I'm 37 and pregnant with my 3rd. I have a DS that is 18, my BF has a DS that is 14, together we have a DS that is 13 months.
I got my BFP on 10/20 EDD 6/30/17 so 4 weeks 3 days today - had blood work on 10/21 to confirm - got results of that blood work today with an HCG count of 29 so I went in for another blood draw today and waiting to hear the HCG count.
Planning on telling the BF tonight. It was too hectic this weekend with the older kids around and family parties. Plus I wanted to confirm with blood work first.

Hi AlL, Here is how I found out I am pregnant. I had blood work before a surgery I need and the next morning I get a call from the Dr himself. I thought that was odd because it would normally be the nurse to schedule a time with the hospital. The Dr just says "Congratulations". So I ask "for what?" He goes on to tell me I'm pregnant!!! Because of some health issues we were not TTC so it was a huge surprise. Anyway, I was late but only by about 1-3 days at that point. So I did what any totally normal person would do, I bought a HPT. It was negative. I took it first thing the next morning and everything. They say blood work out rules everything else so I am going with that. I started having symptoms already too. With my son the HPT was + the day before my missed period but I didn't have any symptoms until I was 9 weeks. I see my OBGYN on Nov 7 for ultrasound. It seems like a million years away rather than less than 2 weeks. My EDD is 27 June.

I'm excited to join in! My apps say I'm due June 26, my OB says June 28. This is our rainbow baby, we lost our first April 2016. I am new to the community but hoping to make friends! Just had my first appointment, she's ordered blood work to check everything. And she's doing an early ultrasound at 6 weeks. (Monday!) So excited, but scared since I've suffered a loss. What's really exciting is how close my due date is to my birthday & my dads!!!!
@BabyBuckWay Congrats! I recognize your username from either IF or T-TTC (can't remember which board) but it's good to see you here! Since you used a trigger shot with your IUI, you will get the best estimate of your due date by using your ovulation date (same as IUI date) to calculate it. There are a lot of due date calculators you can find on the web!

Mine is the 7th also. I hate waiting. I am actually glad I was considered high risk with my son and again with this pregnancy because I get to have ultrasounds done every couple of weeks. I have a heart condition that doesn't really effect me and is not harmful to the baby at all they just watch really closely just in case. It is just the waiting the first time that drives me crazy! Until I hear the tiny heart beat then everything is fine.

Hi All! Excited to join the group. I'm 33 and DH is 33. Been TTC for over 2 years and decided in June to explore IVF options. Our insurance fully covers and we started cycle 9/11 and transfered 1 embryo 9/30. Got a BFP 5dpt and all 3 levels of bloodwork have quadrupled each time. Ultrasound is 11/3 I'll be 7 weeks 5 days I'm just so anxious to to what is in there! Due date 6/18

Hi! Had to wait a few days to post. I'm 34, DH is 35 and we have 2 boys - 6 & 2. Baby no 3 is a HUGE surprise. Hub was about to have a vasectomy! But now over the initial shock and we are getting excited. I had HG in both previous pgs. Hospitalised for many weeks with no 1 with sickness causing contractions to start at 30 weeks and go on right to DS1's due date! My EDD is 19 June and my first mw appt isn't til 15 Nov. Looking forward to chatting with everyone!

So, this pregnancy will not change my mind on leaving him. ps, he feels the same.

Hi everyone! This is our first pregnancy...and still can't believe this is happening!! My husband and I have been married for 5 1/2 years and I went off BCP in June to start regulating my system back to its regular cycle with the thought of starting to "try" this winter. Welp, got my BFP on Oct. 12. We couldn't believe it when we saw the positive result come back on the stick, so I peed on 3 more sticks and they were all positive, too. Still wanted medical proof that it was for real, so I went to my OB/midwives for a blood test and that came back positive, too! Due date is June 13th. We're feeling incredibly blessed and are looking forward to this journey - although I'm a bit nervous, too!

Hi everyone!! This is our first pregnancy and I still can't believe it. We weren't really trying but also had just started not really preventing, but this was a shock that it happened so quickly. I'm due June 13 and have my first OB appointment in mid November, which I am so anxious for! My husband and I have been married for 6.5 years and together for 13 years (college sweethearts), so I think we're really ready for this new phase in our lives!
Hi ladies! Just when we decided to take a break from TTGP, BOOM! So I am sneaking into the end of the month with an expected due date of 29 June. This will be baby number 3 for me and my first baby in Canada (I was posted overseas with the last two).
I guess I should introduce myself. This was definitely a surprise pregnancy, as we were NOT looking to get pregnant right now, and we DTD a whopping 1 time this month because DH had surgery and wasn't cleared for activity. Looks like we had perfect timing.
This will be my 2nd biological (I have an almost 5 year old at home, and a 3.5 year old step son). Due date 6/30, first u/s scheduled for 11/8.
Hi All, my name is Grace. I've been lurking for the past 72 hours waiting to be able to post! We got our BFP on 10/13 (13 is a lucky number in our family) and our EDD is 6/24. I am 28 and DH is 29, this is our first pregnancy and we are very excited, had been TTC for two months. First U/S, November 9th - counting the days! Looking forward to talking to others going through the same thing and learning a lot

We started ttgp June 2015, after stopping my bcp I got the withdrawal bleed and nothing after that. in December my primary care doc prescribed me medroxyprogesterone but I still wasn't ovulating. I started seeing an obgyn and tried a few rounds of medroxyprogesterone and clomid along with blood tests and I was still not ovulating. I found an RE and they told me I have severe PCOS, my AMH was over 25! so they had me continue the medroxyprogesterone and started me on Femara and ovidrel. our first round I ovulated and we concieved around Oct 2nd! Got my BFP Oct 17th. I'm just about 6w along and have my first ultrasound this thursday! That puts us at a due date around June 25th!
