@mrs_tacos Yes, I would have loved an equally anxious friend! My mom says I basically raised myself because I put more rules in place than she or my dad ever did. My brother was quite a shock to them... I led them to believe that parenting was just super easy. He was a hellion.

@wyomama0427 I love how that show progressed for the most part. Last season was a good end. TO you don't have to have to have seen all of TVD to follow. As long as you understand Klaus and the rest of them. Love it.
Sooo I am now falling down an emotional rabbit hole. One of my really close friends was murdered in college in his "off campus" home 6 years ago (literally 1 block off campus). The local news back home is doing an expose' on it as they have yet to find the murderer. All my friends are sharing the link with the news article and video about the expose' with crime scene photos etc on FB (myself included), and I am just a mess right now about it. His roommate was shot in the throat, but survived, and I believe he is coming out and getting interviewed in the news segment that is being aired today. I'm a mess.

@labby18 Oh wow... I always wonder when things like that come out how it effects the people who were close to the victim. I'm sure it just drags all those feelings back to the surface. @HollyGolightly09 yeah, it really sucks. the news article that is being put out also has videos of the previous coverage videos, and there is a close up of me straight up ugly crying at a birthday vigil for him. I think i'm done for today. mentally checked out.

@labby18 perhaps!!! I worked during they day and took 2-3 classes at a time at night. I majored in business. I stopped going in Fall 2012 because I moved to NYC with DH.
+1 on TVD fans. The Originals is amazing as well. I started watching as soon as Klaus left TVD. I haven't finished catching up yet, but I think I've finished the first two seasons. I'm also on season 8 of TVD.

labby18 *Hugs* I am so sorry. they do this every few years regarding my brothers suicide because the cops were involved. The SIU bring it back up constantly. I know how rehashing these memories and emotions suck and are emtionally draining. DH was sick about 2 weeks ago and it's been going around his shop ever since like the plague. So of course it finally made its way back around and now I'm getting a really sore throat today before my three day weekend starts

MY LITTLE TERRIER CAME RUNNING INTO THE HOUSE WITH A RAT. I chased him up the stairs and he thankfully dropped it on the rug as it started squeaking!!! It's back leg was bleeding So I locked the dogs up, and after several several minutes of freaking out and taking pictures for DH, I grabbed very thick leather gloves and carried the not-moving-but-still-breathing rat outside into the wild field and laid it next to a fence with a bushy bush. I'm still waiting on a call back from the vet to make sure puppy isn't at risk and I'm not at risk for disease, but the technicians thought all would be okay. Vet will talk to me jic too. I have an OB appt in 1 hour to talk to her as well. But it was the saddest thing ever. I will never get over seeing that rat lying on my stair step.

Yea, it has more to do with mental illness training and how police respond to cases with mental illness. Thank you, there is a lot of backround regarding the circumstances but I'll leave that out (if anyone is super curious, PM me I have no issues sharing) . So because of all this new training and what not his case gets brought up a fair amount and with local SJWs fighting against the "evil" cops (the cops were not at fault in this case, but he was in police custody) they bring it up often in facebook and other exposes. It's been 7 years, I'm over it all.
@HollyGolightly09 If you have a Costco nearby they put their felt hangers on sale every now and then so instead of $9.99 for 35 I think it drops down to $6.99! And they are great at keeping clothes on.

In sad news, I think my right side isn't making milk anymore and my left has slowed down a ton. I wanted us to wean on our terms But it probably explains why my child has been eating NON-STOP.
Guys......... MY 14 MONTH OLD JUST SLEPT THROUGH THE NIGHT IN HIS OWN BED IN HIS OWN ROOM. He even woke up, rolled around, and WENT BACK TO SLEEP. A month ago this kid couldn't sleep without the boob in his mouth and he'd wake up every hour. I'm so happy I could cry. It is almost 6 am and he went to bed around 9. Who is this toddler?!?!?!
@LuckyPenny1231 I do the unisom and B6 too. I haven't tried it, but my OB did tell me I could take a dose of B6 in the morning if I needed too. Might be worth asking your doctor about it.
