Hey everyone. I'm Kate, mom to Leo who's 5 and Ethan who's 3. I'm a hot mess and apparently also an A18 BMB mama as my BFP today would indicate. I was super active on my D14 board for Ethan and am still really close friends with about 20 of the women from that board and going on vacation with 3 of them in January! I am shocked to my core that I'm pregnant as I'm on birth control, I've only been with my boyfriend for 4 months, and I'm still legally married to my ex husband.

Girl, we sound similar. I signed my divorce papers at 3dpo. Got my bfp 4 days later. My soon to be ex doesn't know I'm engaged (dating my fiance since June...) and no clue I'm pregnant either. I wasn't on BC, though. Good luck!

Hi! My name is Laura. I'm 37 and this will be my 4th baby! I have 3 other kiddos ages 16 months, 3 years old and 4 years old. I was very active on my older BMB, J14, and am still friends with many of the mom's from that group! I got my BFP at what I believe to be 8 DPO, so super early. Oddly, that was just a few weeks after a CP so my doctor is not entirely sure of my LMP or my due date. I have a u/s on Friday so I am hopeful I will see something and get some answers!! My HCG levels are quite high. If I go based off when I I think I O'ed my levels were 116 at 11DPO, 345 at 13DPO and 2700 at 17 DPO. Numbers are high and just about tripling so all looks good so far!

Right now EDD 8/2 but subject to change. I have my first appointment Wed 12/27 but won’t have labs or ultrasound till January. Going crazy!! I hope to do Quest QNatal NIPT which i already verified with insurance (and preauthorization) would be 100% covered. I will be calling insurance again though to double confirm. Hello! First time mom. I am 7 weeks today and just had my dating ultrasound where I got to hear the heartbeat! I'm 34, will be 35 when I deliver. Been married 2 years, started trying to conceive in November and got pregnant right away. I thought it would take us a minute because we are both older, so we were a little surprised. Keeping it a secret is so hard! Especially over the holidays. But we want to keep it under wraps until i do the NIPT at 11 weeks.
Hi Everyone! So excited to join you all. . The BFP feels like a Christmas miracle as I was certain I was out this cycle. This will be baby #4 for our family. EDD is likely 8/26 or 8/27. We live in Texas and enjoy all things outdoors. My hobbies include running, yoga, crafting, baking, and traveling (when I can, which is rarely now).

I have 2 girls ( 17 and 16) and I just got married in July and my DH has 2 girls (8 and 11). I am 6weeks and My EDD is Aug. 17. My first doctors appt is Dec. 28 ...super nervous. I also just moved to Texas (near Dallas) in July. I would like to tell my mom this Christmas only cause I know it will make her super happy, she’s been wanting me to get pregnant since I got married, but I’m not sure if I should wait until we meet with the doctor and after we have had some of the test. Hi I'm Maria. First pregnancy here. We had our first ultrasound today and we are approx. 7 weeks 4 days along with an EDD of 8/7/18. We are excited although it's unexpected and unplanned and not the best timing but things happen for a reason. My husband and I are in a wedding for his cousin whom we are pretty close to, my husband is the best man and I am a bridesmaid and their wedding is 8/11/18. Trying not to stress about that and just be excited. It's otherwise fun timing as everyone in our close friends circle is currently expecting so next Christmas should be fun with little ones present. Also still trying not to get my hopes up too much yet. Ill feel better once we make it through the first trimester.. So nice to have this Bump community! Cheers August mama's!

Hi there! My name is Candace, I am 27 and here because of my second pregnancy. I was due in July with my first but I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks. We were lucky enough to have a BFP exactly one month from when my miscarriage started. I’m thrilled but anxiety level is crazy high because of how my first pregnancy went. Hello! My name is Victoria, and this is my first pregnancy. The second I saw "elderly primigravida" on my med. records I panicked, so I've been super cautiously optimistic.
