thucks TW: Interesting that they decided 7.36 was a CP...the first time I got a 7 hcg they counted it as a pregnancy...and then it doubled within 48...and then it doubled again within 48...it did end in a CP in the long run but interesting they aren't monitoring you on the off chance that it turns into something viable. so after a BFN yesterday I POAS this time using an FRER 6dp5dt and got a BFP cautiously optimistic since I had a CP the last time

with my RE today and decided on a protocol and transfer date for FET
#3. The only changes we're making this time is adding in a uterine
scratch and increasing progesterone to 1 1/2 ml instead of 1. Oh, and
transferring 2 embryos. Eeek!
My baseline is next week, transfer date is March 1st, and beta is March 13th. Please please please work.....

We told my parents right away then told DH's mom who's in Florida so kind of apart from everything that's going on...she was excited and then asked us what names we'd picked out...ummm yeah we are trying to be really cautiously optimistic since last one ended in MC so names aren't first on our list lol. Glad she's happy but it was a little awkward.

I'd love to see a pic if you have one and want to share. @JESSABER0414 congrats on the beta! @LeFemmeViolette that's great to hear you've got a plan and are getting back on the FET horse. I was scared of transferring 2, too, but the increased odds for successful implantation are worth it! @Worldtravler0522 What fantastic news!!! I am sending you a million virtual hugs right now. Did the spotting stop? My blood draw Sunday to check levels b/c of the spotting found that the progesterone and estrogen were within range, and the HCG came back at 19,305, so I was really relieved. The spotting of course stopped the next day. The nurse did tell me I need to take it easier, though.
@EmilyE13 it did stop! I had dark red still 11ish on Saturday, then brown all day Sunday and barely there Monday. Who knows what the deal was. Happy to hear you were in the clear as well!

So much great news in the last few days! I am very excited to see the increased betas and the positive hpt's.
I am slowly regrouping after our bfn on Sunday. It was a terrible day but we are moving forward. I have talked with my RE on Monday and again today about our next steps. She wants me to take a month off of meds and to come in when I am ovulating to do an u/s to take a look at what my lining looks like without all the meds. I feel as though she is attributing our bfn to my lining (it was 7.8-8.8 prior to fet). We never had any thin lining issues prior to starting fet meds. I will also do another hsg this upcoming cycle. TW............We know that my right tube is blocked due to our first ectopic pregnancy but we haven't done another one since I had another ectopic pregnancy back in April. Not that knowing this will impact our next fet, but I feel like this is good info to know in general. so we have a game plan, just not one with much action...but hopefully we will get some info about my natural lining and maybe try a natural fet if things look good.

This whole being ku'd is pretty surreal...and leaves me feel optimistic but nervous. Really looking forward to Friday's US to see everything is healthy and be able to take a bit of a chill pill. Also spending a lot of time dreaming about vacation hopefully in the future.
ilmissslp Very excited for you! Are you doing acupuncture with your transfer? Make sure to not drink to much water-bring water to sip on as you wait! Also I saw one of my IVF friends brought earphones to do some relaxing music while she waited...kinda thought that was brilliant. Are you transferring 2 or 1?S Sorry I don't remember if you knew what grade they/it was or if you did pgs/ccs/pgd testing at all.

Thanks @BecauseLove for thinking of me I'm so excited for tomorrow!! My husband is at a week long internal company conference out of state. His team is so excited for us, and it's so sweet to hear their positive thoughts while he is there. Right now I'm trying to relax and eat fruits and drink water all day. I'm also cleaning sporadically because I'm much less anxious with a clean home. I tried to do restorative yoga this morning, and I think it pulled at one of my incision areas on my torso because it's really sore. How are you doing??

@becauselove yes we have told most of our family (we have really large immediate families!) everyone knew we were doing a transfer so we couldn't wait long to tell them! My mom has been waiting 35 years for a grandchild and surprising her with two was the most incredible gift I could give her. I pray everything continues going well. It really is worth all the shitty times, tears, needles etc when you see those little flickering heartbeats. Amazing.

We told my parents right away then told DH's mom who's in Florida so kind of apart from everything that's going on...she was excited and then asked us what names we'd picked out...ummm yeah we are trying to be really cautiously optimistic since last one ended in MC so names aren't first on our list lol. Glad she's happy but it was a little awkward.
@thucks that's weird they didn't tell you it was a CP, maybe your RE will have more answers for you when you go in. Hoping you get to talk soon. Hugs.

@Worldtravler0522 What fantastic news!!! I am sending you a million virtual hugs right now. Did the spotting stop? My blood draw Sunday to check levels b/c of the spotting found that the progesterone and estrogen were within range, and the HCG came back at 19,305, so I was really relieved. The spotting of course stopped the next day. The nurse did tell me I need to take it easier, though.

I am slowly regrouping after our bfn on Sunday. It was a terrible day but we are moving forward. I have talked with my RE on Monday and again today about our next steps. She wants me to take a month off of meds and to come in when I am ovulating to do an u/s to take a look at what my lining looks like without all the meds. I feel as though she is attributing our bfn to my lining (it was 7.8-8.8 prior to fet). We never had any thin lining issues prior to starting fet meds. I will also do another hsg this upcoming cycle. TW............We know that my right tube is blocked due to our first ectopic pregnancy but we haven't done another one since I had another ectopic pregnancy back in April. Not that knowing this will impact our next fet, but I feel like this is good info to know in general. so we have a game plan, just not one with much action...but hopefully we will get some info about my natural lining and maybe try a natural fet if things look good.
i am THRILLED to report we saw 2 healthy heartbeats today!! It was incredible!! I'm due 9/21 but adjusted for twins 8/31. Here are my little boy AND little girl!
