Had a fall down a few stairs in my house this morning and freaking out a little! Haven't had any cramping or anything baby related, just pretty sore. Would you ladies call the doc anyway?

@MarlyHC. Good luck tomorrow! I was reading your signature. Did you transfer 3 total blasts at once? Or even 2 that were PGS tested at once? My RE will only trans 1 if it has been PGS tested. I am interested in places that follow a different protocol.
@rachnan it would depend on how big the fall was for me if I would call right away. But, If it's going to bother you, maybe they will bring you in early for an extra ultra?

@bells52000 and @caseyw8784 we transferred 2 blasts and froze one. The nurse told us the genders, and the doctor told us 2 would give us the best shot although might cause multiples. So we decided one of each gender so we didn't have to pick and for the best shot. My husband is a twin, so he's comfortable with the idea, I find it slightly terrifying. All three 6 day blasts were PGS and came back OK. We had three others that were slightly behind that they didn't test and those ended up not making it. I started with 12, 5 empty, 7 fertilized. 6 progressed to day 3. 3 PGS and 3 slightly behind at day 5, lost 3 at day 6, but 3 good PGS at day 6.

@bells52000 - we transferred 2 5AB PGS normal embryos. The RE was comfortable for the same reason as @MarlyHC plus my age and that we ultimately want at least 2 children no matter what.
@Rachnan - hope you are feeling better after your fall. I would definitely call your doc, as if you are Rh negative they may want to give you rhogam

@Happydays13 and @MarlyHC Thanks for the info. I guess my doc is super conservative on the chance of multiples. He said he would rather two transfers of one at a time than 2 at once. I am honestly not looking for twins, so I haven't pushed back on the plan.
I had 6 5 day blasts tested -- 4 were 5AA, 5AB, or 5BA and the other two were 3AA & 3AB. At 41, I may not end up with any normal to transfer. I should know Friday my results! I am so nervous. Hoping for 1!
@happydays13 good luck today. I am sitting in the office (early) waiting for my blood test at 7 AM...not sure how long on the results. I POAS this morning and came back positive, so I'm hopeful for Beta. I was convinced it was going to be BFN!

@MarlyHC - we hope that we will have enough tested embryos to transfer 1 boy and 1 girl, also. we're ok with twins, although the thought of 2 at once is slighly terrifying...but we do want at least 2 kids anyways... and nice! that HPT looks very promising!! FX for a good beta!
Thanks ladies! What made me most nervous was I didn't have an u/s scheduled until 8/22! I called and am now going in before my flight on Monday. The nurse also said it's very unusual to have an issue at this stage after a fall like that, especially if there is no cramping or spotting.

Hi ladies, Jumping on board the TWW train. Had my fresh 3 day transfer done today and I'm really hoping it works this time around. Transferred two 3 days last month and ended up with a BFN. Only had one to transfer this time as opposed to last month but the quality is better.
Congrats to all those who got a BFP and FX to all those still waiting. My beta is 8/21 but I will probably POAS on 8/19 since my beta lands on a sun.
Thanks everybody! @AandDM2014 - I've been on 0.5ml PIO and 4 estradiol patches every other day, estrace vaginally once a day, and endometrin vaginally twice a day...they didn't check anything but the beta today, but told me to go to 1ml PIO and endometrin 3x a day (so glad they gave me the good news first!)...no telling what they'll add when they check levels on friday

Beta #2 today! Hoping to hear back in the next couple hours or so. They are checking my thyroid too to make sure everything is good. Nurse said pregnancy can act like a stress test for your thyroid and that I might have to take some extra meds to ensure it's under control. FX for high beta numbers!

Happy for you @mrshegs . I went for my third beta and progesterone blood test, and I was not scheduled for an ultrasound. I had to beg the ladies to do one (doc was on vacation). My first 'official' ultrasound is next week. I did get to see the gestational sac and the yolk sac which was nice.

Beta #1 is 250 at 9dp5dt....so excited and officially 4 weeks pregnant!! Next beta on friday and, if doubling, ultrasound in week 6!
first RE visit 11/15, me - blocked left tube and Low AMH, DH - low count, motility not great
5/16 Lupron, gonal f, menopur, dexamethasone (5/19 suppression check: 13 resting follicles; 5/24: estradiol 457 - decreased menopur;
5/27: estradiol 1417, progesterone 0.18, 5 follicles >15mm, 9 follicles 5-15mm; 5/30: estradiol 2964, progesterone 0.8, 9 follicles
>16mm, 6 follicles 6-11mm; 5/31: estradiol 3149, progesterone 4.1; 6/1 ER)
6/16 egg retrieval 6/1 (15 eggs, 14 mature, 7 fertilized with ICSI); 5 day update (5AB (biopsied and frozen), 4AB/C (biopsied and frozen), 2/3, 3 morula, 1 multicellular); 7 day update (4 frozen and sent for CCS: 5AB, 4AB/C, 5AB, 4BB); CCS results (2 normal, 1 abnormal, 1 inconclusive)
7/16 attempt to retest inconclusive - didn't survive thaw
8/16 transfer day 8/1: 2 5AB hatching blasts, beta 8/10 = 250!!, beta #2 8/12 = 572, ultrasound on 8/24...TWINS!
Jumping on board the TWW train. Had my fresh 3 day transfer done today and I'm really hoping it works this time around. Transferred two 3 days last month and ended up with a BFN. Only had one to transfer this time as opposed to last month but the quality is better.
Congrats to all those who got a BFP and FX to all those still waiting. My beta is 8/21 but I will probably POAS on 8/19 since my beta lands on a sun.

@AandDM2014 - I've been on 0.5ml PIO and 4 estradiol patches every other day, estrace vaginally once a day, and endometrin vaginally twice a day...they didn't check anything but the beta today, but told me to go to 1ml PIO and endometrin 3x a day (so glad they gave me the good news first!)...no telling what they'll add when they check levels on friday
