Thanks everyone. My bp is still pretty high, but as of this morning I began bleeding and they couldn't pick up heartbeat. I had some.blood work done today and doctor wants me back in a couple of days to get more done. At the moment though, all signs point to a miscarriage. Part of me is still in shock. I was just here a week ago and everything was great. Maybe they're all wrong... i don't know. Maybe it'll sink in in the days to come.
I have to say that I have never felt so alone as right now. My mom dropped everything and os on flight here right now. His parents who are supposed to be our only family here just completely failed us. I just feel like in a time of need there isn't anyone here to count on.
Just feel like so much is going on right now. In such a short time.
Good to hear there's still some babies spitting up!! I asked my mom to pay close attention this week while she's with her. Didn't spit up at all today apparently. Ok!
@babycakesday I'm so so sorry. I can't imagine what you are going through. I am so sad for you right now. I'm so glad your mom is coming to be with you and I wish your husbands family would be more supportive. Hugs.

Waaaaay late to the car discussion but does anybody have any input on the mitsubishi outlander sport or the nissan juke? I would like to get a little suv/crossover once the rest of my life is in order & these 2 are at the top of my list once I'm ready to actually start looking
I saw all over IG people with half birthday cakes for the babies. For any of you that did one, was it an actual cake? Did baby eat it too or was it just for mom and dad? I've just been curious. Never thought to give M cake yet.
ok- baby carriers...I'm starting to think a ring/sling type may be best for me. I'm looking for quick on quick off, easy, no ties or stuff to fumble with...just something for a little extra support in the store and such...are all ring slings created equally? It looks like there is a huge price range
@kmurdock925 I saw you were tagged in the baby wearing thread, there is some great advice there! I'll chime in here though-I have a WildBird sling and I love it! Really great for errands or chores around the house. Mine was a gift, but when I was looking for one, it seemed to be the cheapest one that came highly recommended.

That seems like a nice medium so I don't feel like I'm buying yet another pos but not breaking the bank. It seems like the rings will work well into toddler-hood. Do you have the single or double layer and chambray or linen? I'm thinking the double layer would be stronger for a larger/growing child?

I have a single layer linen. It still can be used with a toddler I believe, I'd have to double-check the weight limit.
Thanks @schaze! I pulled the trigger and ordered a double layered linen. I figured the dbl layer might be stronger? Considering LO is already 22 lbs I figured I would need the strength...so excited about the color!
@schaze I got the paradise color which is like a deep eggplant-ie purple...basically my favorite color ever, haha. As long as the pic is pretty true to the color it will be beautiful! I got a rose gold ring as well.
Thanks a lot ladies! It's definitely been some of the most difficult past couple of days for me both emotionally and physically. Having my mom here has been great. She has to leave tomorrow because of work. Baby J has decided to go on a sleep strike and refuses to sleep after 3am. So now I'm also sleep deprived on top of it all. It's also been hard because I don't know to talk about it so I haven't really wanted to see anyone besides my mom. Not to mention, no one ever talks about it. Anyway, I've been lurking these past couple of days just to feel like I'm a part of something other than laying on the couch and listening to baby J cry.

@babycakesday you are not alone and it's okay to feel unmoored. There is no special way to talk or not talk about it. It's a loss. Grief is normal. Express yourself in any (non destructive) way you want. Even if it's just PMing one of us. Hugs and prayers to you
