Yikes, trash talking TTGP in your BMB @1faceinacrowd? Not cool. We can all see what you typed, and honestly I'll bite because IDGAF. I sincerely hope you never deal with IF because it's horrible to deal with. I've been at this for 15 MONTHS now, and there are people here that have been trying a lot longer. I wish I could have sex everyday like you so humbly brag but I can't. I'm honestly hurt that you would think we still be here by the time you have a baby and are off TTC again-- what a cruel thing to say.
To my TTGP ladies-- thanks for sticking up for us over on that A16. And I'm also sorry for anyone hurt by those comments, I really was.

We've had some contenders picked out for a while now, but now that there's an actual baby assigned to the name, we'll probably start second-guessing ourselves pretty soon!

I'm still getting used the whole idea of being pregnant and the first week has been full of questions and anxiety. Poas really early has its drawbacks, as my betas were really low the first day, but they have since improved so all seems well! Also had some spotting Sunday afternoon, but again my betas came back really good the next day, so it's just one of those "things" that happen sometimes. My first ultrasound with the RE is two weeks from now, so I'm concentrating on that milestone.
Anything else exciting to share?
I'm far from an expert at this point, but in the last week I can say that when you ladies get KU, do NOT panic if you see spotting because it is not always bad. Also, beta numbers don't matter as long as they double - Focus on the doubling, not the number itself. Finally, PCOS is not a fertility dealbreaker
Now I'm off to read the August 16 drama

When I first saw the offending comments by the original poster in this post, I tried to ignore them. I definitely agreed with the call-outs. But, some of the August 2016 BMB comments were some of the most cruel I've seen here. I am not as eloquent as those that have already responded, so I just wanted to chime in with hugs for those who were hurt by the comments. They stung for me, and I've not been trying long and have not suffered a loss - I can't imagine how those that had felt after reading that. I hope those sentences made sense, frustration and upset kind of mess with my ability to make sentences.
In sum, to the TTGPers and graduates who were supportive and we are all happy for:
DD born PPROM preemie at 36 weeks on 10/1/17 after over a year TI, then 3 failed IUIs, and finally a successful IVF FET.

While I had been lurking & TTC for months, I didn't actually "officially" join TB until January & then I jumped on this & the TTC after 35 board which both made me feel welcome & accepted - something I truly appreciate! My BFP truly shocked me...we had just gone to the UR on 2/11 to discuss further options for DH's low count/motility & to start testing on me...and my BFP showed up on 2/15! I just wanted to let everyone know how much these boards have helped me. I gained SO much insight from lurking & reading about other's stories & experiences. And I LOVE the encouragement & support (and okay, the snark is quite entertaining as well! ) Wishing you ladies all the best & fingers crossed for BFPs!

ETA: I originally got a warning for jokingly referring to MYSELF as a cracker in reply to someone saying a much worse racial slur. 'Cause that makes sense. Then a warning for posting the warning, because other people didn't believe me, 'cause it's ridiculous. White tears, yo.

I know this is serious and completely unjustified and I'm in agreement that there is a lot of inequality in who the admins warn and ban. (Not that I feel that will ever be changed in our favor but that's a whole different thing)
But also, Like, seriously? Jail? Who decided this would be a good idea? Like I can just imagine a bunch of grown women in a room saying "it's not good enough to just send them a message saying they're on probation and the terms of that probation. No, let's put fake bars over her profile picture and tell her she's in jail. That'll let them know we mean business"
I just cant even with this jail thing.
