Hello! Im Athena. My EDD is December 2nd. But bc I will have a scheduled c section my baby will be here in late November. I was on the December 2017 group but no one ever post anything on there. I have an 18 year old step daughter. And a Angel who went to heaven at 4 months last November. I am married to an amazing man and I work full time as a General Manager. I can't wait for my baby to be here!
Hi everyone! I am due on November 8 with my second baby!
I have a DD that is 2 and a teenage step daughter that lives with DH and I full time.
I waited this long to join in because I have had multiple losses in the past and wanted to get into the "safe zone" before I let myself get too excited. Happy to be here and meet some great people!
this will be my third baby. DD is 6 in august, DS turned 4 last month and we were not expecting a third. I was on birth control and either missed a pill or was taking expired pills (not on purpose). Either way, I thought my due date was dec 16th-ish- and looks like at my U/S on Friday the baby was 12-13 weeks, not 9 weeks.
talk about fast forwarding to the second trimester! I'll come back if my doc confirms what I already think! He should call me tomorrow or Monday!
kschref Happy belated Birthday!! I'm so excited to get to know some new awesome girls! I am in a group from my Oct 15 that started a FB group and we are all super tight! (there is only 34 of us in the group so it is super close and personal) Hope I can find some great connections with this group too!
I am in a FB group from January 2014 that started on TB and it has been so amazing over the years. We currently have about 120 and several spin-off groups for different topics like politics and photography, etc. DS was only 4 months old when I found out I was pregnant again and I was so overwhelmed I didn't keep up with the BMB for my DD and so am not part of a FB group for her. Makes me a little sad sometimes. Hoping for great connections here as well!
Same with me and my aug 2011 baby! I joined my sons April 13 FB group but never kept up! Hoping I can find new conversations as my aug 11 mamas are grown up with kindergartners and 1st graders. I need baby talk.
Hi all. I'm new to this group. My EDD is 11/21. I am a ftm. I recently got married in the city of love. I actually found out i was pregnant the Tuesday after my bridal shower. We are both over the moon and cannot wait to meet our little nugget. Team green. Can't wait to read about everyone's stories as we go about this journey together.
Hey everyone, I'm Tiara. 22 years old, 13 weeks pregnant. My EDD is 11/27/2017. I'm trying anything possible to keep myself stress free during this time. I broke up with my boyfriend about three weeks before finding out. Let's just say this is not how I expected my first pregnancy to go. However, I am remaining strong and confident that baby and I will be okay.
Hello! Fun fact: I'm an idiot and instead of replying to this post, I started my own thread to intro myself. In March. Since then, I've been living on the edge and straddling the line between lurker and active, but it was for a 100% insanely normal and not weird reason. Staring at my phone made my first tri headaches SOMUCHWORSE. So I just didn't.
I'm Brit and at almost 16 weeks and I literally still can't believe I'm growing a human in my belly. I work at a non-profit doing a lot of design and copywriting. My dude and I are in our third year of living in a fixer upper (it's a trap. we are still fixer upper-ing it. don't do it.) and our 11th year of *mushylovestuff*. With each passing year, he gets prettier and I find new and exciting ways to remove new and exciting unwanted hair.
I've really enjoyed this community so far and am happy to have a bunch of fellow grumpy lumpy ladies to commiserate and celebrate with. Even the ones who flamed me for wanting to go to Mexico. Non, je ne regrette rien.
My husband and I are expecting our first child on November 5. Team Green all the way. We've been together 14 years, so this will be a big dynamic shift adventure for us. I'm 32, a tax litigator, dog-Mom, chocoholic, shoe-fiend, yogi, cyclist, and avid hiker. That's a lot. On top of that, I've been on a personal journey to combat a shopping addiction, get my finances in order, and to minimise the "stuff" cluttering my house.
I just uprooted my family over the holidays to move to Maine so I could take a new job. Needless to say finding out we were expecting not long after we moved was a shocker! Guess what they say about long, cold, Maine winters is true. I'm excited about becoming a mother but also very anxious about the financial side of child-rearing and the impact on my job and my career prospects at the new firm given how quickly this is all happening.
Hello all! I'm a STM due 11/17/2017. I have a 5yo son. We are waiting until the anatomy ultrasound to find out the gender. I live in Connecticut and couldn't be more excited about baby #2!
@ugoglencoco@MaximumEffort ...and I thought we were the only ones who waited 5 years for #2! We still have a lot of stuff from our first pregnancy as I always knew we would try fo@MaximumEffort We've been so busy establishing our careers that time got away from us...I had #1 when I was 27yo. He is our honeymoon baby I'm 32 now so things are a bit different.
Hey I'm Ashley! I'm 23 years old expecting #3! I have a 5 year old stepson and a a 1 year old son. My due date is 11/20! We were not expecting to add a third child on so soon, but everything happens for a reason! We couldn't be happier anyways! We both want a big family.
This pregnancy had had been harder than my first one. I never had morning sickness with my son never any pain. It was all around smooth. Labor wasn't fun but he was 9lbs 8oz. Now this one I have insane morning sickness, mood swings, pain everywhere. Plus since I did have what's considered a big baby My midwife has put my on extra monitoring. She said I'm not high risk but she's going to watch me closer than with my last one.
@townbaby#2 I have one in the middle as well, who is 3, but I still feel like these ones will be way more spaced out. Ds2 will be 4 when ds3 arrives! Like you, life got ahead of us in between our last two!
hi hi! i'm 34 years old, due november 30th, live in ontario and am first time pregnant. super happy but also fah-reaking out. i don't know anything at all about babies and am just hoping i don't totally screw this up! so happy to have a little spot where i can get to know others!
My name is Victoria, I'm 25, a blogger and small business owner, and I'm an excited FTM! I'm from Helotes, Texas (just outside San Antonio) but moved to Belgium to marry my husband (Honeybear) almost three years ago. Our Honeybee is 15w6d, due 15 November. Thursday's appointment is the results of our NIPT test which means definitive answer to the pink vs. Blue debate in our collective family. I'm a bit of a health and wellness nut, a DIY craft addict, and obsessed with natural and organic products.
I have one angel baby from a previous relationship, but this pregnancy has been NOTHING like that one. This one I had nausea for the first two months, and then my waistline has been steadily expanding for the last two months. Mom brain is kicking in something awful, and since all my mom friends are past the pregnancy stage and well into the "solid food and toddler" stage I decided to join up and have some other moms in the same boat as me to chat with.
We have two rough collies and a whole flock of chickens on our little homestead in the Flemish countryside. We grow most of the vegetables we eat on our land, and we're big on frugality. Husband was concerned about costs for a baby, but after seeing our friends and family on both sides of the Atlantic already buying us stuff and my insistence on using CDs, making baby food, and breastfeeding to save money he's not as worried.
I look forward to chatting with y'all more!

That's what I hear!!! I'm having a blast getting all our CD stuff together. I also have a list of first foods I want to try out when Honeybee is ready to begin solids. I'm wholly against commercial rice cereal but I think that's something I can easily make at home??

I never did rice cereal but you can just over cook the rice then it will mash up!
I saw that, I also had the idea to make a sort of rice porridge with water and rice.

I am a FTM from Michigan! We are due November 2nd I had terrible morning sickness that left me home from work for a month (and hoping it was twins so I wouldn't have to do this again lol). Now I'm feeling fantastic and enjoying it! Heartbeat was 155 today and we find out gender next Tuesday!
Finally gathered the courage to introduce myself... Hi! I am currently pregnant with baby #3. I have two girls, 11 and 2, and we are Team Green as of right now on the newest Little. My EDD is 11/24. I look forward to sharing this journey with you all!
Hi! I am a stay at home mom to two little girls, 8 and 2, and expecting another in November. My due date is actually December 5, but I have to have a scheduled cesarean the last week of November so I joined this club instead, because with my DD #2 she was expected April 1 and ended up being born March 11, which confused all of my baby emails. They are all late lol. I am 15 weeks today, and currently on bed rest because I have HG, which is not helped at all by lying down, despite what my doctor thinks. I just hope I manage to stay out of the hospital this time.
Hi! I'm Hillary, FTM, expecting a baby girl November 18! We are very excited to welcome our first child! A little about me: I'm 30, and a first grade teacher in San Antonio, TX.
2nd baby. I have a July 2016 baby. My babies will be 16 months apart. Super excited! I'm in a July mommy group on FB and hoping to be added to the November group!

SAN ANTONIO REPRESENT! Going to be out there on the 23rd, so hyped to visit my family and friends again.

Hello there, my name is Lily I'm currently 18 weeks pregnant and a mom of an almost 3 yr old boy, we are living in Austin, TX and i would like to get to know you, I had such a great experience with my August 2014 group and now i finally have the time to sit down and get you know you. Any Austin moms out there?
Hi, I'm Laura! This is my 5th pregnancy-6th baby (One twin from last pregnancy passed away at two weeks old.) My last pregnancy was rough, so I've been very on edge this time. Im due November 12th I've been reading for a while, but finally decided to say hello
Hi all! I am a late arrival to the board but I'm hoping to get to know you all over the next 20 weeks. I am a STM and we are expecting baby #2 on November 13th. I think this will most likely be changed to November 8th after or scan next week as baby has been measuring earlier than both dates and we were TTC with charting so I'm pushing for November 8th.
We currently have a wonderful 4 1/2 DD and she is super excited to be a big sister. There are still moments of panic where DH and I think what were we thinking. Overall though we are very excited.
@laura3+2 Welcome. Feel free to join us on the PGAL check-in. You'll find a lot of support there.
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
Hello! Wayyyy late to the party here but this is my 2nd hyperemesis gravaridum (HG) pregnancy and I'm just starting to feel half-alive enough to participate. I've been lurking here and there, but so glad that I'm starting to feel better so I can post now. My EDD is 11/30/17 so I feel like I'm at the back of the bus, however, 4 y.o. DD was born at 36w3d so I feel like I could go anytime in November?? Due to genetic testing we already know we are having a boy and are very excited that he will complete our family. My body/family just can't take another HG pregnancy even though I'm one of the lucky ones who don't experience it for the entire pregnancy. I'm a New Englander transplant living in the midwest. Looking forward to getting to know you all!
