@fantasticmrsfox Yep. I just had a healthy US last Friday. Most websites talk about sex causing cervical bleeding. I did find one source verifying the normalcy of bleeding after a b.m. (See attached PDF. Scroll down to question 18.)
@MoonOverGoldsboro I was embarrassed at the doc because he seemed so sure it was rectal bleeding only, but when it happened I was sure it was both... But nonetheless it did not continue so who knows.

So far since that scare last week things have been relatively normal. I had some fairly uncomfortable cramping the day after the ultrasound. I try not to overanalyze every little niggle, but it's hard. Breasts still mildly sore, and bloating sort of goes up and down. Still no signs of nausea or morning sickness.
