@funkykey Like Portia and Ellen but straight I like beautiful things too! I bet your functional furniture is amazing. I bet you have nice taste. I also know the incredible sacrifice of having children. Lately, I want to see anything other than the failure that is infertility. I look around at all I have and hardly enjoy it because there is a cloud around me all the time. Some days I just want to be back in the sun, even if it means accepting that having kids isn't the most important thing in the world to me. Then I feel the famera headache, the stomach ache from metformin and the bills for past and upcoming infertility treatments. I wonder if I'll ever see those pink lines. Also, people with infertility have more postpartum depression because we work so hard for so long and romanticize the whole thing. There is more to life, even though it doesn't seem like it.
Looks like I'm out, BFN on a CBD at 13dpiui. I was really hopeful this cycle so this one stings. One more round of IUI before we head to IVF so I really really hope that IUI #3 is the lucky one. March was brutal to us, FX April brings more than 3 BFPs

During retrieval, Dr. had to go through my uterus so we switched from fresh transfer to frozen. Tomorrow will be 18dpiui and no AF as of yet. What the heck is going on with my body?! It's like every time someone probes around my lady bits during my cycle it delays my AF. Typical LP is 12-14 days, cycle of HSG and IUI #1 were both 16 days and this cycle is apparently going to be 17-18 days. Blah

Hey all. I have been in the previous try through IUI page for last minth, currently taking a break after two IUIs that did not work. My question to the lucky ladies that gave got your BFPs is... Have you ever had a bfp before? Or have you had a child before.. the reason I ask is because I have never for both.. and need some hope.. thanks
