I had way more spotting then I cared to see today and emailed my doctor right away! he was kind enough to squeeze me in today which I was so thankful for! Baby thank g-d is doing great and measuring a day ahead! He did see some blood outside and called it a placenta clot if u will. I'm glad to at least know where the blood is coming from and it's still in there so I shall still have some spotting. Scary nonetheless but still relieved at least to know where it's coming from. He explained that the placenta is doing its job correctly and sometimes there's extra blood that comes out when the placenta is doing its thing and blood can develop but usually gets absorbed into the body but this time it's just making a clot I guess outside and that's where it's coming from.
I did have a bit of a meltdown and he was very sweet! He knows it's getting closer to the time I MC last time and that we need to take precautions which I appreciate!!

@JamieH2000 lol I guess you are right, there's always something else that could cause a delay or go wrong! How are we all still somewhat sane?!!!
I'm doing ok. Been having some thyroid struggles and crazy ezcema allergy issues, I'm now allergic to my wedding and engagement rings. I can't even. Lol. Literally laugh every time I try to explain that the ezcema that was making my life hell on my eyes turned out to be my rings cuz I'm allergic to gold??????? Would never have figured that out because I don't get a reaction where the rings are but have not worn them for 2 weeks now and have completely gotten rid of the insane swollen itchy flaky eye situation. Makes no sense cuz on the patch test the gold patch swelled up to the size of a grape. Doc said he has never seen such a severe reaction to gold. To be clear I have many other ezcema issues this is just a possible solution to one of the issues (and a very big one at that) Anyway. Got a persistent cyst and no follicles on the right and 3 follies on the left. Gonna start stims tomorrow night and re-evaluate in 5 days. Will cancel if things aren't looking great at that point or keep going if they look ok:)
Me: Hashimoto Autoimune Disease Homozygous MTHFR Cr677 DOR - AMH .27 High FSH (don't even know how high) 2 iui's to start - BFN IVF 1 -3 made it do day 5! 2 5AA 1 6BB PGS results = all abnormal IVF 2 - stimmed for 19 days. insanity. Had 5 follicles that looked mature but only 2 contained mature eggs the others were empty. Nothing made it to day 5 IVF 3 - added in HGH - 4 mature follicles (had some empties again) 3 made it to day 5/6 for PGS (held for testing with next retrieval IVF 4 - Upped my dosage for the first time - Canceled 11 days into sims - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 5 - Canceled - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 6 - 3 mature, 2 fertalized 1 made it to day 5 and sent for PGS
Sent in IVF round 3 and 6 (4 embryos) for PGS testing and got 2 normal embryos!!! 1Boy and 1Girl. Took a little over a year to get those two embryos so demanded all sorts of test prior to attempting transfer. Did EFT, ERA and NK Cells testing.
FET#1 - Intralipid drips, Prednisone, and did a depot lupron shot before starting the FET protocol Chemical pregnancy FET#2 - PGS normal boy - BFN Natural pregnancy - cycle following the FET2???? Miscarriage at 8 weeks. viability scan had shown an enlarged yolk sac so I had been warned that it was likely not chromosonally normal
DEIVF cycle - picked a donor who is willing to be open! Her cycle resulted in in 4 PGS Normal embryos 1st transfer - chemical pregnancy 2nd transfer - success, May 17 2020 due date!
@hopeful_mom I'm so glad your RE manages to get you in for reassurance so fast. That's really nice. If I ever get to your stage I think I'm literally going to want to be going in daily to check lol. Or might even need to invest in a home US machine! I did used to have one for my horses (for scanning the tendons) but it's pretty old and back in the U.K. I think my DH would do a huge eyeroll if I suggested it!
@hopefuljj yay cycle buddy! Will you come join us in the Nov IVF group? Though it's nice to have our own mini club here where the numbers are closer. I should also have 3 follies but last time only one grew with the meds, so our focus this time is trying to get one embryo for transfer - quality over quantity lol! Whats your protocol this time around?
ETA because I hit post instead of save draft...

@hopeful_mom- aww so scary and I would probably go right to the RE too! So glad they are treating you great and that everything looks amazing!! one day at a time right?
@hopefuljj- haha right?! I don't really know if I am sane anymore... lol. soo sorry to hear about your thryoid and ezcema! NOT what you need right now! You know about the ring thing, my SIL had issues, and they thought she was allergic to gold, but she was actually deficient in some vitamin.. Probably not your case, but may be worth a google! Otherwise you may have to get an update to a platinum setting FX the stims go good and everything looks good in 5 days so you can keep cycling!! I am telling that cyst to GO AWAY for good!
@emmasemm- yay for getting started! I know what you mean about being anxious and waiting to get going. I actually usually felt more positive/in control while I want stimming. I hope this is the best round yet! It sounds like you and your RE came up with a great plan, so lets get all 3 of those follies to GROW!!
AFM- just waiting for AF to get here. Then i start BC right away, until my hysterscopy on 11/14. I am worried that I will only be on the pill for maybe 10 days. and then I am supposed to stop and get at least a light bleed. I just had a friend try something like this and now she is in limbo hell since her period didn't come after only being on the pill for 10 days. Has anyone else been able to get a light period after only half the normal BC days?

Ok ladies... first off I’ve been keeping up with everyone and I may be behind the scenes but I’m always cheering everyone on. For those who are new and didn’t read the beginning of this thread, just check out my memo on my profile. For those of you who do, you’re already up to date. Please read below even though you may think it will hurt but I promise you you’ll feel more hope after.

we all know after years of trying also with a dnc, we finally got pregnant through IVF last year and I just had my baby girl in May. Well you all also know I was going to start another retrieval in October because we had no frozen embryos left. But we realized we didn’t have the funds until mid November so we were pushing it to December. Well anyway, we decided we will try naturally for the two months until then. Couldn’t hurt right lol. 1)I’m gonna be 38, 2)I have low AMH which is now almost depleted, 3)I have only one working ovary that makes like two eggs a month 4)that working ovary has scar tissue around it, 5)I have a very tiny tiny cervix opening which makes it hard for sperm to get inside 6)I ovulated a week early (before I got pregnant), so my chances were so very little to get a baby. And I figured my chances of a natural pregnancy where I would ovulate at two weeks was just impossible. Let’s just say I need to play the lotto because....
Remember I’m 0.03 AMH. Don’t give up, have hope, clearly there is more hope for all of you than you thought. Hope that makes some if not most feel a bit more with hope. Xoxo

@JamieH2000 my patch test confirmed the gold allergy and then some! Doc had never seen such an extreme reaction. Had to wear it on my back for 3 days but I was well into the reaction after one day. So upgrade it is! Holy expensive!!!!!!! Maybe we see where this IVF goes first cuz my God it's expensive. Good luck with the BC!! Half of my post is just gone??? I'm so confused...ok...I'll try to retype and make it brief
@emmasemm I am going to try and remember what I wrote. I'm hoping and praying and asking the universe to please give you the most perfect golden egg or eggs!!! What is your protocol?? I will likely not go over to the November board because I am also on Kindara and feel like it's a full time job trying to keep up with everyone's journey and this site does not make it very easy on mobile:-/. Especially now that it deleted half my post! I am doing 225 follistim 75 menopur and a small amount of omnitrope HGH. My re always keeps me on low dose....and it's the one thing I haven't pushed on.
i went into great detail on how I have a fever and terrible cold and worried it will affect this cycle, just wondering if anyone else has any experience with this? My RE finally got back to me and said this earlier it is ok to take cold meds but to avoid antihistamine towards the end of my cycle. Ummm I've been taking Zyrtec through out all my cycles!!!!! So I guess no more of that!!! Ok...posting to see if it actually works

Hi everyone!! I too am suffering with the wrath of low amh and therefore, DOR. I was posting on the other boards, but I think it's good to be on the forum where others can relate to your situation. After a year of doing IUI and natural IVF cycles, finally did my first low dose IVF where the cycle was cancelled since I didn't respond on CD11. Now, waiting for ovulation so I can start estrogen patches again. It surely has been an emotional roller coaster
Hi @adc0417 I'm so sorry you find yourself here but Welcome! Emotional roller coaster for sure . What were your doses for the IVF cycle you canceled? Lots of ladies here actually think some ladies with DOR do better with more meds. Wonder if it is something to consider for you?? It's definitely great to be in a forum where we can all relate! I hope this next cycle for you is much more successful!

@adc0417 welcome to the club nobody wants to join! Have you done an intro? It might help or you can do one here if you will post mostly here. How old are you and what AMH and AFC do you have? I'm 39 with 0.65 and 1-4. I'm stimming for my second IVF cycle at the moment (you will see me in the November IVF board) and last time only got one egg and one emby which we transferred day 2. This time if we get 2 embies I will be thrilled, this is about as many as we can expect.
@hopefuljj fully understand! It is hard to keep up at times. Also I do feel a bit defeated at times when everyone is posting about 15, 20, 30+ eggs and huge numbers of embies. And there's me with my one follie and one egg and one emby... so this thread is my safe haven when the others get too much. Your protocol sounds not so dissimilar to mine. My doctor uses Pergoveris which is already FSH and LH combined, so kind of like Menopur, but is also the substitute for the Follitism due to the mix. I'm on 225 per day. We can't get HGH normally... I have had a virus the last few weeks but my RE said it was ok whilst stimming too. i just want to be fit by ER! When do. you estimate your ER will be? I'm hoping For Mon 13th, but might be Fri 10th...

@hopefuljj Thanks!! I’m 39 also with AMH of .015 and AFC 3. So, for my last cycle I started with estrogen priming, then clomid CD2 and gonal f 150 and menopur 150 started CD5. My RE believes in low dose stim for his DOR pts.
@emmasemm Thanks!! Hope you feel better soon. Yes I feel odd on other boards too as most women are able to get 15-20 follies where as I know I won’t have that many. I surely feel safer here. Are you just taking just Pergoveris for your cycle? My RE will be doing just menopur after estrogen priming, for my next cycle.
@emmasemm I've honestly never stuck around even as a lurker for very long on the regular IVF boards because it feels depressing when people are freaking out with disappointment and gettting 3 times what I'm even hoping for! Lol. As for when I expect ER, so far I stimmed once for 11 days once for 19(holy hell was that awful) and then for 12 so I'm not sure..maybe around the 15th?? I'm sorry you have been sick too!!!! I never go to this site any way but on mobile, which sucks, I want to add my story and stats but I guess you need to do that from the computer... I always wonder how people make those cute spoiler click downs. I'll have to venture to the desktop version soon but @adc0417 for my intro I'm 36 for 2 more months, amh over a year ago was .27 and I have an AFC of 3 usually. I was able to got more follicles and eggs on round 1 but all came back abnormal from PGS testing. On round 2 I retrieved 2 mature eggs expecting 5 and on round 3 retrieved 4 mature eggs out of 7 follicles 6 of which looked like they were in range to be mature. RE suspects egg quality issue. Those eggs must have been really bad and just didn't grow. That's me so far in a nut shell:)
@hopefuljj I’m so sorry about your cycles. It’s so exciting when we get AF and so disheartening when the cycle fails or gets canceled. What’s your protocol like? Also, have you been taking CoQ10? I hear it improves the egg quality.
(Duplicate of what I posted in Nov IVF - but adding it here too as I know @hopefuljj and a few others aren't reading that thread :-))
Well just back from my appointment. I'm not sure if I'm worried or happy...
So on the plus side I don't have a lead follie that has taken off on it's own race! (so far)
On the negative side, nothing is really growing so far! There is nothing officially measureable (which for him is 8mm plus). And that's after 4 nights of stims. Last time after 5 nights I already had one at 15mm... So there is a fear that I maybe won't respond at all...
But there are minimum 3 small sleepy follies on each ovary. So I guess that equates back to an AFC of 6. Which is the best I've ever seen in all the cycles I've had an US at the start!
Therefore on balance I'm trying to see it positively - AFC of 6, all lined up together, bit slow to react to the starting pistol, but hoping they're just pacing themselves for the marathon ahead.
Next monitoring on Friday. Until then same stims and ganirelix every evening! I guess I need a prescription for patience too ;-)

@lsatturo126- Congrats!! That is truly a miracle and such a blessing! I am so happy for you and hope the next 9 months is uneventful!
@adc0417- Welcome! DOR is a hard diagnosis, but this board is proof that sooo many ladies still have success! Hopefully some of that good luck will rub off on you soon!
@hopefuljj- sorry you are sick! I have not been sick during a cycle, but I feel like lots of ladies on here have been, and its worked out ok... when do you go back in this week? You know my thoughts already probably, but I think you should give a max stim protocol a shot just to try something different!
@emmasemm- Good for you for looking at the positive! I agree its good there isn't a lead follicle. I am a little confused why they have you on ganirelax already if you don't have any measurable? Also, is your RE a low dose one or are you doing higher stims? I may be biased based on my situation, but the only thing that got more than 2 or 3 follies to grow for me was max stims...

@jamieh2000 I'm on 225 of Pergoveris (which is kind of like Menopur but ready mixed in a pen) - last time I had one follie responding and already more than 15mm after 4 nights of stims, and had to take the Ganirelix immediately as we were worried I would O alone. So on Friday when I went in and there was only a nurse to do my US who couldn't find my left ovary and couldn't get a clear view on my right really but thought she might have seen one larger follie already then they said I should do the first Ganirelix already Sunday night, not risk waiting until Monday morning. But I guess it was maybe too early this time around and now I'm daily on it which I assume will slow everything right down. My RE is willing to go up to 300 if there is no growth by Friday.
So now I'm singing "grow grow grow" to my stomach ;-)

@emmasemm- I think there is still time to get this cycle to work. That is unfortunate with the scheduling.. i think I saw in another thread how you don't have sunday monitoring I definitely think there is room to take that dose way up! I had to have 450 of follistim and 150 of menopur to push mine to grow, so 600 total. I don't think I would have gotten many (or any) to grow with only 225 of stims. Do you pay for meds? it can get super expensive to do high doses and some ladies get the same results on lower doses... but it may be worth a try since you are already on the ganirelax and have a good AFC this time...

@jamieh2000 yep you did see on another thread - no monitoring or procedures on a Saturday or Sunday unless it's an emergency. I mean I guess I can go to the Emergency Room and say I think I might have OHSS and get an extra US but that's a bit extreme ;-) The Pergoveris research I read showed similar results to Follistim and Menopur but at 60% of the dose. So it's supposedly more cost effective and efficient. Last time I basically responded too much too fast but the egg we got was top quality. So there's the risk with more drugs with only a few follies that we might fry them. But I'm kind of willing to let it run and see what happens. If slow and high doses fry my eggs then we will know for the future. I keep reminding myself this is all about learning what works over the first few cycles.
I even thought about getting a home TVUS machine to check at home. But that's also maybe a bit weird and extreme!!! I mean I used to have an US machine at home to scan the horses and so I do have some US skills lol

@emmasemm- o that is interesting about the 60% of the dose. I wonder why that would be.. is it a more concentrated dose maybe or something like that? I questioned my RE hard about higher doses frying my eggs and she doesn't believe that at all and she is very up on the latest research, but I do know that some REs do believe that. Its so hard to know what to do. I do believe that even with supplements, there is only so much we can do for egg quality and then its a numbers game. That would be interesting if you had your own U/S machine! I feel like you would need a pretty advanced one to do the measurements? maybe not though!

Hi ladies! I had a crazy weekend with a 17 hour shift for work on sunday starting at 3am which after having a fever for 2 days prior was just not super fun but I survived! I'm sure none of that helped my follicle situation:-/
I went in for monitoring this AM and now they are back to thinking the cyst is an endometrial cyst. Ugh. 0 follicles over there and only 2-3 on the left. Good grief. I thought they would cancel, my RE was on vacation so the other doctor wanted to wait and get her to weigh in and I got an email a couple hours later and she wants me to keep going??? My concern here is if 6 mature sized follicles can in reality only end up due to my empty follicle situation as 2 mature eggs there is a huge likely good that this could result in 0 mature eggs. Soooo. That is just concerning. @emmasemm I am sorry nothing is responding yet!! But I do think the follicle count is sounding super promising!!!!!! I'll be chanting the grow grow grow song for you every day till your Friday scan! I go back in Thursday to see what is what.
@JamieH2000 If I had a better AFC this cycle my plan had been to push hoping the dose but now I think I'll neeed to wait since it's a bloody ghost town in there:-/
@adc0417 thank you for your kind words:) I do take coq10. Been taking it for the past year and a half. I also take vitamin E for its anti oxidant benefits.

@emmasemm I actually think it's good that you don't have a lead follicle this time I'm a slow grower too and I don't really think mine started really growing till after seven days of stemming then the party started! AFM my blood work confirmed an LH surge, so my estrogen patches will start next week. My estradiol today was in 500s, which is higher than I’ve ever had in a year. Could the meds that I injected 2 weeks ago have something to do with it?? Or I’m just thinking much too into it??
@hopefuljj oh that would really be a pain if that was an endometrioma... but fx the meds do. their stuff and you will know more on Thursday. This waiting it out is frustrating.
@hopeful_mom good to see you! Hope everything is going well and the nausea is starting to slow down!
I was in bed at 9.30pm again last night as these drugs are really kicking my butt this time!

@hopefuljj- I really hope its not an endometrial cyst! Have you been diagnosed with endometriosis before? I am glad you can continue and I really hope that more follies join this party! I know.. it always has to be something.. but i'll be here cheering you on!
@adc0417- Yay for starting estrogen priming! I am not sure what med you took 2 weeks ago, but I doubt it would stay in your system this long. Hopefully this is a good sign of things to come!
@emmasemm- Do you go back in again tomorrow? maybe the tiredness means the meds are working!

@JamieH2000 I have never been officially diagnosed but my RE assumed that i had it and it was what caused the DOR. Looks like that cyst is an endometrial. another doctor has told me the same thing now. My RE is on vacation. I now have another cyst next to it that might also be endometrial or just a regular cyst. this cycle has not been very fun. I go in Saturday for another scan, but I can not believe we are moving forward because i have only 2 follicles on the left that look like they will be mature when ER comes around and one smaller one. Given my history of empty follicles the thought of continuing is very disconcerting because there might be nothing to retrieve. I have had multiple empty follicles on the last 2 cycles...and my E2 levels look LOW so i do not feel like there is anything in this follicles....based on their current sizes 13, 15 the E2 should be much higher. I'm just going along with it now but if my RE was here I know she would have canceled me. The other doctor is seeing me for scans and then sending her the update and she keeps having me proceed via email....so it feels like a hail Mary cycle.
@emmasemm I'm lol'ing over here hard core at the thought of having a TVUS machine!!!! i'm shocked i haven't looked into this yet. hahaha

@hopefuljj- aww so sorry to hear this cycle is just not going good I HATE delays, but I am thinking it would probably be better to cancel and try again once these cysts are gone too. I remember how hard it was when I had a cyst for 3 months and was benched... part of the reason I decided it was time for DE since I just couldn't keep taking to constant monitoring and disapointment. Thinking of you and know that we are here for you!

@hopefuljj I also didn't see my doctor today, but the one I saw was very patient and thorough.
She said he had officially noted the three from Monday at 4mm, and the great news today was they are still all there and have all grown to 10-11mm!!! So again looking at the positive they have responded since Monday! They are still not big enough of course but she was very hopeful that they will keep growing over the weekend, so I'm keeping on with stimming and Ganirelix every night and go back again on Monday. We discussed the stim level, but decided not to up it - since they are responding and because she was worried if we do that we might fry them before Monday as they could go very fast from 11mm to ready.
So I'm asking for more grow grow grow chants until Monday please! Three mature eggs would really be an awesome result if we could manage it for this cycle. But I'm still not quite daring to hope we might manage it.
On the other side I am crazy bloated, feel so many twitches and cramps around my ovaries all the time and so tired I can barely stay awake long enough to have dinner and do the injections each night. It really makes me think last time the stims had no effect as my body had already selected the lead follie. So underlines the plan to start before one is selected (day 2 not day 3-4). Learning about my body every day still.
@jamieh2000 how is the polyp situation going? It comes out next week I think?

Well the good news is the follies are growing, just in their own sweet time... They grew since Friday (when I had 3 at 11mm) and I now have one at 17mm (right) and 2 at 14mm and 1 at 10mm (left). Plan is to trigger Weds for Friday ER then he hopes we can get 2 and maybe the big one will still be good, plus the 10mm has a chance to catch up too, therefore max potential of 4.
Depending on number and quality after fert then we would decide if Mon or Tues transfer. I nearly had a heart attack when he said Tuesday. As one I'm supposed to travel on Tuesday and two that would mean a 4dt. Last time we did 2dt and the risk I don't have anything to transfer on day 4 is quite high. But he said we will decide when we get to that, and if we could get 3 eggs then it would be good to wait and see how they develop those extra two days as it could be valuable info for us for future cycles, and he would hope we would still have at least one to transfer. Still a long way to get there and lots of ifs and buts.
So keep those growing chants coming please!

@emmasemm yay!!!! This is sounding awesome!!! I'm sending all the grow chants your way!!!
As for me, I went in for my appointment Saturday morning and by the time I got home from the city they called and canceled my cycle. I was like, after 9 days of shots? We should have canceled when I kept asking if we would. But oh well. Onward and upward I guess??

Sent in IVF round 3 and 6 (4 embryos) for PGS testing and got 2 normal embryos!!! 1Boy and 1Girl. Took a little over a year to get those two embryos so demanded all sorts of test prior to attempting transfer. Did EFT, ERA and NK Cells testing.

DEIVF cycle - picked a donor who is willing to be open! Her cycle resulted in in 4 PGS Normal embryos 1st transfer - chemical pregnancy 2nd transfer - success, May 17 2020 due date!
@hopefuljj what?! If a huge part of the cost is the meds and you already stimmed 9 days then why the hell did they cancel now? And not even convert to IUI??? Are you sure you’re at the right clinic? I guess you can at least HIO every day for a few days in case!

@emmasemm- I love your update!! I think you have a good shot to get at least three! For my recent donor cycle, I was worried since on trigger day, we "only" had 11 follies at 14mm or higher. But we ended up getting 25 eggs, 22 mature, and they said there were a ton of 12/13mm that they weren't sure if they would be mature or not. But it obviously worked out great. I think once they are 14mm by trigger time, the odds are good they will be mature by ER. So I think trigger on wed sounds like perfect timing for you!
@hopefuljj- aww I am sooo sorry. Cancelled cycles are devastating, and I know you were already waiting so long! I agree, they shouldn't havent waited this long to cancel you and wasted all those meds! They better have a great plan for you next! Maybe a second opinion wouldn't hurt?
AFM- just waiting to get my polyp removed tomorrow and then stopping BC I believe. Not really certain on how the next week or two will go.. but hopefully get a withdrawal bleed by this weekend and baseline next week..

@JamieH2000 good luck with your polyp removal!!! Time is flying by and FET will be here in no time:)
AFM yeah, I have to talk to my RE to be like WTF. If she hadn't been on vacation this would have gone differently. I do think I'm a difficult case because I have stimmed up to 19 days due to my follies liking to grow at a snails pace so 8 days of stims (I said 9 but counted and it was 8 although I did the HGH and Cetrotide that AM so 9 days of shots) for me is like halfway through a cycle... maybe she was hoping that some more would pop up?! I dunno. I go back in Monday the 20th so we shall see:-/. This RE is my second opinion! Lol.

@JamieH2000 hoping u have an easy removal tomorrow and all goes smoothly!
@hopefuljj sorry ur canceled and that they didn't cancel it sooner and you have to go through the extra days but I'm also glad that you're not going through an extra retrieval for no reason. I'm a little annoyed with your RE I understand one has to be able to go vacation but your case is so different than others it should've been handled better. are u OPP for ur meds? I have an appt wed and I am bringing in my leftover meds gonal f and cetritide. Love for u to have them if it works let me kno!
@emmasemm Grow follies grow woohoo!!! I'm hoping you're feeling good because this really does sound like a great cycle so very happy for you!! Are you sure they didn't mean 3dt? Usually they don't want to touch them on the fourth because that's the morula stage? Whatever it is I'm hoping you have very strong embabies to choose from that will be ready to go. Praying hard!!

@Hopeful_mom you are the sweetest! Thank you so much for the offer!! I am incredibly lucky and the only money I wasted was that for the HGH. Which is pricy but it is what it is. Had I gone to retrieval there would have been many other costs for me so glad to have avoided that. I hunk about you all the time and hope you are doing amazing.

@emmasemm wohoo! Let's get it cycle buddy!!!

Whats your protocol this time around?

So upgrade it is! Holy expensive!!!!!!! Maybe we see where this IVF goes first cuz my God it's expensive.
Good luck with the BC!! I reeeeeally hope nothing like what happened to your friend happens to you! I'm screaming and begging the universe to not even think about it!
@emmasemm I don't think I'll be going over to the November board

DOR - AMH .27 High FSH (don't even know how high)
2 iui's to start - BFN
IVF 1 -3 made it do day 5! 2 5AA 1 6BB PGS results = all abnormal
IVF 2 - stimmed for 19 days. insanity. Had 5 follicles that looked mature but only 2 contained mature eggs the others were empty. Nothing made it to day 5
IVF 3 - added in HGH - 4 mature follicles (had some empties again) 3 made it to day 5/6 for PGS (held for testing with next retrieval
IVF 4 - Upped my dosage for the first time - Canceled 11 days into sims - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty
IVF 5 - Canceled - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty
IVF 6 - 3 mature, 2 fertalized 1 made it to day 5 and sent for PGS
Sent in IVF round 3 and 6 (4 embryos) for PGS testing and got 2 normal embryos!!! 1Boy and 1Girl. Took a little over a year to get those two embryos so demanded all sorts of test prior to attempting transfer. Did EFT, ERA and NK Cells testing.
FET#1 - Intralipid drips, Prednisone, and did a depot lupron shot before starting the FET protocol
Chemical pregnancy
FET#2 - PGS normal boy - BFN
Natural pregnancy - cycle following the FET2???? Miscarriage at 8 weeks. viability scan had shown an enlarged yolk sac so I had been warned that it was likely not chromosonally normal
DEIVF cycle - picked a donor who is willing to be open! Her cycle resulted in in 4 PGS Normal embryos
1st transfer - chemical pregnancy
2nd transfer - success, May 17 2020 due date!

What were your doses for the IVF cycle you canceled? Lots of ladies here actually think some ladies with DOR do better with more meds. Wonder if it is something to consider for you??
It's definitely great to be in a forum where we can all relate! I hope this next cycle for you is much more successful!

Back for # 2!
The Pergoveris research I read showed similar results to Follistim and Menopur but at 60% of the dose.

Back for # 2!

AFM my blood work confirmed an LH surge, so my estrogen patches will start next week. My estradiol today was in 500s, which is higher than I’ve ever had in a year. Could the meds that I injected 2 weeks ago have something to do with it?? Or I’m just thinking much too into it??
@hopeful_mom good to see you! Hope everything is going well and the nausea is starting to slow down!
I was in bed at 9.30pm again last night as these drugs are really kicking my butt this time!

@jamieh2000 yes I went back in today.

Back for # 2!
Morning all!

Back for # 2!
Lol.
Homozygous MTHFR Cr677
