@kswiger06, I'm so sad to hear your sister is dealing with this kind of a loss right now. Not only is that completely devastating and heartbreaking, but it's incredibly scary that it even happened. Your poor sister. My heart goes out to her. No warning or indication of anything being amiss and then being blindsided by the loss of her baby. I can't even imagine the kind of pain she's in right now. And then I think of you and how you must feel. To have had the chance to have little ones so close in age and enjoy the memories together and now, poof, it's all gone just like that. I know you're not making it about you at all, but it does put you in a terrible position too.
I know if it were me and my sister in that situation, I would have a damn hard time not feeling guilty throughout the rest of the pregnancy and after the baby is here even though of course you shouldn't have to feel like that, I'm sure it's way easier said than done. And then in the back of your mind it's an added stress to constantly worry about the health of your own baby after seeing her go through this. I remember you mentioning you had a nightmare that this very thing would happen and now the fact that it actually has can't be helping. God I'm sorry that this happened to your sister and that you're going to be dealing with what you already are as a result of it as well.
@kswiger06 I can't even imagine what your family is going through right now (((hugs))) my heart goes out to your sister and I hope you all can lean on each other to get through this awful time. Take care of yourself as you're all healing and grieving, and know that I'm here for anything you need
@kswiger06 I am so very sorry for your family's devastating loss! What joy you must've had to be pregnant together. So so sad!! You might find comfort, or at least a place to get everything out, in talking to a grief therapist. Edited to add of course talk to us here too!
I am so sorry for your sister's loss.(your family's loss)I am sorry for family is going through this, no one should ever have to face this loss. I can't imagine the huge mix of emotions you are going through right now. Talk about it here as much as you want/need. I will keep you in my prayers tonight.
I am always amazed at the kindness and comfort this group has to give. It is really nice to have such wonderful people to lean on and talk to for support. Thank you all so much for your kind words, support, offers to talk, and thoughts and prayers for our family especially my sister and her husband. It goes a long way, and I really value and appreciate it.

@srscott3 I'm glad to hear your baby is doing well, and I hope you get more definite answers as to the cause! I was reading and didn't see an update, but did they ever find the cause or say it was a SCH clot passing?
