Sorry that I didn't give you and update yesterday. I was pretty out of it all day. So the day started with us going to get the fetal echo and the pediatric cardiologist told us that she didn't see anything abnormal. They informed me that they didn't want me to go to sleep so they were going to give me stuff to just make me hazy and a numbing agent where they were injecting the laser and the camera. My heart rate went through the roof the minute we got in there so I got quite a bit of the of the stuff to make me hazy while I was there. The surgery went longer than expected, roughly 3 hours, but that was not anything to do with myself or the babes. The damn laser kept breaking. So the pain sucked because numbing wore off at about the 1 hour mark and the other stuff just made me feel drunk and stupid. Finally, he got 15 blood vessels and drained 1 liter of amniotic fluid from baby B's sac. We checked on them today and Baby B is crazy healthy. Like he's doing amazing. Baby A is our concern now. When we first went in his heart rate was around 120, then it dropped to 86 as we were laying there. They had me lay on my left and we got his heart rate back up. He is having issues with blood flow to his heart and the umbilical cord so we're gonna have a weekly appointment in Tampa for an ultrasound. Not completely out of the woods yet but my boys are fighters and aren't giving up anytime soon. Thank you guys for all of your prayers. DH and I really appreciate it and you definitely made this Momma cry.
So glad to hear it went well overall. Sorry you had to endure pain, three hours is a long time to lay awake. Hope it all gets better from this point forward.
Keep fighting, little guys! We are all rooting for you!

so glad to hear this update, even though I know everyone isn't out of the woods yet. I know this must be unimaginably stressful, but it sounds like you are receiving incredible medical care. We are all pulling for your little fighters.
This was them yesterday before surgery. You can see that A didn't have a lot of room but B was just chilling with room. My boys are both fighters and again, thank you guys so much for the love & support!
@mrsyimster Thanks for checking in! Appointment is scheduled for tomorrow at 1pm in Tampa. My Mom is driving over since I still don't think I can make the drive alone, just in case anything happened. But I've felt them both all weekend so I'm staying positive for my boys. I'll let you know how tomorrow goes!
So glad to see the update! Those boys know their mama is worried about them and needed the reassurance. Hoping your appointment tomorrow is super positive!!!

The only thing that the Doctors direct nurse said to me this morning that had me kinda like "What the hell?!" was after these next 4 weeks, I'll be close to my 24 week mark and they might take them then if things don't improve. That scares the hell outta me.
Oh wow @alexxapplepiee, that would be scary. We will all just have to keep our fingers crossed and pray extra hard that your little boys show these doctor's what they are made of!

@Finallyhismrs07 that's what I'm hoping for! Hoping my little one started developing everything. They've both been active this weekend so I think they're both doing much better than before.
@alexxapplepiee that's definitely scary.. I guess the silver lining would be at least they have the ability to do what is best for your boys.. I hope it doesn't come to that though!
hoping for a great appointment tomorrow and every week to come after!! little boys be good, stay strong and fight fight! hope they will pass the 24 week mark check point! Tell us how it goes tomorrow!
I'll let everyone know once we are done with the appointment tomorrow, and hopefully have updated pictures of my sweet little men. You guys are the best support team a girl could ever ask for
Praying that those babies wow every doctor they come across these next few weeks!!! Keep fighting, little dudes!
