I'm cautiously announcing our pregnancy to some boards at this time. We will be 11 weeks on Friday. It has taken us FIVE years to get to this point - yes FIVE. We have had 8 miscarriages and 1 ectopic. We have been monitored pretty closely this time and have had an ultrasound every week to date. We are praying this is our take home baby.
Our due date is March 9th. I'm really excited to get to know everyone over here. I'm mostly a lurker and don't spend too much time online (work full time, our six year old is starting school again soon, etc etc). However sometimes it is really nice to have another group of people in the same situation with the same goals and fears.
Good luck to us all and may we all have some uneventful pregnancies!
Hi everyone! I've been lurking a while and commented a few times so I figured I'd put my name on the spreadsheet and say an official hello. I'm 32, with hubby, 37. We were married 8/15/09 and we have one son, who was born in March 2015. He's one and a half and I have my hands full with him. I am excited about baby #2, due March 26/17, but I am super nervous about how to handle two! I am a stay at home mom as of June, when I left my teaching job. Looking forward to getting to know you. Right now I am clawing my way through this first trimester, inch by inch!
I'm Cat. I have a 19 year old son and a 6 month old son and am currently 12 weeks pregnant. The last time I saw AF was before Harrison and I haven't had an US yet, so I don't really know when I'm due, but my doctor is thinking I'm about 12 weeks so that puts me around here.
I'm late to the introduction game, but it's never *too* late. I got my BFP on July 8, 2016. DH and I have been married since June 12, 2015 and this will be our first nugget together. We're thrilled. The EDD is March 10, 2017 and we're thinking it was the result of our magical vacation to Japan this year!
I've had one appointment with my midwife and she's wonderful - a perfect balance of traditional and alternative medicine philosophies. I'm excited to go through this journey with everyone, and can't wait to meet you!
Hello lovely ladies! I've been lurking like a creepy creeper since I got my bfp a few weeks ago but after a solid ultrasound on Wednesday I figured I should into.
I am due 3/27 with baby #2. I have an amzing and crazy 2 year old daughter who was also a March baby. I was on the M14 board but not very active. I appreciated the support a lot and hope to do more this time.
H and I are both teachers and just started a very stressful back to school after closing on a new house and moving the first weekend of the year. This pregnancy was a surprise-ish but we were going to start trying next month so lovely, if early. But it has made moving and back to school extra challenging!
I love Disney (just got back from an amazing 5th anniversary trip to WDW when I got my bfp and planning a trip to DLR for Dapper Day in November), sewing costumes, reading, crafting and lots of other geeky fun.
Hello All, My EDD is March 16th however because I will have a repeat c-section I will deliver around March 9th.
My husband and I were very excited and shocked to learn we were pregnant with this blessing. I currently have a 5 1/2 year old son and 3 1/2 year old daughter.
I am currently a R.N in Southern California and just started my Masters program in nursing education on July 1st-talk about timing
Hello! My names Brianna and my fiancé and I found out 4 weeks ago, now, that we are pregnant !! I am now 9 weeks and 1 day and should be due to pop at around march 23 )
@Knottie1461505498 Welcome Brianna! You may want to log into the Knot and change your username to something more memorable and pick a random image or your avatar so people can get to know you better. There are lots of Knotties float in around.
Hello, I'm Dede and today is the last day of my first trimester by LMP. My not too intense symptoms have morphed into more energy and occasional growing pains as my uterus boldly goes where no.... Some days I'm still like, am I really having a baby???
I turned 40 this year and its my first pregnancy. I am extra excited about it but also holding a season pass to a whole amusement park full of emotional rollercoasters. Dad is also excited.
We are due the first week of March, again by LMP. Tomorrow is my dating scan. I live overseas and things move slower in some ways than back in the US, but I chose not to come back for delivery. I've met my OB and he seems nice and competent so far.
@MamaD233 congrats! Let me know when you know your due date and I will update it in the spreadsheet. Good luck at your appointment tomorrow! There is no better feeling than seeing that wiggly little baby on the screen for the first time!
Excited mommy here for baby #2! Name is Val, DH and I have a 2 1/2 year old boy. We found out at the end of July while our son was with my in laws for the week. EDD is 3/28!
Hi. I've been lurking for a few weeks, but now I've been to the doctor and everything looks good and healthy so I will introduce myself.
I am due March 28th. Since I am at the end of the month I get a little jealous of the people at the beginning of the month already experiencing different things. I was very impatient for my first u/s appointment last week!
We also have a 4 y/o (soon to be 5) daughter, who we haven't told yet but she will be extremely excited as she has been asking us for awhile when she will get to be a big sister.
Hi all! Lurker for awhile, now ready to intro. I'm Kelly, 30, with an EDD of March 31. Navigating the emotional rollercoaster that is PGAL, but trying my best to stay positive. Nice to meet you all!
Hi there! After some lurking and a little bit of being hesitant to get too excited too early, I think I am ready!
I got my BFP on July 8th, and based on my LMP my due date was March 13th. However, after a couple of u/s they have pushed me back to March 23rd.
I had my first appointment pretty early (7/14) and my OB said he could sneak me in for a quick u/s for my piece of mind. Well, they couldn't find a baby, but they did find a cyst on my ovary, but they were having trouble determining if it was a cyst or actually the sac. So after bloodwork every 48 hours for about a week to monitor my hormones we did another u/s that did find the baby right where he/she should be, and measurements pushed my due date back to March 20th. My official dating u/s the beginning of the month pushed me back to the 23rd, and at my last appointment my OB took another quick peek and said based on the development so far, that date looked right.
My DH and I have will be married 4 years in September, and we have a DD that just turned 2 this past Saturday.
I had previously been mostly a lurker in August 2014, but under a different username, and this time around I am definitely looking forward to being a lot more active on here!
Good morning! I was on the April '17 board, which appears to be imploding on itself already. My EDD is 3/28, so I think I am just going to migrate over here.
This will be baby #3 for me! DH and I have two wonderful daughters (4 and 2). DH and I are both 30. I work part time and am in the process of finishing my.real.estae license and DH is a career firefighter.
My first pregnancy was full of M/S and bed rest and ultimately induced at 34wk for critical blood pressures and pre-e. Second pregnancy was a completely different experience. Never sick, no BP issues and she came 3 days before her EDD.
I'm excited to be a part of a great group of women! My first u/s is tomorrow!!
Hello! I've been posting on the high-risk and PGAL boards although I have not officially introduced myself on here because I wasn't sure how long I would here. I've had two ultrasounds and tomorrow marks 10 weeks so I'm hoping I'll get to stay! I'm hoping for my first baby after learning in March that I have a uterine abnormality known as unicorn uterus! Due date is March 22nd, although it could be earlier becasueof my condition. Nice to meet everyone!
@firewife86 Wow, after lurking A17 you weren't kidding. Our board is really hyper organized but noone has really expressed dislike about it that I know.
But, I am SO HAPPY to see so many fmiliar TTGP faces over there!
@longliveregina the organization doesn't bother me. It didn't bother me there. Except there were a handful of people with a power trip and a couple that were battling and they just kind of ruined it for me with all the unnecessary drama so early in a board
Hey Ladies! I am currently pregnant with my second child. Our EDD is March 1. I am 25 and my DH is 29. My daughter will be 2 in October. This is my fourth pregnancy. We found out we were pregnant when my daughter was 5 months old, then we found out it was a blighted ovum at our first OB appt. We then found out we were pregnant this January and we found out that that pregnancy ended up being an abdominal pregnancy in late February. So we are very excited that we are in week 13 with this one! Can't wait to talk to other moms due around the same time!
Can I go here? I am an April 2017 refugee. This board looks a lot more sane. Maybe ours will settle down/pick up again but until then....
I'm due April 23 with my second. Hoping to VBAC. My first will be 23 months on my due date. Nice to meet you all.
@Aviatrix Welcome! Wishing you so much luck for that VBAC. It's funny: I was due April 23rd 2014 with my second (my VBAC baby) and his sister was 22 months on my due date. So, so similar. I hope you get the experience you're looking for!

Hi all! I got my BFP a few weeks ago and have been mostly lurking but ready to introduce myself!
This is will be my third baby, following a daughter and a son! My due date according to yhr doctor is 3/21 but I think based on charting it should be earlier, like 3/10. We'll see what happens! Looking forward to taking this journey together!!!
Hello all! This is my husband's and I fourth pregnancy. We already have a 13 year old, 9 year old and a 2 1/2 year old. Excited to add on to the craziness that is our happy household ! My EDD 3/17/17. Glad to be part of the group as we have been trying for the past year for number four which took us longer than we had expected to.
Hello. I am Pars. I live in London, United Kingdom. I am due with my 2nd baby on 6th March '17. I have a 14 month old daughter. This pregnancy wasn't planned... In fact I was wearing a copper iud while I got pregnant (which was thankfully removed). I'm looking forward to having a new little one.
Hi, everyone. My name is Kaitlin, I'm thirty-two, and I live in New York City, where I work from home as a children's book copy editor and writer. My EDD is March 25, and I'm at eleven weeks right now. This is my first child.
Hi! I'm simultaneously excited and terrified for this! First baby ended in miscarriage, then I found out I'm expecting twins! Identical! EDD is March 18, but I probably won't make it that far. Doc said I'd be lucky to make March 1. I live in Houston, TX with hubby and this is first kid(s) for us both!
@kbuckholz - Welcome! We have several twin mom-to-be's on this board. We also have a weekly multiples check-in on Wednesdays...please feel free to join us! Good luck to you and congrats!

n00b in the house! I've been lurking for the past several days but unable to post my intro since TB has a seriously long waiting period. Anyways, hello!
I have an EDD of March 29. I'm currently 10w1d. I have a DS who will be 2 in October, and prior to him I had two back-to-back miscarriages. That was a rough year for me. Pgal brain never really goes away, you know? Staying positive this time, though.
So what is going on with April 17? Why are there refugees? My lurking skills suck apparently.
@kbucholtz and @mermaidylady I'm sorry to hear about both of y'all's previous losses, but so happy to have you join us in the March Mommas board! We have a weekly PGAL check-in and you should certain join us!
Also, in reference to your question about April... I think our board structures are fundamentally different. There is a great deal of organization and discipline in the April board which some members have found difficult to adhere to. There were a couple threads in which PGAL mommas and multiple mommas being disciplined for posting threads because the topic didn't benefit the community as a whole. A blanket statement was issued that March 17 would welcome any April moms who might prefer a more lax structure.
Hey March 2017 moms! I'm Joli and I'm 10 wks 2 days today, anxiously awaiting my 12-week ultrasound so we can tell the world! First pregnancy at 28 years old (29 in 2 weeks). Due date is March 29. Live in Minneapolis, MN!
Hello everyone! My edd is March 2nd. My BFP was on June 22nd. After ttc for nearly 2 years we finally got what we were waiting for! I have been married to my husband for almost 4 years now and we can hardly wait to meet our little one!
Finally doing an intro after lurking for months! H and I are both 28 and have been married one year. After a rough time last year we're hoping this will be our take home baby. We're due March 9 which is only 2 weeks before our 10th anniversary which I find funny and very exciting! I look forward to this journey with all of you!
