Breast changes - squishy boobs?

My breasts went from a large C/small D in first tri to a DD and haven't really grown since (but I have had to get some bra extenders for band comfort).  Recently I feel like they aren't very firm anymore, but are just feeling squishy for lack of a better word...anyone else?  Possibly have to do with milk production?

    I feel like my nipples and areolas have gotten super soft just in the past few days. So maybe not my whole boob has gotten squishy, but the front totally has. I think I have been leaking more colostrum as well.

    yeah, thats kinda how they are when you are Bfing--after you feed the baby of course. Its normal. and it went back to being firmer after I stopped Bfing DS.
