@bluejeanbabi05 good luck! i trigged at 7pm last night and I had the iui 830 this morning.

Can you remind me when the eat the pineapple? I cut it into 5 pieces and each 1 piece each day right?

OK guys, I somewhat obsessively combed through and created a sheet to keep track. I am keeping my FX for BFPs! BFPs for everyone! (A girl can dream...)

Looks like most people were between Jan 15-18, so it's been a busy few days... and soon, a big long TWW.

I didn't have dates for @Cinnamonn, so that's why she's not on.

I am going to have to try this pineapple trick too. I'd not heard of it before, but I'll do it! Plus I love pineapple.

FX for everyone who has an IUI this week! And can your DHs please give my SO a Leo talk?! He has refused to BD because he thinks he will get my BV (Even though we BD when I had it and didn't know a few weeks ago!) I've been on meds for five days now, so tomorrow he has to do the deed, no ifs ands or buts! I am determined to make this clomid work so we don't have to do IVF! Haha.

@funkykey Great work on the chart! One edit on my end - my cycle day 1 was the 15th. IUI will probably happen at the end of the month. If you want we could also use a google doc or something so people can edit their own rows.

I've been lurking these boards for a while but we just did our first IUI yesterday! Started Clomid on Jan 5, positive OPK on Jan 16 and IUI yesterday! I feel like it's a good sign cause DH has the highest counts he's ever had yesterday, plus he managed to get out of a speeding ticket XD. Fingers crossed this works!

I'm at the tail end of my TWW and I am dying. They told me to test this Friday (the 20th). I'm trying really hard to hold out. I ordered tests on Amazon to try and avoid POAS too early. They are supposed to arrive this evening.

Im analyzing every single thing now. My Fitbit HR monitor isn't getting any higher than normal, I'm not feeling any other symptoms. I'm starting to get into my head.

So. Anxious.

Had our first IUI today, second is tomorrow. They haven't given me a testing date yet. Do they usually schedule a beta or just tell you to POAS on a certain day?

@funkykey thanks! my beta is scheduled for jan 31 but I will probably poas at home around the 28th. @bluejeanbabi05 my dr orders a beta blood test 14 days post iui. My luteal phase is 11-12 days so I'd only ever make it to the beta if i'm knocked up.

@amanda_1182 - I would go ahead with the dental x-rays, that dosage is pretty low. I probably wouldn't do a CT scan or something, though...

@notamyrtle - I couldn't figure out how to set up my Google Drive to be anonymous... it looked like I needed to create a new account, and that was too much work. So a screenshot it is. I have updated the graphic to show your new dates (and to include @ZukiWife). Looks like you and I are on similar cycles! And @Cinnamonn too!

good luck @SugarHead ! @brooklyngirl18 it is very hard to find a balance between "having high expectations" and just "keeping positive". I wish you best of luck, stay strong during TWW! As for cramping, after my 1st iui (bfn) I had cramping all 2 weeks, I was bloated and my boobs were very sore, so don't get distracted with those symptoms.
@amanda_1182 lol you made me laugh)) @bluejeanbabi05 best of luck to you! @funkykey thank you for creating the chart, this is so nice of you! I hope you all ladies get BFP and I'll never see you here again

@cinamonn srsly there isn't much I wouldn't do to get KU. The nurse today during my IUI went through 4 different size speculums trying to find one to get to my high up, narrow cervix and kept saying "tell me if it's uncomfortable"

Lady, just stick it up there and shoot the swimmers in. stop worrying about me. Lol. No she was really nice though

@bluejeanbabi05 I know, right? It's the last thing I'm worrying about - being uncomfortable. Although I went through the worst cramps during IUI like I could not get up. And once I did and made few steps and fainted. The doctor said it was because I did not eat in the morning so make sure you ladies eat and take Advil if you are sensitive to these kind of procedures

@funkykey To get the Google Doc so it shows anonymous, set it up in your account, set the sharing so that others with the link can edit it, copy the link, log out of Google drive and then go back in using the link and make some super small change and it should show last change made by anonymous. The only thing is anyone who makes a change will need to make sure they are logged out when the do so or it will show the name on your account as being the last to edit

I totally bought my pineapple tonight. I cut the core up into 5 pieces and am eating one each day. Wasn't bad at all!

@amanda_1182 thanks!! We had MFI. This was my first IUI so I didn't know all the questions to ask. I think I had 4 follicles, but I could be mistaken. My RE was aggressive. I used an injection to stimulate the follicles, not clomid since we have MFI. That's why he was concerned with overstimulation and said I was at risk for multiples. I do know DH post was count was 15.2 mil.

@cinnamonn this thread is the first I've heard about the pineapple, but apparently eating a piece of the pineapple core each day for five days after ovulation helps with implantation. @amanda_1182 that is one of my myriad of issues, yes. I had surgery on it in November and they told me I had a 3-4 month window until it grows back

AFM - I had a pretty dark OPK yesterday (obviously a negative though), but then today the second line was suuuuuper light. Irritated because I want to O already! Anyone else have a later O on clomid? I've been Oing around CD13 and today is CD12, was hoping to avoid a weekend IUI.....not looking good

@amanda_1182 @bluejeanbabi05 I had severe endo removed and then tried one IUI (BFN). RE said chances of IUI with endo are very slim. I know my surgeon said get pregnant in 6 mo or it will come back but one year later, no luck conceiving. Endo is not fully back but some fluid and occasional pain are. All these fertility meds make it worse due to higher estrogen.

Thanks everyone! I've heard the pineapple trick too so I'm giving that a shot. I'm not the biggest fan of pineapple so I've just been blending it into a smoothie so it's not so bad

+1 to jumping on the pineapple train. I cut mine into 6 thick slices today, including core, and just had one for breakfast with my yogurt. It wasn't very sweet but i'll eat dirt at this point if it would work lol.

@PoeMasque sorry about the late O. I have no insight on this unfortunately. I trigger with ovidrel once the follicles are a certain size which is much earlier than usual for me. I'm not sure when I'd ovulate on my own without a trigger.

New to fertility treatment in general, but planning our first IUI for the end of this month. I feel kind of crazy right now - really anxious because I have no idea what to expect, and excited because I feel like we're finally doing something different.

I will see the RE Monday for a test (still mid-workup, having an STP on Monday) and need to remember to ask lots of questions. I am not really familiar enough with how their office works yet - but reading the thread I'm now (of course) paranoid that I'll Ovulate on a Friday night and miss my chance or something.

Welcome @pawcall hopefully you are here not for long. I would say don't be paranoid but then I do the same thing) it looks like we will be doing our IUIs at he same time!
AFM: I'm scheduled for HSS tomorrow (although it's my CD4) because my doctor will be out of town next week. I'm so confused, they said if HSS is ok then there will be no need to go to HSG. But I thought they are two different procedures! Any ideas on what is going on?

@amanda_1182 - I was able to get pregnant by IUI with Stage 4 Endo. No surgery before hand(other tha. Exploratory lap) I sincerely believe my diet, choice to use Injectables rather than Femara had a lot to do with my success - going on a non-inflammatory diet.
