Thanks for the love ladies is much appreciated!!  I know its silly to be upset over an egg and so on but because its so few you just know how important each egg we get is!!!  I'm more upset we sacrificed one for the other (not that they asked me as I probably would've said to do one more day) ...but one is already slowing down and I'll just have to look ahead to the next cycle

My Day 2 update - 4A, 4B and 2BC...so far 2 of the 3 are pretty much on target, I always strive for the A in school so I would like my eggs to do the same   I'm hoping the 3rd will catch up tomorrow and be a fighter!  My tummy is still hurting me which is annoying...but that too shall pass.

Hoping10 glad your appt went well you should be breathing a sigh of relief! What immunology blood tests did you do?  My RE said they dont do immunology blood work as I requested to do an nk cell test.  My acupuncturist suggested it as it can be a cause for MC.  I'm still nervous to to the transfer and have a MC.  AWWWW a lil girl how fun!!!  Did you choose or is that the strongest of them all?

whitebarley so sorry to hear of your loss, they say when a birth develops a death happens.  Trying to shine some light on your loss, sorry for the timing but hope it will bring some joy during your sadness!!

hbomb513 I know its really hard to stay positive - going through these cycles I totally get it!!!  BUT why not this time you.  My first IVF cycle I said yes it has to finally be my time.  This time it has to be me!!  Dont' worry about symptoms just yet, you know feeling like poo and resting all day is a symptom, I was exhausted!!!  i also never had any of those twinges that people talk about...I didn't at times, only while sitting have a feeling of my tunny just feeling bad.  Not cramping or anything like that, the best way to describe it is a sour tummy...I did feel like there was something going on in there and it was twins...so technically I should've felt a whole lot more.  Hang in there its different for everyone!  No reason it can't be everyone this cycle!!

And for the ones worrying about the percentage - I can't be the one that doesn't get the BFP this month as I didn't get to transfer...and then the rest of you can!!

@whitebarley - So sorry for the death in your family! The timing is kind of sucky, but it might be good to have someone who knows the "secret"! Will be thinking of you on Sunday!

I posted on Monday about lining decreasing and doctor recommending 3 more days of Follistim and then making a decision this am. My largest follicle still has not grown past 14 but now with these extra stims I've done, I have about 6 smaller follicles between 8-10 and my lining is at 7 mm. Doctor doesn't think we should trigger bc dominant follicle is still small, so we are moving along with the process and going to start Estrace 3x/day today and start progesterone tablet support tomorrow 3x/day. Transfer will be next Wednesday 5/25. We are currently trying to decide between 1 and 2 embryos. I was absolute about transferring 2 after my first fresh cycle failed and my first FET got cancelled. Now that my lining is "semi" great - (doc wanted 8 mm)we are considering transferring 1. The doctor & nurse did give me hope with lining having one more week of encouragement with the estrace 3x/day. I wish I had a crystal ball

@krenee124 - that's good that the lining is at 7! hopefully with the extra patches/pills/etc, it'll get to 8 or higher by the 25th!

AFM, does anyone know if Clearblue doesn't make those advanced digitals with the weekly estimator anymore? I just searched through five different stores (Walgreens, Target, CVS, Walmart, and Rite Aid...lol) and none of them had any - not even in the back stock room! A friend had said that it calculates by having different strips in the test that have different sensitivity levels of HCG (like, 1-2 weeks means hcg is between 25-150, 2-3 weeks is between 150-2000, etc) so I was curious to see what i would turn...cause apparently i can't wait less than 48 hours to get the beta done!

DH is at work until about 4 tomorrow, so i'm all set with my "plan" on surprising him. Am a little nervous about it though...it will make it just *that* much more real...? lol

@krenee124 - fingers crossed your follies cooperate! sounds like things are progressing nicely. my lining definitely got the last push from 7mm to 8mm in the last week up to starting progesterone.

@caseyw8784 - I had not heard that . . . are your tests turning darker at least? i think you said they were . . . that's gotta be a good indication!

I'm less than 24 hrs from knowing my beta level so I'm going to spill the beans. We tested yesterday and it was a BFP ! Digital was all I had.  It was day 9 but I convinced DH how confident I was because of the same symptoms had last time plus new heartburn and nausea. So....we are over that hurdle. It feels good buy also not safe and won't be ok until I see a heartbeat.

caseyw8784 you are hilarious!! I didn't realize that it tests the numbers like that.  I did buy mine at cvs but they're like a year ols i think at this point  I took mine at like 2/3 weeks after to test it out.  Are you sure your DH doesn't have a clue because I'm sure ur acting calm now no?  Do you keep telling him you want to POAS?  looking forward to his surprise!!

@Hopeful_mom I forget exactly which immunology tests RE ran- but I know she tested mine and my husband's karyotype. She ran tests on me to see if my body forms little blood clots that could affect implantation. Nope, didn't pick gender- I always say strongest one goes in

@krenee124 I'm so happy for you that your linking got thicker and that transfer is set. Hopefully it thickens to 8 by then. Oh and a crystal ball would be wonderful..Haha

@hopeful_mom - i had googled it earlier, and this is what i found:
"The sensitivity quoted by the company is:
1-2 weeks: 50-200
2-3 weeks: 200-2000
3+ weeks: 2000+"
but who knows how true this is!
I don't think DH has any idea. We were talking yesterday about how it is kind of inconvenient to drive from Newport up to the office (90 minutes each way) and to see if i can change it to monday, but i told him that wasn't an option! cause i can't wait that long! I did tell him that i could just test right then, but he said to wait...hahaha. I've actually been really good about not talking about it with him so far, so i think he thinks that i haven't had the urge. unless he's been snooping and found my hidden stash of the hpts...! 

@whitebarley - are you planning on testing on sunday?

AFM the light cramping I've been having stopped today, FX it was from implantation. I was extra tired and also had a decrease in appetite today, but feel like that could be from the crazy hot weather, and also my crazy symptom spotting 
I literally had to put a HPT down before and step away. I want to test, but feel like if I did this early I'd have to use FMU. But I also kind of want to keep the 'ignorance is bliss' going...

@kaseycoco - it helped that DH had gotten overtime and switched a couple shifts this week! tomorrow he is only coming home about an hour before we have to leave for Rhode Island!

AFM, today was supposed to be relaxing but ended up hectic and the time flew by! We live in a condo (in the Boston area it's called a triple decker...a 3 level building with one unit on each floor) and had just gotten a brand new AC system last year, and this morning our downstairs neighbors knocked cause water was coming through the light fixtures in the room below where the AC is! I looked but didn't see anything, but later the people they called to come look noticed that the AC pump (that's in the far dark corner) was broken and overflowing through the floors! Luckily for us, it's still under warranty, but i had turned off the AC in the meantime and it hit 102 today. AC guys should be here any minute though, yay!

Today's the day I'm gonna tell DH! I must admit that I'm glad to finally be doing it...it was hard to keep it a secret for a week!
When i tell him the "i just got a new pair of shoes today, go look and tell me what you think?" comment, this is what will be waiting for him on the bed. (I'll probably include the FRER and digital that i tested this morning, just to show him that "YES! it's actually positive!!")

I feel so much better today compared to yesterday, it's really odd. Boobs are still sore but no cramping or fatigue today. Yesterday I felt like death. I hope that's not a bad sign. :-( Although I've kind of noticed that my symptoms seem to max out in the afternoon . . .

@whitebarley - i've been trying to hope/think that i didn't mind the lack of symptoms, cause they suck! The last couple hours I've been feeling ever so slightly nauseous, today is the first day that I've felt like that! Part of me hopes that it'll be more often (cause i heard that if you have a lot of MS, that means that the baby is healthy/strong? or is that an old wives tale? haha!) but the other part of me wants it to go away cause i don't handle being nauseous/sick that well...oy!

I just left the office from getting up blood drawn. She won't call till later this afternoon usually gets pretty late in the evening. I'm very calm today and just going with the flow. She was very excited as were two of the techs in the office they gave me a hug. I won't go back till Monday for the second blood draw and they'll adjust it from there. But I wanted to tell you that I told her about my nausea so early and she said it's typically the sign of a very healthy pregnancy!

@caseyw8784 OMG so stinkin cute love love love!!!  You should video tape it if u can!!  As for the pic of the test u could put it in a spoiler box.  But I think that rule of ppl getting upset is poo!  If you're on the thread from the beginning u have to feel the joy!  Just my 2 cents.  Those boots are so cute!  I would say the nausea is an old wives tale as I was UBER sick and we know the sad outcome.  Yes dr do say it!  However it usually kicks in at week 6 for many.  hope your AC is working and good to go!

AFM: My embabies I'm actually confused by my update.  Today she told me 8A, 8A, 8BC and one 4C.  Now that would mean 3 are growing well which is great!!  I just thought the other day that one was out.  I seriously thought she got confused with who I am...so at this point I will have to sit tight till Monday to hear what has been biopsied...really praying I got some fighters here!!

DH is home! He was surprised, and he is very excited. He really like the firefighter booties! Although, he came home really stressed...he wouldn't say much other than that they "had a really bad call," so i think his reaction was a bit subdued cause of that. I know once he decompresses and relaxes (and once we are out of the city and on our way to a weekend of R&R with his cousins!) he'll be able to wrap his head around this and celebrate...

I just got the call from the RE! My first beta is ........238! I'm thrilled. I mentioned why do they not check estrogen at that point and she said they just don't usually see a problem.  Well when she called she said, "I'm glad you suggested checking estrogen because it's a little low. 184 and wants it 200-400 for this point. "
So, I start tonight adding the estrogen back in twice daily.   Not bad. I'm so glad I learned so much from these boards and my Instagram friends to be my own advocate and question a few things here and there. 

Off to celebrate with Mexican food.

@whitebarley Same thing happened to me! I had one day of feeling like utter shit, and then I was fine. Now I feel great - I feel a slight pressure in my lower abdomen, but that's whatever. I'm with you, I was more hopeful when I felt like crap, but @caseyw8784 is right - no symptoms isn't bad and everyone is different!

AFM, I'm feeling a bit down today. I caved and POAS last night and got a BFN. Not even a hint of a squinter. It was an internet cheapie and I'm hoping that it was just too early and it was at night, but I still feel like if it were going to be positive I should have seen a hint of a line. I will prob hold out and not test again until Sunday or Monday morning (when my beta is) just to hold onto hope for a little longer.

@kaseycoco - I've had crappy batches of Internet cheapies and then batches of good ones...hopefully the one you used was just a dud! FX for a line when you test on Sunday and FX for beta on Monday! 

AFM, went for my beta draw this morning and I just got a call back (seems really early?!) and it's a 183! Going back Monday for beta #2!

AFM, started suppositories and shots today. First PIO was not bad at all. Here's hoping it's this smooth leading up to Thursday! All of the good news on this board as me feeling really good!!

Does anyone know how long progesterone suppositories are good for?  I just found almost 2 weeks worth at the back of my fridge left over from an IUI in November.  Think they're still good?

kris031409 yes i do, the pkg should have an exp date on it.  I never refrigerated mine so maybe that keeps it better?  they are usually good for at least a year.

Hopeful_mom thanks!  My prescription just comes in a plastic baggie with the strip of suppositories and the prescription sticker on the outside, only date is the date the script was filled.
