    TI for 4 cycles: 1 round of femara; 2 rounds femara/ injectables: all ended in BFN. 
    3 IUI Cycles: letrozole/Follistim with HCG Trigger,all resulted in BFN.
    FET #1: Baseline appt 4/28/16, Gonal-F/Menopur stims, Centrotide 5/4/16, ER 5/11/16; 6/8/16 ET, BFN
    FET #2: Baseline appt 6/22/16, Estrace/PIO shots: 7/12/16 ET, 1st beta 7/21/16: 83 BFP, 2nd beta 7/23/16: 315. 1st U/S: 8/4/16 empty sac.  2nd U/S: 8/10/16 yolk sac appeared, everything stopped growing. Office D&C: 8/11/16, MC.

    @ChocolateIsLife the hiccup was just having to wait an hour. 

    @Worldtravler0522 and @SwtAnana thanks for the tips. I warm up the PIO in a heating pad, ice the area, DH uses a battery powered massager afterward,then I sit on heat for 20 mins. I don't know why it hurts so much!!!!

    @lilmissslp Hmmm....are you guys injecting high enough on the outer butt cheek?  My nurse described it as placing your hand on your hip and letting your thumb naturally follow onto your backside (along the same line where your hip lies).  Where your thumb lands is about where you should be injecting.

    I remember I had DH inject closer to the midline to give that area a break and ouuuuuccch!!! Never again!

    I ran across someone mentioning doing squats afterwards...maybe give that a try?

    @lilmissslp it helps that I have extra padding in the area too. ;) The one time being a little fluffy pays off haha.  Also we switch sides every night which I assume you already do but worth mentioning.

    Question for you ladies! I've been sick for a few days now with cough/cold symptoms and just tonight broke a fever of 100.  I took Tylenol but is there anything else I should do? Been taking Robitussin for cough symptoms but it really does nothing.  DH bought me a vapor steam  inhaler thing which relieves congestion.  Just worried about the fever affecting the little peanut.

    @lilmissslp hmmm...it looks right! So sorry....I'm out of suggestions! I do have to admit that I have a bit more surface area myself so that may be helping to give me extra areas to inject into

    Diagnosis: Anovulation from PCOSish without syndrome, Male factors - low motility and morphology issues

    April-Sept. 2015 - Clomid and TI - BFN

    Dec. 2015- HSG - Clear tubes

    Jan., Feb., March 2016 - Letrozole 7.5mg and TI with HCG trigger= BFN

    April, May, June 2016 - Letrozole 7.5mg and IUI with HCG trigger= BFN

    September 2016 - IVF round #1;ER 9/26 with ICSI on 14 eggs - developed mild OHSS. 

    Sept 2016 - 12 non-PGS embryos frozen (5 5AAs)

    FET #1 Jan 16, 2017 - BFP!- MC at 6W5d

    FET #2 May 8, 2017 - BFP! EDD 1-24-2018

    @BecauseLove - that's crazy! did the doc say that your embryo might have split? It's appropriate for february though....the 2 sacs look shaped like a heart for Valentine's Day! :wink:

    Thanks guys. Dr didn't talk to me. The ultrasound staff (2 of them) looked for a good while and took a lot of pictures and measurements. They were sure by next week we souls know one way or the other. 

    We for sure didn't transfer 2 because we were worried about not having a nice near us (2 hours away) but we will be happy with whatever happens. We feel blessed with 1..if we get 2 we will enjoy that blessing as well...and plan a lot more.

    October 2014-April 2015: Without Medication or Doctor Guidance No Periods/No O BFN

    @lilmissslp as far as the PIO shots if you can move a little farther to the side, more like side hip area, that helps a lot. Also try a foam roller afterwards. It really helps me. Squats or the elliptical afterwards is helps too. Congrats on the transfer!

    @becauselove TW in 2012 with our successful round we had 2 sacs and 3 poles for about 6 weeks, needless to say our 12wk us only showed 2 babies and that's what we have. We were told that 1 had split and they would be identical's who share a sac. So I always understood that if it was to split there is only 1 sac. Interesting to see what's going on in your circumstances. 

    AFM- AF showed today and it's a killer I feel so sick to my stomach and the cramps are painful. I'll start BCP tomorrow. I'm dying for the 14th to hurry up I have so many questions. I'm really intrigued if an ERA or endometrial scratch would help. I'd like to do it ASAP if I could. I'll have to pay for another year of freeze time in April and there are 2 vials still so I'd like to be somewhere before that bill comes. I'm dying to bug my Physician Assistant about it but I keep hitting delete on the email and telling myself to just wait for the apt. But it's killing me!!!

    Well ladies I'm freaking out...I started spotting when I went to pick up the kids from school today. So they put me on bedrest until Monday morning when I go in for u/s. I've never spotted before like this or ever had any type of implantation bleeding.

    I'm so sorry! Spotting is scary as hell. Please take it easy for the weekend...we all know that spotting is very common this early but it's still worrisome to us when it happens.  Fingers crossed that everything will check out to be perfectly fine!

    @krisnjoe sorry you are spotting.  Remember that a lot of ppl in their 1st tri also have bleeding and everything turns out ok.  Try not to jump to conclusions until Monday.  Let us know how things go.

    @BecauseLove Thank you for sharing your beautiful ultrasound! Really interested to see what happens with the 2nd sac and hoping for great news next week. 
    @krisnjoe I know how scary spotting can be and have definitely observed that on my days of particularly high activity or stress, I'll often spot a bit the next day. It's hard not to worry, but keep reminding yourself that this is a normal 1st trimester symptom. Hugs to you. 
    @amanning2011 Nice work on that beta!

    AFM....my boobs. They hurt so much. I feel like they weigh 20 lbs each.

    AFM: I'm already showing signs of speshul snowflake-ness, but hoping its legit. I have been feeling twinges in my uterus since this morning, and I'm hoping its implantation.  :D DH is going to be home this afternoon, and I'm so excited for our date night that has been delayed for over a month. We might watch the Super Bowl, but I'm really looking forward to the Puppy Bowl as well. 

    *Question ladies: Did any of you get a pedicure while in tww? I could really go for one, just for the relaxation and keeping me distracted from obsessing right now, but have read conflicting things about pressure points and causing contractions. My doctor didn't list it on the ban list, but they also said to act as though you're pregnant in every scenario. I would love to know your thoughts and opinions about this.

    @ChocolateIsLife my bum is still sore lol. Much better than Thursday, so I'm guessing he hit a bad spot. I'm getting used to just being sore all the time lol. I hope the twinges are a good sign because I'm having them too! It actually started Thursday night in the middle of the night. I also have a weird pulling feeling behind my belly button. Hope my body isn't playing tricks on me! We'll watch the super bowl...mostly for the commercials and half time show lol. Enjoy date night!

    Thanks @emgem819!! I have a few buddies down here that are falcon fans as well! We usually go somewhere for Super Bowl, and then record the puppy bowl, but this year we are staying in. I feel like I block out the previous games though because I only remember the commercials  :D The puppy bowl is just a "football field" of puppies running around and being cute. I think they have a pre-game kitten bowl as well! It's a nice distraction.

    @Worldtravler0522 oh I will definitely be testing! I'm thinking on Thursday is when I will first test. Playing with cats and eating fried chicken sounds like a perfect Sunday  :p

    @ChocolateIsLife I think your twinges are a great sign! I want to piggyback on your pedicure question. ..I haven't read about the potential for cramping or contractions but, I currently obsessed with cutting out potential harmful chemicals. I need to figure out what polish, if any, is ok.  Any have advice for us with desperate toes?!
