Re: Newborn Questions
That way while you are in between sizes you can have a good/proper fit in the in between time.
Do you give your baby probiotics? Mine takes BioGaia for a few days every few weeks. Not sure if it helps but he's never had constipation.
They decided to take his blood to check his liver functions just to be sure. Everything came back fine. They told us just to give him straight formula for 48 hrs then go back to breast milk and the yellowiness should clear up.
At the time, we didn't want to do it. Just in case the formula messed with his tummy. He hasn't had formula since he was cleared from jaundice when we supplemented. We figured it would eventually clear on its own and that he can't stay yellow forever. Well, he's almost 2 months and the boy is still yellow.
Should we do the 48 hrs of formula or just keep doing breast milk since it's not hurting anything? I want to do the formula but are there any risks for tummy issues? Anyone go from BM to Formula then back no problem?
I know it's completely aesthetic for me to want him to stop having yellow eyes but he kinda has the Bart Simpson look going on...
