I've been too lazy and busy to put up the Christmas tree!!! I'm sad because I want it up but with working full time and my DH always working full time and overtime he hasn't had a chance to get our heavy decor out for me! I want my tree!! Anyways, Happy Hanukkah to all of my pregnant Jewish ladies out there!!
So, all day and all night heartburn. Tums help for about an hour, milk does nothing. Any suggestions?
Also, fog is bad here today. I am pretending that it is white outside from snow, not fog. I figure that it is already cold and damp out, might as well be snow
Zantac is the only thing that helped me.
Honestly I've heard of people using ice cream for that. Doesn't hurt to try, right?

Yes, yes I do. Why is it that when you want them to, kids don't sleep in (ahem....Saturday mornings) but then when you have to get them up to go to Grandma's for daycare/preschool, they sleep in? And holy crap I cannot for the life of me wake up this morning. It might be a 3-cup day.

*Yawn* DH went to work on schedule and I was finally able to sleep in! Love him to pieces but he's a crazy early riser and I don't like it when he's up and moving and I'm in bed still. Anyway, for the third time I've dreamt baby. I keep dreaming that baby is a boy. I'm fully aware they're just dreams but now I'm kinda bummed that my subconscious is leaning more towards boy and not remaining neutral. If that makes any sense? I'll be ecstatic with either but I was hoping to genuinely have no idea and have no mindset about either gender so that'd I'd be completely surprised on baby's bday. *Sigh* irrational rant over.

Thanks! He's 5 and currently watching TV while I try to get some BRAT diet approved food and water into him. He's so dehydrated. Poor guy. I'm going to suggest a puzzle soon (he loves them) and then some coloring in his new clone wars coloring book. Thanks for the suggestions! We have paints, but no finger paints. Maybe today we can tackle the monster painting/drawing I want him to make and frame for his brothers room.
Is he drinking anything @cmerribury ? Something that always works for my kiddos is a homemade gatorade - 1/3 juice to 2/3 water, sprinkle a little sea salt in there.

I just can't wake up today. It's already 11 here and I feel like I've been half asleep at work all morning. Even after an hour meeting that the CEO was sitting in on. Also, 9 am meetings should be against the law.

I always dream that my babies are boys. Every pregnancy. I don't think I've ever dreamt about a girl. But 2 out of 3 of mine were girls. And it wasn't because I subconsciously wanted a boy so badly. If anything, I always leaned toward girl. Haha. So hopefully it doesn't mean anything for you either and you'll still be surprised.
And as predicted, I'm back with pelvic pain, back pain, and BH after a measly two hours of doing stuff around the house. I made sure to alternate "standing" projects with "sitting" projects so I was never on my feet for too long at a time. It doesn't matter. This baby is determined to make me rest.

Every time I get on here to read stuff, I get emails and things to take care of and never get the chance to actually post lol.
I swear as much as these kids can be a pain in the butt they all absolutely love me! My boss's boss has been here the last couple hours and one student came in being all polite and even called me Mrs. Mount- I usually let them get away with my first name because that's how it always was for me in preschool. Then while on the phone (a student called me on his cell phone from the classroom) I heard this kid say "f**k off" to another. Well the one on the phone told him that I heard him say it and it hurt my feelings- so he raced down to the office to apologize and insisted that the "eff off" was not meant for me lol. I knew it wasn't...but he was so sweet to run down here anyway. These are the troubled, bad behavior students who don't work well in a traditional school setting- and he even censored his mouth for me! That is a proud moment for me and I will make sure to tell my boss when she gets back. I do my best to make sure they get the recognition they deserve lol.

I'm here! We went to greatwolf lodge Thursday-Sunday so I didn't have a chance to get on. Today I have been trying to catch up at work and work out the details for DS's birthday party saturday!
I had a checkup this morning and I was shocked when my doctor informed my I only have one more month visit next month and then it is every two weeks! Shit is getting real.

Wahoo just scored a Jenny Lind crib for free on the buy/sell/trade site at work. It's identical to the one I grew up in and my boys have both used. So now we don't have to force DS2 out of his crib if he's not ready!!!
