I'm 13 w, 5 d with my first. The past couple of weeks I have felt little fast flutters. Then tonight, I woke up to a feeling that felt like my stomach dropping on a roller coaster. I've also had a pushing feeling at times. It is always around 4 am and actually wakes me up. It is just so early, I'm skeptical too. I think it's just me imagining things.
However, I am somewhat slender and am pretty sensitive to things. (I always had ovulation pain during confirmed o). So maybe it is possible?
I am a first time mom, 12 weeks 6 days, and I think I felt the baby for the first time last night. I'm not sure. I just had an ultrasound the other day and last night I felt a strong twitching feeling right where the baby was.
Ive been feeling it about once a week since 9 weeks and today ive been feeling it every couple of hours (around 12 ish weeks) with my first i felt it around 12 wk. And its deffinatly not gas. Feels like a goldfish in a bag.
I haven't yet. Fourth time mom but I'm thinking I have anterior placenta this time. I did with my first and didn't feel her till 18 weeks. 2nd was about 15 weeks and 3rd I felt very early at 13 weeks. No dice yet with this one.
I am 15w 2d with my third and I have been feeling it since about a week ago. I felt a definite kick last night followed by a few intermittent bumps. It is my favorite part of pregnancy because it feels like my little secret between me and the baby.
I love how many are feeling movement already!! It was my very favorite part of my first pregnancy, second to only getting the baby out of the deal I'm hopeful I'll feel this one in a few weeks.
Im still dealing with nausea and vomiting. Womp womp. I've also started to be very easily fatigued at work. I had an especially busy and heavy lifting work day last week and ended up with some brown spotting because of it! I'm now I'm on light duties and it is frustrating. Oh well, it was only a matter of time before I needed to step away from some stuff.
I am 14 weeks and 2 days I have a lot of movement from my baby ..my husband though it was to early for that but this will be my 7th child I know what a baby feels like when it moves more than what a doctor thinks I should feel ..so yes you have been feeling baby move
I've felt a flutter, but yesterday during my doctor appointment, they used a doppler to hear the heartbeat and was pressing pretty hard down on my stomach. I said I felt my back start hurting and they said that was baby girl hiding towards the back of my uterus and pressing on my spine. I"ll stick to the flutters because holy crap that hurt.
FTM here at 14w5d and I swear I've felt my little one do back flips a couple times now! I know most people will say it's gas but (TMI alert) I definitely had a huge poop before one of the time so no gas bubbles were left. It felt like a jelly pod flipping around in another jelly pod, weird but definitely baby all the way!
Ftm, but i thought i felt flutters at 12 weeks. Dr says it was likely gas lol. I'm 14 weeks now and still feel similar flutters, so hopefully it is the baby.
Anyone know how long it'll take to actually feel movement on the outside? I sometimes want my husband to feel little flutters but would hate to make him feel my gas bubbles LOL.
I'm a 2nd time Mom, 14 weeks, 3 days. I've been feeling that rolling sensation daily that someone else mentioned. I didn't feel anything with my daugther until about 18 weeks.
Yesterday and this morning I've been feeling on and off like little pop rocks are going off in my tummy. I am 14 weeks 2 days and a FTM. Is it too early for these little pop rocks that I'm feeling to actually be my sweet little babe's movements?
I think I felt a few little flutters Wednesday and Thursday, but baby must have moved back down too low to its favorite spot to feel anything else. ETA: I was 14 1/2 weeks at the time.
@kittybean If I remember right, movement couldn't really be felt from the outside until past 20wks. I will say though that I definitely felt a jab while pressing my hand into my belly yesterday! Right around 16wks with twins instead of a singleton this time.
I don't even know what to consider movement when it actually happens. I'm convinced I'll think it's gas til I see a hand or a foot
For me the first movements kind of felt like there was a little goldfish swimming around in there
I second this! If I had to imagine something it feels like, I would think goldfish! I haven't felt it much this pregnancy, just a few times, but I did last pregnancy.
I believe I have flet ours a few times but sometimes I think it's just me over analyzing every little thing going on with my body. This is my third pregnancy my son was not much of a mover, my daughter was she had very long legs though.
This is my third baby so keeping that in mind. I've been feeling lots and lots of movement. It's suttle and only when I am laying in bed on my left side. I have been feeling it since 12 weeks. But my first baby it was closer to 16 before I felt anything.

This is my third and no, definitely not. Although, the nurse did ask at my 10 week appt if I was feeling baby move. I didn't know if I should question her credibility or if that's really possible.
Here is one for questioning credibility. I had my first official prenatal visit, where they take your history and ask a million questions. The nurse asked me if I was aware of the physical changes that were coming to my body. This came after I told her I've had two kids already. I almost burst out laughing.

I haven't felt any movement yet. I was told I have an anterior placenta and to not expect to feel anything until 20+ weeks. Such a bummer. I love reading about all the different movements you guys are feeling tho!!

I was told the same thing. Out of curiosity, have you used a doplar yet? Either at home or at the docs? I'm a little nervous my doc won't be able to find the HB at my appt tomorrow n

I have been feeling the flutters for a little while now, and they just keep getting more and more frequent and noticeable. It's pretty dang neat, I'll be 16 weeks tomorrow
@MRSCORKER They used the Doppler last Thursday when I was 14+4 and she found the heartbeat pretty quickly. The hardest part for her was trying to get a clear sound, but that just meant I got to listen to it longer.

Thanks! This is reassuring. I'm hesitant to buy one becaue I'm an anxious person and will likely go to bad places if I can't find it on my own. Keeping my FX for my OB appt though! Knowing I won't get to see the baby until my AS which while likely be in a month, is making me uneasy.

I have one anterior placenta and I'm able to find both heartbeats at home with my doppler (since about 12 weeks). My OB and MFM don't even attempt dopplers with twins so I always get an U/S.
I'm 16 weeks today and when I'm laying down I felt something but I'm not sure exactly what the feeling is supposed to be so I attributed it to gas but it happened again yesterday and today. Hoping it's the little guy though!

same here... I feel like I felt something today but keeping it to myself (and you all, I guess lol) because, watch it be gas or something haha
I'm not feeling consistent movement, but this morning at my checkup, my dr said she could see it and baby was moving the Doppler. I guess LO is very active, and I'm just not realizing.
Last weekend I felt flutters, twice. It was the same kind of sensation spaced a minute apart. First time, I thought it was gas, but the second time I didn't think it was.
Then last night, I totally felt like a rolling sensation. It was AMAZING!!!!! I'm pretty sure that was baby!
I was lying awake in bed this morning. Peanut was still and quiet. As soon as FI put his hand on my belly, Peanut startrd moving all over the place. So sweet.
I felt the baby last night! I was laying in bed and felt a rolling sensation. I never would have known it was Bean if I hadn't read this thread. I was so excited, I woke hubby up. He jumped across the bed because he thought something was wrong. But then he fell right back asleep. I wonder if he remembers. Lol. Coolest feeling ever!
@UponAStar16 I know!! I was so bummed when I heard about that, I didn't want to wait that long. So I was very excited to feel it last night! I almost didn't believe it!
