This has happened with dh where he gets roped into staying at something later and I feel stuck at home. Rational me is always like it's really not a big deal and I want him to have a good time. But irrational me always feels a little left out and hurt. Fortunately rational me usually prevails in the end.
I need to do some shopping tonight, but I have every intention of stopping at Starbucks on the way and sitting down while I enjoy a salted Carmel hot cocoa. I am super excited!

@SarahFoley725 I understand your feelings as well. Dh has been invited to things through his friends and ended up staying late when I couldn't go. Thankfully, the feelings pass pretty quickly and your rational side is the one that sticks with you.
Speaking of farts, Dh used to give me dirty looking and then end up snickering when I would fart. Now, not even a blink.
Side note... Cutest thing just happened. We are at a church holiday dinner and this incredibly sweet old woman (~70ish) just offered to give me her old maternity pants. She is litterly no taller than 4'8" and I am 5'9" and all legs. Not to mention these pants have toto be from the 70's!!

I don't fart in front of my husband on purpose. Clearly they sneak out from time to time. Thing is, I HATE when he farts in front of me and then smirks like he's really proud of it. So I try not to. Clearly it makes no difference. Since he still does it.

Got some great news today!! 1. DH insurance is going to cover the birth 100%!! We've been so stressed about costs lately. 2. I was anemic at the beginning of my pregnancy but when they checked my iron during my glucose test it came back at 12.5, my midwife was honestly impressed! 3. I PASSED MY GLUCOSE TEST!!!!!! I've honestly been so super worried about it, so glad to hear I passed
