Greenville South Carolina! We just moved from NY this year and we immediately fell in love with this city!! Love being able to see the mountains every day!!
I'm in Raleigh, NC. I think the best thing is the amount of parks, walking trails, and beautiful places to go enjoy the outdoors in the middle of a huge city. It's beautiful here.
In Minneapolis, Minnesota. We moved into the city from the suburbs a year ago and we enjoy it so much more. There are tons of parks, access to public transportation, and no end of activities for the family. Another plus is our entire family lives within an hour of us, which has always been something that is important to us.
Chicago, I love our neighborhood and all the things to do. However, our place is getting crowded with #3 on the way. I hope we can find something bigger and affordable to stay close to where we are!
@LadySamLady DH lived in Brooklyn Heights when we first met and loved it. I'm still obsessed with Cranberry's even though we've been in the West Village for 8 years! Our friends are getting married at the Brooklyn Historical Society in June.
My first apartment with DH was in the West Village and we lived there for 4 years. We still say that if money wasn't an object that's where we'd live permanently. We live in the suburbs now, but I miss it every day :x
I'm in Rhode Island. I moved here about 2 years ago.
I like lots of things here. Love the beaches and THE FOOD! I also like having really quick and easy access to Boston without having Boston real estate prices. Super easy to pop on the commuter rail and enjoy some Boston time and then head on back home.
I'm impressed by all the Pittsburghers and former Pittsburghers we have here! I'm another one I'm from rural PA and I've lived in Pittsburgh for 8 years. I love that there's always something to do here, it's a city with a small town feel, the skyline is gorgeous, and of course I love the sports. BUT I want to move back to somewhere rural and preferably near the mountains. I want easier access to hiking, camping, climbing, and all that fun outdoors stuff that I love. I say we're moving every winter but we're still here! Anyways, nice to meet you all!

I'm in Orange County, CA as well! But we just bought a home in TN because we wanted to get out of dodge. Things are getting to be a little to cray cray out here in Cali. COL, taxes, the education system (I'm a former teacher), traffic, pollution, the drought, you name it. We're ready for a more laid back kind of life.
My husband is from San Bernadino, CA and I'm from Savannah, GA but we met and live currently in Atlanta. He loves the vegetation here and I love the food!
I have a house in San Bernardino. Seriously overcrowded there.
I live in Northern California now. Love the weather and being so close to the lake. I also love the people here.
I live in Sarasota, FL. I LOVE the summers but hate the winters when all the old people come down. But I certainly can't complain about the weather
I love Sarasota! We got married in St. Pete Beach.
I'm originally from Germany, living for 5 years now in the States. Just moved last year from Lafayette, Louisiana to Houston. I like it here but do miss my family a lot.
I love it here because of the weather! I am from The Ozarks and I am used to some much heat and humidity. I quite like the cooler weather and the grey skies. Everything is always lush, green, and fresh. Plus I can walk everywhere which is nice.
Sadly we'll be heading back to the states next year (about the time of my due date, that'll be tricky...) and I'm hoping it won't be permanent.

Spring Hill, TN. The best thing about where I live is it's still a neighborhood where people don't always lock their house or car doors, it's in the country but 10-15 min away from the city, and I get to grow my own vegetables in my yard.
We're moving from Nashville to Spring Hill in the middle of October and cannot wait to escape the city!!
SW Oklahoma, born and raised. The best thing about this place is the storms, I've always loved them. Not much else I like around here.. Hope to eventually move to Michigan where my dad is going to retire with his wife and my younger brother.
Born and raised in Los Angeles but living in chicago for the year.
Best thing about LA- the shopping!!!
Best thing about chicago- the food, and the people are really nice
I live at the jersey shore. I'm across the street from the water (bay) and I can see the NYC skyline. it's quiet most of the year and you can't beat the view
I only saw a few others in Washington, but they were all on the west side of the state.
I am in southeastern Washington (think Daffy Duck ) It's the dry side of the state, which means hot summers and mild winters. I'm excited to be pregnant again, but during a different season
I love it for the lakes, biking, parks, lots of cultures, progressive thinking, proximity to the North Woods and friends. Originally from Packerland USA, otherwise known as Wisconsin.
Rocky Mountain House, Alberta Canada! We live an hours drive from the beautiful Rocky Mountains and have a fantastic view of them from our front deck The hunting, fishing and camping are awesome!
