDonalds. For whatever reason, I just always pictured you as a super crunchy healthy person. I have no idea where that thought came from though.

@eleven_ I am okay with being in pools, but I'm terrible at swimming. I don't like being in oceans and lakes where you can't see the bottom. The ocean in the Caribbean I guess is not so bad because it's so clear, but I am still not a huge fan of fish and am irrationally scared of sharks or barracudas. I'll wade in the ocean/lake but I don't like to go swimming in it.
Silverware has to go in the dishwasher facing down! I don't want to touch the part people eat off, so it's easier to just grab the handle and stick it down in the basket.

@coco2787 - our house is the exact opposite. I HATE unloading the dishwasher so it's all about efficiency. Forks go with forks, spoons with spoons, and so on. It's made unloading the dishwasher 10X faster. I'll never go back. I trained H. Now if even one spoon is out of place he'll say "I thought we were sorting these"

Also the same about the part you eat with facing up. I am afraid they won't get clean if I don't.
