@lestex I am so with you! I am soooooo tired. No amount of sleep is enough. I am so sluggish and when I wake up, it takes me forever to feel like my head is no longer in a cloud. ETA: words are hard.
Add me to the insomnia club!! I take Benadryl and two hours later maybe I fall asleep for three hours tops!!! It's getting so frustrating!! It does not help any crankiness! I too have not had bad MS. I haven't vomited yet, but periodically get very nauseous and just an overall crappy feeling most days. For now I'll just be grateful for that. Feel horrible for all you vomiting moms!
How much bleeding is considered spotting and when should I be worried and heading to the doctor. I started showing signs of blood yesterday and this morning noticed quite a bit more. I've been going through alot of stress and am scared I'm about to lose my baby because of it.
@luckeygurl I'm sorry you are going through this. My doctor told me ifnthe blood is bright red or if I am filling a pad in an hour or two, to call. I'm keeping everything crossed that things work out for you
@kvacmak I have constant vertigo but I have Menieres Disease; an inner ear disorder. My triggers are not staying hydrated, having too much salt, or being overtired. Research has taught me a lot of those are triggers for ppl that don't have Menieres as well. I hope your appt goes well.
I'm 8w4d. Nauseous, having a hard time going #2, peeing all. night. long., some food aversion, and sporadic cramps. I was spotting for like 3 weeks but they said everything is fine. I'm worried that I don't have MS but it's so reassuring seeing all the other ladies with so little symptoms!

Thks for all the support and encouragement.... I'm kinda staying off the bump right now until I find out for sure what's going on..... Still no symptoms and now I'm starting to cramp so my hopes aren't too high. But good wishes are well appreciated.
Just an FYI @SierraGood and @jljeanblanc - We don't use the term "baby dust" here on the Bump. I know other forums do, but we don't here (it's a site wide rule). Often times, women who have lost a baby (and especially those who then had the baby cremated) find the phrase hurtful. In an effort to be inclusive, the phrase isn't used. Would you mind deleting it out of your posts?

@camomile_june Yes it's definitely not blood pressure or anemia related, it's not lightheadedness, it's the room is spinning and I can't keep my eyes straight or get my balance.
ETA: @acgonzalez22 thanks for the insight! I have definitely been more tired and find it has improved the last couple days since I've been off from work and sleeping longer. I'm beginning to think it's also related to being LOW in salt for me because I am CRAVING salt like crazy.
@Kvacmak I've had vertigo before, and I'm so sorry you're experiencing that. Hopefully you can speak with a doc soon and get an answer. When I had vertigo it was a side effect of a major brain condition that eventually required surgery, so I doubt that is the issue for you. FX it's something minor that can be eliminated!

Add me to the list of mommas with nausea and vomiting. Went to the hospital on Monday per midwife and found out I have HG. Hoping this starts to get better as the pregnancy progresses. Also sore breasts and bloating. This might be alittle tmi but I'm having a lot of pain during sex, anyone else have anything like this? I'm 8weeks and 3 days
@kvacmak Sorry you're still having vertigo. That's really no fun at all. My restless leg syndrome has kicked into HIGH GEAR. It's my least favorite thing in the world on a regular day, but it's awful when you're trying to sleep.
I woke up completely drenched this morning from night sweats. Clothes, hair, blanket, and sheets. I don't remember getting them during my pregnancy with DS, only after I gave birth. So, anxiety.
@acgonzalez22 Have you tried witch hazel for your hemorrhoids? They work wonders for shrinking them and relieving pain. Earth Mama Bottom Balm is also great.

Witch hazel is amazing! Obviously I love it, haha. Tucks are great for hemorrhoids!
Went to the ER this morning after speaking to my midwife they aren't really sure what's going on but they said the baby looks fine so they go home and rest and take it easy for a couple of days thank you ladies for the encouragement and kind words.
@babypi@justsuzie@vvi@vvitchhazel All things I just went and got, plus put in the freezer. I was referred to a booty doc for them bleeding. I go Thursday morning.
@kvacmak I am in love with my squatty and Amazon for prime.
Anyone else really anxious? I think I am more worried than with my first. I am so worried about how it is developing (i don't know). I am worried about gaining any excess weight, I am worried about so many things that I don't think I did last time. Last time I had no early ultrasound nothing until 21 weeks and I don't remember feeling so panicked all the time.
I am hoping after my ultrasound in two weeks everything is good and I won't be as worried.
Question category! I don't know much about prenatal testing. My basic idea of it was that unless you're high risk, u don't get the early blood tests and gender test. On another app I use, some ladies who are not high risk said that they just asked to receive the noninvasive testing and got it, so they know the downs syndrome results plus the gender already. Im confused and unknowing.

@AMCsquared it depends on a few factors - first and foremost, you should find out what your insurance covers and what it doesn't and decide what testing you want to pursue. With my 1st, I was neither high risk or AMA, so I had the NT scan and the regular bloodwork that goes with it. If those came back showing an increased risk of any kind, I would have been given the Harmony test (which I think is similar but not 100% to the Materni21 and Panorama test). This test is more conclusive and can also provide the sex of baby at 12 weeks. My understanding is insurance rarely pays for the latter unless you are high risk or AMA but there may be exceptions.
@baevn I'm super anxious too. This is an IVF/ICSI baby and I'm nervous about how that might affect baby's health and chance of survival. Then i read a Bump article how MS and other pregnancy symptoms are good so that made me more nervous because i have experienced no symptoms! Not even with all the hormones they're pumping me with haha.
@silkentofu Some women handle hormone fluctuations better. For me, I get no cramps, pms, or any other type of symptoms when I have my period. That is making me rationalize why I have mild symptoms.
Thanks @justsuzie! That makes sense, my periods are generally very easy going too. Guess we should count our blessings and stop worrying. Easier said than done though sometimes!
@baevn Yes, I'm way more nervous this time. Mainly because we are older now, and I know there are more risks. DS was a month early and spent a week in NICU, and I'm terrified this one could come earlier and have more issues and on and on. I'm not really sure how to avoid worrying about this stuff. It wasn't even on my radar the first time around because everything was going perfectly.
@AMCsquared When I had DS, I was not AMA or high risk, but I was offered testing (was never offered NT scan though). I declined all except the cystic fibrosis test because I wanted to know if I was a carrier (so we could test DH if necessary). This time around, I am AMA, so I'm hoping it will all be offered and covered.
So I have this worry. . And the articles on here give me no peace at mind. But I've noticed for 2 days I had a random like light light red pink weird like idk discharge and it stopped for 1 day and then it happened again yesterday and in the middle of today it was gone again. It really is kind of worrying me tho. .
@drake007 sorry you're dealing with this. I had spotting (red and pink) with both of my pregnancies and both turned out healthy babies. While spotting is not necessarily considered "normal", it's extremely common in 1st tri. Have you called your doctor and let them know? Having them take a peak could put you at ease.
@alysapuggles My first was a month early too. With my second I was on progesterone shots from 20 weeks- 35 weeks and she wasn't born until 39+5. Just a positive story for you
