This isn't one I've heard in the wild but one that my mom is suggesting for this baby. My mom really likes the name Million (as in dollars) with the nickname Millie. I just told her I was glad that she named me before the internet was really a thing for her too get ideas
Going off this...Maxamillion. No lie. When I saw this I was all like, what the.....smh!

There are certainly names out there that are beautiful except for their meaning. Million actually doesn't *sound* bad, it's just weird. Like Chlamydia. Beautiful. And an STD.
H swears he knows someone who gave their child the middle name "Number 3" for Dale Earnhardt.

We have a friend who gave their child a middle name of Danger. Honestly it is kind of funny and since it is a middle name it didn't get as much side eye from me as would have been expected.

We have a friend who gave their kid the same middle name. I thought it was hilarious.

@brittanilc I've heard of Maxamillion be given the nickname of Max. He was a dog.
I went to go read April's NOTD thread and they mentioned isis having a negative connotation to it. I don't get it. Can someone explain this to me
Because of the Islamic State being known as ISIS in some cases. It is a shame, it's a lovely name.

My friend named her son maxamillion! Max works but I couldn't imagine someone calling him maxamillion!!!
A character on my soap opera is named Maximilliana, nickname Maxie. I don't know where they came up with that. Usually they pick the super popular, trendy names for new characters. Hence right now there's a Finn, Hayden, Griffin, etc.

Maximilian (not Max-a-million) is a legit French name for a boy. It's definitely not popular in modern times, but was used since the 1400s or so. There's even a Catholic saint from WW2 with that name and athe least a couple rulers.
We are naming DS Max, so we looked up all the variations and decided to use it by itself rather than Maximilian, Maximus, or Maxwell.
Well I hope I didn’t offend anyone with my side eye of the the name Maxamillion. I had never heard before. I’m pretty traditional when it comes to baby names, so it threw me for a loop!

I have heard of maximilion before but didn't know anyone with the name! I think that's why it seems like such a different name! I really like Max by itself!

I would definitely side eye it with "million" in the spelling. Obviously we didn't even like the original spelling/name enough to use that either... just figured i'd share the info since we had looked into all the name variants for Max
My biggest issues with these posts is, why can't they just LIST the names on a page instead of taking forever and a day to load to the next page. I got through the first 3 before I gave up.
Just read a suggestion to a mom on FB to use Stellah so she isn't one of 5 other Stella's in school. Yes, that extra H really makes all the difference. *eye roll*

I also hate slideshow posts. Thankfully, once they suggested I name my kid after a demon and then coined the name "Blessence" I couldn't continue.
