I say this all the time. Also I'm too lazy today to log on to Facebook so I'm on my iPad app bumping while laying on the couch watching HGTV. I'm too tired to pack anything right now maybe I'll get motivation once the kiddos are in bed.
@ecwk Yes that was me. I love the coat but I am in Texas and it hasn't really been cold enough to wear it. I feel like it was made for freezing/snow weather! But it's def warm and I feel like it will still look ok when not pregnant so still glad I purchased it. I was finally able to wear it new years!
I will also echo that thanks for the coat Psa! I am so in love with mine and now that the cold is really kicking in so thankful I have something that I can wear.
I had so much planned for tonight but I am so exhausted. I might push myself to do a little paperwork but mostly I plan to sit on the couch and watch tv. Procrastination for the win!!!
This was just on my news feed. I didn't even read what it says....the image is too distracting. Now I NEED Village Inn pancakes or even better, crepes!! The more strawberry sauce and whip cream the better too!!!
Smart man, @SarahFoley725! I feel like I'll have the opposite problem, it's going to be a major sausage fest in my house for the rest of my life...
Your boys may bring home home girlfriends one day to help balance it out. Even though my MIL doesn't always like me she does enjoy the female presence!

I couldn't sleep this morning so I made pancakes from scratch. I've never made them from scratch and to be honest I'm not much of a pancake person, but the baby must've really wanted them. DH and I had a breakfast date in our pjs. Let me tell you, they were delicious.
March 2016 Moms: January Siggy Challenge "Pregnancy Problems"
I know she has mentioned she lives in the south but I am not sure where exactly. I'm so worried about her. Keep her in your thoughts and prayers!
I wish we would have set up the FB group just a tad sooner so we could creep on her FB page to hunt her down. I know that sounds crazy but I just wish we could find her to make sure she is okay.
@jstanton0822 I know it's somewhere in the south but I don't think she ever mentioned which state. I know the last time she was MIA she was visiting her In-laws who had spotty Internet. I really hope she's okay and logs in soon.
@soxfan9968 yeah, I agree. If it takes the oven or is more than boiling water, than dh is lost.
Also, my random, my Dr gave me a pamphlet today about preterm labor and premee babies. Told me to read it front to back a couple times, have dh read it, and prepare ourselves.
Ugh I wish I knew what my body was doing! I had my breakfast, with a little chocolate milk (at work no less), and I started getting pains across the top of my stomach, and I even felt them up into my ribs/chest. My tummy got rock hard and tight- no pain, just very uncomfortable. I'm not sure if they were BH or if something for breakfast didn't agree with me. But the pain came and went about every 10-15 minutes for an hour ( used a contraction tracker), and now they are gone. I'm at work which sucks, so I can't lay down. I've been chugging water and getting ready to munch on some Reeses pieces. I'm 32 weeks today, so to have that little episode hit me has scared the shiz out of me! I haven't had any since about 9:15 (its now 10:15).

I just signed up for free samples from Enfamil, Similac, and Gerber. Hopefully some of them will get here before March. Just in case breastfeeding goes horribly wrong, I'll have back-up! And now I'm off to organize baby clothes/wash blankets, burp cloths, etc. Not sure where this motivation came from, but I'll take it!!

@charley15, sounds like classic BH to me. I had a little stomach bug yesterday and have been getting that pain at the top of my stomach too. It comes and goes. Not a sign of labor for me, and hopefully not for you! Keep cooking, babies!

Oh man...that's, discouraging. I'm sure everything will be OK...my son was preterm and perfectly healthy. Did she give you any reasons why she thought it would be a concern? Or likely?
@charley15 I'm sorry, that sounds scary. I think it's probably just you running out of room and things getting full, and then BH on top of it. The BH are scary for sure. Hang in there, sweetie.

I think@red3ye is having twins, right? I was under the impression twins are more likely to be preterm.

@cmerribury she didn't really say, but I know have multiples put you at risk. Also there is alot of pelvic pressure the last couple days, so baby a is probably engaged. And, tmi, but I have suddenly went from constipation or being just a little slow, to diarrhea about 3 days ago and it doesn't feel like a stomach bug. She said my blood pressure is better than most non-pregnant women and that my weight gain is right where she wants it. The sonogram showed healthy active babies. She actually told me that since the babies are so active that if I ever start to worry about lack of movement, do a kick count and if I don't reach the goal in time to go right to the hospital.
@mrspepper05 now I just ache where they were. I'm assuming that's what it was- especially since my gall bladder is already gone too. My ribs ache and the top of my tummy aches. If they don't go away by this afternoon I may have to go in and get checked

@red3ye- I hope those babies hang on as long as possible. A friend from high school just had her boys who were both over 6 lbs at 38 weeks in October. She is tiny and I was amazed she was able to carry twins that large that far along. I can't imagine.
@bntfroggie- Is it you that is also already on medication for high blood pressure? If so how is it going?
I am still on the same dosage of aldomet and so far mine has been hanging on. At my appointment on monday it was slightly elevated 142/78 so now of course I am worried. I try not to worry and to take some deep breaths but its hard not to freak out about it as they are taking it. I asked my doctor what the chances are that I would make it my c-section at 39 weeks (I went on bed rest and then hospital bed rest with DS1 at 36 weeks due to pre-e, delivered him at 38 weeks 2 days) and he said that it wasn't likely but that the medical communities attitudes have changed since I had DS1 and that it it got high this time they would just likely deliver me as opposed to bedrest which is scary! Trying not to worry about it but of course I am freaking out about having a preemie. I hope that I can at least hang on until 36-37 weeks.
@charley15 - hope its nothing major and that you feel better soon!
Last night I took a Unisom before going to bed......its the first time I slept for longer than 1.5 hours at a time in WEEKS!!!!! I still feel really tired, but my "pregnancy symptoms" seem a lot more manageable after some sleep.
Just got back from my appointment. Don't hate me, but I've only gained a grand total of 2 lbs this whole pregnancy. So guess whose turn it is to go in for a growth scan! The bump itself is measuring right on track though so I'm not super concerned. Oh and I passed my 3-hour!
@charley15 - hope its nothing major and that you feel better soon!

That stuff is magical. I'd continue using it after baby is here but I actually need to be conscious during feedings

I'm thinking about talking to my midwife about this today. I can't seem to get comfortable at night anymore and I just get super annoyed. Once DH leaves for work, if I'm off or don't work till the afternoon I can usually get a few more hours in since I'm able to completely sprawl out on the bed.

@Parker16772yeah I am on blood pressure medication, acebutolol. My medicine seems to be working nicely, but I was on it before baby for high blood pressure. Doctor says they will just monitor me a little more closely in case it spikes, but I feel confident so far. I do remember back when I first started taking it, I hated it, it made the whole world go in slow motion so the doctor spread my dosage out over the course of the day and that seemed to help, until my body got used to the new drugs.
I'm sorry that we dont have a crystal ball to see how this turns out for you Hang in there
