@bethann1022 - I knew we were be doing Assisted Hatching since we were doing testing, so they had to make a hole in the shell to get the biopsy anyways, but i was not expecting them to be fully hatched already! I'm assuming that it's a good thing? lol! i'm glad you guys had a great time on your trip, and that you had the urge to test just once! FX for a good beta tomorrow - can't wait to hear an update!
AFM, I go for my second beta today. I'm so nervous, I have a bad feeling since my first was on the low side (73). I"m trying to stay positive but it's not working. I hate that IF makes it so hard to enjoy this time.

@whitebarley GL at your transfer today, let us know how it goes.
I had monitoring this morning and lining looked good for transfer tomorrow. She said 10 thickness type 3. I forgot to ask if the 'type 3' meant trilaminar, but I thought I saw a stripe. @kris031409 Let us know when you can! I am hopeful for you. I know it may seem low, but it bears repeating - what matters most is the rise. IF is a bitch and sucks the joy out of so much though - so I totally understand where you are coming from.
@whitebarley - good luck today! hope the transfer goes smoothly!
AFM, I has some barely there spotting a couple times last night and once this afternoon. Trying hard not to read too much into it (who am i kidding..of course i am! ) since the catheter poked around a lot and probably irritated a bunch of stuff down there...oy! Tomorrow and Sunday DH's parents are visiting SIL, who lives with her family about 45 minutes away from DH and I, so we have a bunch of stuff planned that will help distract me. Tomorrow our nieces are in a school play and then we're taking them out to dinner, and on Sunday, a Mother's Day brunch before the in-laws go back to Long Island. That night I might break down and POAS (will be 4dpt5dt)...
AFM, beta went from 73 to 150. Why am still not convinced?

Unfortunately, another BFN today, not sure what the next step will be, meeting with the RE early next week to hopefully discuss a plan to move forward. It will most likely be another full round of IVF, with possibly a change in protocol since obviously this one hasn't worked the last two rounds. We do have one more frozen embryo so I am not sure if insurance will require us to do another FET before moving onto a fresh cycle. We shall see, wishing everyone else good luck this month!
@bethann1022 I'm so so sorry- this process can be so heartbreaking and unfair. I hope you find peace in a new plan with moving forward. And if insurance makes you do the last FET, you never know- it could still be the one..

@bethann1022 - really sorry for your bfn, its hard every time and even harder to move on and do it all over again. I'm glad u still enjoyed ur time away, I haven't been able to do that in at least 2 years now, its not good. Glad you have a great partner going through this with you.
kris031409 I know its hard to believe but great 2nd beta!! There was a girl on the board first beta was 49 and she is less then 5 weeks from delivering! You got this!! and how did OH like the gifts??
caseyw8784 how are you feeling? do they say if implantation bleeding can happen on FET what day it would be? It didn't sound like you had a lot of poking going on and its safe to assume its probably just that. Hate when TB cuts off the messages, it happens a lil to often!! And I forget to hit save draft too

@kris031409 that's great that your beta doubled, I imagine it's difficult to do, but try to enjoy this time, you deserve it!
@hoping10 it's exciting to be taking the next steps
AFM I had my transfer this morning and everything went well, so they said. I'm excited as I've never been PUPO before! I'm trying hard not to stress, but that's near impossible. I'm going to TRY and hold out until 5dp5dt before I start peeing on all the things

@kris031409I can imagine that if my FET is successful I'm going to feel the exact same way. I've never seen a positive HPT, I've never even thought seriously that I might be pregnant. I'm sure it'll start to sink in for you (but tell me when..lol). Anyway, the numbers don't lie, so congrats!
@kaseycoco Congrats on being PUPO! FX the next few days fly by for you!
AFM, I had my last blood draw this morning. Estrogen and progesterone look great (they should, for all the pills/shots/suppositories I get to enjoy everyday..), so we're on track for transfer on Monday, woot! I went out to dinner with the in laws last night and had one glass of wine. I realized that wine + three kinds of progesterone = falling asleep at the dinner table, so I guess that was my last glass of wine for awhile (hopefully for a year!!).

@hbomb513 - yay for a Monday transfer!!! Fx for a sticky embryo!! Are you transferring 1 or 2? (I'm on mobile right now and I'm having issues looking at the spreadsheet.)
@kaseycoco - yay! Congrats on being pupo!!! How are you feeling so far?
@kris031409 - are you having a 3rd beta? if so, hope for rising numbers! I'm glad you're feeling more like it's real!
Hope everyone is doing ok today. It's tough on us in so many ways. A few peeps have wished me Happy Mother's Day and I just feel so anxious about it. Like, don't they know it's way too early to feel confident about such a thing? Ugh. It's just that loss and infertility have left me with a lot of invisible scars. I know y'all understand. While I have my mom, MIL, and lots of mom friends on my mind, I'm mostly thinking about the women I've come to know through these forums. I'm wishing you all peace and love today.
My labs came back and my estradiol dropped, so my doc added the patch to my protocol. And my HCG almost doubled. From 441 to 844. Doc said he's ok with that. I'm trying to be. Labs again tomorrow.

Instead of it being FET time for me as I was hoping it has become my trigger time for me and ER on Tuesday. I'm a bit nervous as I only have the 5 that are measuring from 16 - 20.5 My 3 bigger ones are on the left. I have another 3 on the left but they are smaller 10 and 11. And they're not giving me any more meds for them so that I don't loose my bigger ones. Just makes it concerning as my odds become less. Lets hope all 5 are super strong!! Just keep thinking positive thoughts for me ladies it worked last time

@Hopeful_mom - yay! good luck on Tuesday! FX crossed for a good retrieval!
@fivetimesnoluck - Mother's Day is such a tricky holiday with the IF crowd. While I was spending time with my in-laws this weekend, I was just glad that there were a lot of distractions.
*mini-rant* Except, today we went to brunch with the in-laws, my SIL and her family, and SIL's husband's sister+her family and their parents. DH and I are not fans of those in-laws anyway, especially cause they don't know when to keep their mouths shut. And they gave me a Mother's Day card! They don't know that we are doing IVF or that we had even started trying to begin with. But, FFS, who gives someone a card when they don't have kids?!? They said that it's a "tradition" in their family...."all the women get Mother's Day cards, regardless of their motherly status" (actual words) *end mini-rant*
Anyway, I hope everyone got through this weekend relatively pain-free, and tomorrow starts a new week!
@caseyw8784 I'm feeling good so far, just trying not to read into everything But I can't believe your in-laws gave you a mother's day card! *Major eye roll* At least maybe you can blame it on ignorance since they don't know, but still, I'm sorry you had to put up with that.
@fivetimesnoluck I hear you that it's so early to celebrate, and definitely understand having invisible scars from IF. I often bristle at innocent comments because people just don't know the extent of my journey. But I'm glad to hear your beta doubled! FX things keep going the way they should.
@Hopeful_mom FX for good eggs and that everything goes well with the retrieval.

Hi everyone! I'm sorry (again) for not posting earlier. My transfer was a bit of an ordeal on Friday for reasons that I will spare you (but included me finding out at the last second that my husband could not come in with me, and many tears) but the end result was that my little 4AC girl embryo, who thawed perfectly, was put safely back in the oven. Pic attached - and yes, I emojied my embryo, heh.
It's funny, for all of my hours of researching blastocyst morphology, this little lady definitely does not look like a 4AC to me - more like a 3CC or something! But I am certainly not going to question the embryologist, who said she was beautiful overall. I have felt a few things since Friday but don't know what to believe - I guess the most notable thing is that there have been a few pinching sensations on what feels like the right side of my uterus. It's only happened a few times yesterday and then early this morning, and my right boob feels more sore then my left, but not more sore than my usual LP! Had some AF cramps and backache on Saturday, but I know that is way too early for anything notable to be happening, anyway.
@fivetimesnoluck - am thrilled for you. i totally understand not being able to believe it; i probably wouldn't myself, but your numbers are great. try not to let IF rob you of the joy that you should rightfully be feeling right now.

@whitebarley - i'm sorry that leading up to the transfer was such an ordeal! Our emotions are so high strung as it is, the slightest hiccup can wreak havoc. We weren't sure if DH would be able to come to my transfer, wouldn't know until a couple hours beforehand, but he was able to make it. I'm sure if he hadn't, there would've been lots of tears on my end, too! I did the same thing after I got the picture of my embryos - google, google, google! haha. And i thought mine didn't look as "pretty" as the examples I saw on the websites...
*TW* DH ended up getting called in for overtime last night, and once he left i got the urge to pee on all the things (yesterday was 4dpt). On the Wondfo i thought i saw a shadow of a squinter, so the next time i used the bathroom i pulled out one of the 2 FRERs i had, and there was a very very faint/squinter of a line! This morning (5dpt) I used the other FRER, and the line was still faint, but definitely a line! I have to run some errands later today, so I'll be picking up some more tests, and i also have to figure out a way to NOT tell DH until after the beta on Saturday...(he didn't want me to test before the tww was up!)
caseyw8784 YAY!!! Congrats!!! I'm so happy for you! This is going to be a really long week with a secret so exciting!

@caseyw8784 Congrats! Ugh, I promised too, but I feel strongly this time that it's my body and I have this urge to know. Wednesday I'll probably sneak a test, beta is on friday though.

Ladies, happy Monday! I'm happy to report my labs this morning were good. Hcg doubled+ to 1714. Estradiol went back up with the additional patch and progesterone is staying strong, inching up to over 29 this time. Very comforted by this report. Next step is to do another set of labs on Thursday - looking at different data like blood clotting times and inflammation markers - then going in Friday morning for a consultation where we will look at my whole history, current data, and then make any necessary adjustments to my protocol. U/S will be sometime in week six. Have I mentioned how much I love my RE? Cause I do.
@caseyw8784 Wow!! Congratulations! Would be so hard for me to keep that secret, but can't wait to see what you do to share the good news!!
@whitebarley - congrats on being PUPO - she's beautiful!!
@kris031409 let us know what you hear about today's report. Wishing you the best today!
@kaseycoco congrats on your transfer! (I don't think I said that yet.)

@whitebarley - no overly obvious symptoms. i've been tired, but not completely exhausted...although, on friday, DH let me sleep in and i slept til 10:30 (i normally wake up around 8 or 8:30 if i don't set an alarm)!! I've had slight cramps, but i know the progesterone can also cause that. I'm not a patient person at all but i like thinking that it was just a feeling in my gut telling me to POAS...now i just have to wait until saturday to "officially" confirm it!

kris031409 I know its hard to believe but great 2nd beta!!
And I forget to hit save draft too
kaseycoco best of luck on your transfer sending u super sticky vibes!!

@kaseycoco - yay! Congrats on being pupo!!! How are you feeling so far?
@kris031409 - are you having a 3rd beta? if so, hope for rising numbers! I'm glad you're feeling more like it's real!
My labs came back and my estradiol dropped, so my doc added the patch to my protocol. And my HCG almost doubled. From 441 to 844. Doc said he's ok with that. I'm trying to be. Labs again tomorrow.
❤️

Instead of it being FET time for me as I was hoping it has become my trigger time for me and ER on Tuesday. I'm a bit nervous as I only have the 5 that are measuring from 16 - 20.5 My 3 bigger ones are on the left. I have another 3 on the left but they are smaller 10 and 11. And they're not giving me any more meds for them so that I don't loose my bigger ones. Just makes it concerning as my odds become less. Lets hope all 5 are super strong!! Just keep thinking positive thoughts for me ladies it worked last time
fivetimesnoluck hear u on all fronts its way early and scary! Hang in there great beta hoping tomorrow will be just as promising for you!

Anyway, I hope everyone got through this weekend relatively pain-free, and tomorrow starts a new week!
But I can't believe your in-laws gave you a mother's day card!
@kris031409 good luck with your beta tomorrow!
@Hopeful_mom FX for good eggs and that everything goes well with the retrieval.

@hopefulmom - best of luck to you, dear!
@kaseycoco - are you feeling that much different? i think you are one day behind me but still . . .
@kris031409 - good luck with beta!
@fivetimesnoluck - am thrilled for you. i totally understand not being able to believe it; i probably wouldn't myself, but your numbers are great. try not to let IF rob you of the joy that you should rightfully be feeling right now.
xx

*TW*
DH ended up getting called in for overtime last night, and once he left i got the urge to pee on all the things (yesterday was 4dpt).

@whitebarley I love the emoji on your beautiful embryo pic! My husband wasn't allowed in the room either, which I was also bummed about. They told me it was to minimize exposure to embryo, but still upsetting you found out last minute like that. But glad you got your sticky bean in there now.
All the positives on here are making me so hopeful. How are you ladies doing with your third betas?
