@nda_roxybabe I agree. Some of her songs are catchy, but I've never understood the hype. Which leads to my UO: I don't think her pregnancy announcement was beautiful and inspiring. I found it awkward and weird.

@nda_roxybabe @MoshiMoshi7 I dislike Beyonce. I don't get the hype. I don't even really like any of her recent stuff. That picture was atrocious.
Also, I like white chocolate, but agree it shouldn't be classified as chocolate.

My (maybe) UO is that I give zero fvcks about the Superbowl, and will likely watch only the halftime performance.

@nda_roxybabe - I don't love Beyonce, but I respect the hell out of her. I feel like the bar for celebrities is set pretty low, but compared to most, she has talent and doesn't seem to be a garbage human. That being said, her maternity shot was...uncomfortable.

@starphish18 - I love all of the chocolates. All of them. Except orange flavored garbage- that's a travesty.

@Jen_Shoes - I also could not possibly care less about the super bowl. Usually, I watch for the commercials and halftime show (if I watch at all), but both have been disappointing lately. Bruno Mars was effing awesome, but the rest of the recent performances have been meh (except the Black Eyed Peas- they were actively horrible).

My (possible) UO is that I love Taylor Swift. Love. Her. I think she is a marketing genius, a great role model, and I want to be in her squad.

I hate the acronym "LOL." I have never, ever used it except to make fun of it (not of the people who use it--you do you!). Unless I'm ACTUALLY laughing out loud when I use it (I think few people are), it just seems ridiculous to me. My eye starts to twitch when it's used at the end of every other sentence. You are not. laughing. that. much!

No hate, just not my style. I'll be over here sticking with my "hahas"

@nda_roxybabe @MoshiMoshi7 I don't have strong feelings about Beyonce in general, but the pregnancy shoot was sorta weird. I can't find it now, but I saw a hilarious FB comment that was like "hold my purse, get me my veil, I'm gonna kneel down on this grave real quick..."

Hate white chocolate, agree it should not be called "chocolate".
I couldn't care less about Beyonce, but respect that she's at least putting her pregnancy out there.
Also couldn't care less about Superbowl (except we're going to a friend's for it this year, ugh. I'm only in it for the food and puppybowl.)
Hate "LOL" also. In general I'm not a fan of those acronyms. DH uses "YOLO" as a greeting, all the time. Makes me cringe.

I hate when people say, "Oh, girl, you're gonna want an epidural!" Excuse me, Miss Unsolicited Advice, but that's not supportive. What do I say to that? "Uh, no." So overall UO: people pushing their own ideals on you, versus accepting yours.

@Jen_Shoes I use to only watch for the commercials and now they just suck anymore. So I probably won't be watching it either. I'll wait and watch the highlight of the funniest commercials on monday.

My UO... political views aside, I think Ivanka Trump is a beautiful women that showcases her ability to work in a high power position and have a family. (granted I know she is afforded every luxury at her disposal...) but the fact that I always see her with her children it makes me believe she's not just pawning them off with a nanny. Hopefully i'm not wrong and she just does it all for show....

Nerd alert: Interestingly, white chocolate actually contains no cocoa solids (or, the cocoa liquor) that makes up "real" chocolate. It is mostly comprised of sugar and the only "cocoa" thing about it is cocoa butter (the fat that sun worshippers slather all over their leathery skin)... appetizing.

Wikipedia tells me that the U.S. regulation is that to be marketed as white chocolate, an item must have at least 20% cocoa butter. Like most (all?!) of the people on this board, I prefer to get my cocoa calories from the real thing. No fakes!

@nda_roxybabe , I'm "meh" about Beyonce as an artist, but she seems like a pretty cool person and I respect all she's accomplished as a working mother...however...that maternity photo? Horrendous.

@starphish18 , agreed--white chocolate is fine, but it's NOT chocolate. I was craving chocolate a few days ago and a coworker handed me a white chocolate, which I politely took, but kept thinking...but I still want chocolate.

@Jen_Shoes , I don't care about the Super Bowl even though I live in Boston. But I also don't really like any professional sports, so it's kind of all the same to me. I'm sure we'll end up half watching it and half doing something else.

@hp_momma , no way...chocolate is where it's AT.

Mine...I don't get the hype over Harry Potter, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, etc...obviously, this probably means I'm not all that into sci fi, and I certainly haven't read the books for HP and LOTR...but I don't think the movies are all that great as stand alone entities. Entertaining? Sure. But movies I'd watch multiple times? No.

@Kipperoo I've seen the Star Wars movies (not on my must see list again). But I've never seen Lord of the Rings or a single Harry Potter movie... or read the books. Right there with you on not understanding the hype.

I'm more scared of Steve Bannon than I am of Donald Trump.

Also, I neither think Donald Trump is an idiot nor is he a genius (rather I think it's a bit of both). Some of the crazy shit he says & does is crazy, like he can't help himself and he's shooting himself in the foot. But some of the crazy shit he says is definitely wholly calculated, and the media and people play right into his hands when he does it.

@hp_momma I am with you on this one! fruity, gummy, chewy candies over chocolate any day, for me. And PB M&M's are my exception also!

I love Harry Potter but like @thistlenweeds said its all about the books!

I'm a sports fan so I totally watch the superbowl. I'm the UO on this one for sure.

@kat81 , TOTALLY agree on Bannon. I think he's a perfect example of one of the biggest problems with Trump...he's not the most qualified person to be our president (and I'm being generous) and he's surrounding himself by people who are equally unqualified. It's really frightening.

And peanut butter M&Ms are the besssssst. I wish I had some now! One of my coworkers keeps some on his desk in a creepy little M&M man statue, but I don't want them enough to fake a conversation with him for the next 20 minutes (the co-worker, not the statue, haha)...sigh...

@starphish18 , I feel the same way about baths...I like my showers because I'm in and out in 15 minutes max, but I don't understand leisurely baths...which reminds me of another UO that I'm sure to be relatively alone in...

I (generally) dislike massages. I think they are boring and find myself almost always wondering how much longer I have left laying on the table...
