@LadyJ2949 thanks for checking in! The spotting has almost completely gone away and my OB says she’s not concerned because it’s brown and very light and no cramping with it so I’ve calmed down a little. Seeing the babies moving around and growing twice this week definitely helped. I’m not seeing my OB again until mid Jan but she said if I have any more spotting and want to come in for another scan before then I can do feel secure I’ll know what’s going on. Have moved my anxieties to the NIPT results and NT scan results in the next 1-2 weeks. Always something to be nervous about!
@devilcat139 I’m so glad to hear that! I love that your doctor seems responsive to your anxiety though and encouraging you to come in if you have any issues. That’s so important!
@brianawilde i had spotting all first tri with my son. I was on bedrest and progesterone the entire time. Eventually it did stop. My doc couldn’t explain it either.
@LadyJ2949 haha well, I think when you’re having the head attending at the OB practice’s first grandchild (or I guess grandchildren) you get to come in whenever you’re worried. Definitely a perk!
I am 7w 3d pregnant today. Have had barely any symptoms. Just breast/nipple tenderness. No nausea, no food cravings/aversions, no sensitivity to smells. I know many things I have read online say this is not a cause for concern but I am so worried something may not be right and my first prenatal isn't until next Thursday. I haven't had any spotting or cramping so I guess that is a good sign but I wish the doctor would see me sooner than 8 weeks. I would just like to know one way or the other if my little one is doing ok on the inside.
@socksgirl1784 it's probably totally fine, but I understand the feeling. I don't really have symptoms either and didn't have any with my previous pregnancy.
Thanks, I just realized I posted this in the wrong thread. It was supposed to be for the one this week. Not sure if an admin can move it over or if I should just copy and paste?
Re: Symptoms w/o 12/4
