Alright changing my position about this baby being lazy. Holy crap he's a mover. Amazing how anterior placenta can change your worldview. Totally feeling him all over the place today. Looks like he's keeping up with his brothers.

Grr, we are still sweating in mid 90s. If it keeps this up, I'll go into shock when we visit Illinois. It will be 90s here, get there at like 40s. Go figure.

Oh, and at appointment today, dr looked to see if she could tell the gender for us. She is thinking maybe a boy and a girl, but says not to hold her to it as she couldn't be sure if the "boy" was actually a boy or if it was a bit of umbilical cord. But also that with me being only 17 weeks, the "girl" could actually end up a boy. But, on the plus side, we have a scheduled anatomy scan on the 5th now. So we should know better then

Re hospital tours. I'm glad we took ours. There were two different admittance sides (on absolute opposite ends of the hospital) and had I had to waddle in the wrong side with my water breaking at each step.... Nope. Just glad we took the tour and found that out

@smushi oh my goodness the hair!! It's a good thing the "glow" masks everything. Never let on that we're just gross during pregnancy. Oh and after delivery for weeks, I don't know about you ladies, but the sweat/smells/everything.

UPS just dropped off a huge box (hubs gets pkgs constantly) but he told me to open this one. He ordered TinyCompanion's bucket seat! In a cool orange color that he knew I loved. Had no idea. So yay! One thing to check off the list!

Went to the doctor today since the pain in my section scar was so bad and I kept having some contractions and lower back pain. Everything with my little girl is fine but she apparently had a growth spurt which is why I'm in pain. My doctor was surprised since I'm 18 weeks but I'm measuring 21 weeks she was shocked how large my uterus is already, apparently I don't make small babies my last child was 9 lbs. I now wonder how big this little girl is going to be.

Jealous of all your cute fall-weather-outfits. I'm already in "winter mode." Went shopping today wearing jeans, boots, a cami, sweater, and zip-up fleece sweatshirt. I love the idea of being all cute and trendy, but in the end, warmth always takes priority over fashion. #stupidmichigan

It's super cold here in MN too, we're in a freeze warning tonight. I went to a craft show today wearing pretty much exactly what you just described, even wore my Ugg boots (which I usually only wear to and from work in the cold, because let's face it they're kinda UGG-ly). But hey, like you said warmth takes priority.

All this talk about big babies made me go back and look at my bump pictures with DD2. I'm going to be an AW and show you my 39 week picture. She was only 8 lbs, 13 oz. but seriously people, look at this . . .

Please, please assure me that I won't get bigger this time . . .

I was HUGE and DS2's belly was smaller than DS1 - it all had to do with how everything lay - and he was in my pelvis the entire time.

Hi girls!

Haven't had a chance to catch up fully on this thread but just wanted to post real quickly to say thank you so very much for all the support. Ultrasound went great, baby is measuring right on track. Tech said doc still needs to look everything over so she wouldn't really tell us much. He/she was moving around like CRAZY, it was amazing. So fx it's all good.
Anyway off to OG to celebrate. There's a piece of pumpkin cheesecake with my name on it. Hope you are all doing well and thanks again

We went shopping, got everything we needed and then some! Lol we managed to find plain white Gerber onesies- we went to the OTHER local walmart. We also got a pack of wipes (Huggies ones with the cute hard case- they were $2.37 so even if the wipes dry out I got a cute refillable case), and I bought nursing pads for myself - no leaking yet but I know I'm due soon for some!

And I should've gotten it tonight but I didnt- but I FOUND A NEUTRAL OUTFIT!!! A cute pair of bibbed overalls with a white onesie that had light brown puppies on it, and the tag on the bibs said "dog gone cute". I will be going back to get it soon!

@skruhim - you give me hope. I think DD2 was transverse for much of my pregnancy, so she was all stretched out and comfy. Me? Not so much. Maybe this one will just stay curled up in a ball.

Oh yeah. I hear you on that. I was in so much pain with DD - before and after my pregnancy. I already bought one of those awesome pregnancy girdles with the shoulder straps to try out this time and am planning on seeing the chiropractor from about 20 weeks on. Anything to avoid that horrendous pain!!

Holy crap stomach bug at 19 weeks pregnant equals freaking your husband out because you're writhing in pain. Definitely called the midwife but she thinks it's definitely a bug. Weird how intestinal pain is moved to the top of your stomach with pregnancy and someone get this gremlin out of my intestines!
