@skruhmin it's only a few weeks away, I can't wait! We're team green so will have to look away for some of it but I just can't wait to see baby again!!!
Lol just took me about 2 days to catch up on all I missed the weekend. Seems like things got a little crazy around here. After reading up I am feeling very fortunate that I will have my A/s on 10/6. I have to remember to tell them to write it down and not tell me because dh wants us to find out together and he can't come. @kynbar5 I know what you mean about boys names. I have about 30 girl ones I like, but not a single boy one. It was hard enough to pick a boy name the first time! 2 of my house guests were both sick and now Ds and I are too. Ugh! Seems to be just a head cold, but still. I have a feeling it is going to be a long week.
I'd love to say hello to the newest "I'm going to comment on every board in this entire bmb" member to welcome her and tell her if it's a thread on the 3+ page it's probably not important anymore but all day I've been battling with a nice way to say it lol.

Oh well then I can guarantee you will definitely see a baby. I so agree with being excited about seeing baby again.

I have had a lovely Monday with a great hike with my dad, sister, and her boyfriend! It was a prefect day here in Western Washington! I am loving this fall weather. The great weather keeps me outside.
Anyway, I hope you ladies have had an equally great Monday! If not tomorrow is a new day!
Another friend of mine gave me a big bag of maternity clothes and they're gorgeous! And they're all tiny and just barely fit me right now, I'll probably outgrow most of them within a month. It sucks when even maternity clothes make you feel fat. I've gotta stop hanging out with such skinny bizzos.
I went to bed when the moon started its thing last night, and I didn't get to check today and you girls filled up 5 stinkin' pages?! Dear lord... Ain't nobody got time for that. But I skimmed because I love you.
@charley15 woohoo for awesome heartbeat! Our a/s is set for 10/12 too! I'll be very happy to hear the hb again. I'm this close to getting a home doppler because I keep having mild freakouts. This baby is SO much less active than DS. I have only felt it a few times, when with DS I was feeling him consistently from 14 weeks on.
So the only really sweet thing I've craved this pregnancy is oreo anything. Today I bought one of those no bake oreo desserts (because it was there). I went to go make it when DH took DS upstairs for bathtime, and read it had to refrigerate for an hour. I said eff that noise! That was an hour ago... Hasty decisions...
ETA Has anyone ordered H&M maternity from online? I love some of their tops.
@smushi I feel you on the Oreo everything cravings! Also, I ordered online from h&m maternity with my last pregnancy, and am already reusing those same clothes this time around. Their maternity clothes were my favorite, over everything else I got from various other places. Good quality, good fit, good service!
@lcq5504 That's awesome! I saw some really nice long sweaters I think I'll pop over and order
I bought two pairs of Jessica Simpson maternity jeans on Saturday. They are fantastic and totally worth it. The fit was just leaps and bounds above the other brands. (in case anyone was thinking of getting a pair)
@smushi Awesome! I do believe you'll love it all! My favorite thing about them is the softness of their tops! Once I discovered their stuff, there was no going back to anything else, and I'm a Target fanatic! Haha
@ecwk I got mine at motherhood maternity (they have a buy one get one 50% off). Not the cheapest but they held their shape really well all day and they weren't gappy and ill fitting like the other pants I tried on (which were really more one size fits no one right).
Thanks @smushi!
Um wtf is up with the black Halloween bun on the whopper? I haven't had Burger King in eons but I've never seen anything like it. Repulsive :-&
@smushi@ecwk h&m does have a lot of maternity clothes on sale. I saw pants as low as $15! I wear their pants too and feel that they're a great fit. Btw, the BK Whopper's black bun is made with A-1 sauce for color & flavor, but it looks awful!
@lcq5504 I've never seen maternity clothes in a H&M store (and I love me some H&M!) so I'll check it out online. I've been managing so far with normal clothes and I've transitioned to leggings (I know they're unpopular with many people but I always wear a top long enough to cover my butt!) so hopefully they'll carry me for a few more weeks!
@ecwk only 1 out of our 2 local stores carry it here, and the good thing is that even if they don't carry it there, they'll still take returns from online orders...I had to use that option a couple of times. They have leggings too, btw, which I totally love for comfort! The general rule is tunic length tops, right? I'm a bigger girl (size 14, gasp!) and the pants from there fit perfectly for me.
@smushi I feel like this baby is the same way. I've felt him/her every so often and DS2 was a total ninja all the time early on. And out of the womb he hasn't stopped moving.

@smushi - I ordered one of their (H&M) maternity parkas last time around (it was on sale) and I'm so happy with the purchase. I'm glad it'll get some use again!
@lcq5504 that's great you can return online things in store, I'll have to check it out. Good to hear the leggings fit well, I always find their pants run small/fit me weirdly so I usual only buy tops and dresses there!
There isn't nothing like waking up from a bad dream and crying my eyes out over it. How do I make myself feel better? I'm hungry too- so I go to the fridge and hack off a slice of cheesecake!
I think them old ladies had it right all along I'm feeling better- tummy is full and I'm going back to bed!
@charley15 I'm so sorry you had such a bad dream Those are the worst... At least there was cheesecake!
I dreamed last night that my legs and feet got so swollen (from pregnancy) that my toes started falling off. There was also a magical popcorn maker and my MIL decided to repaint my house yellow, but ya know...
Here's a random one for you: I lost my favorite bra. I did all the laundry. I cleaned my room. I searched everywhere. I'm not in the habit of taking my bra off and leaving it places. Where on earth could it be?!
And with that, I'm off to clean my house . . .have a great day, ladies!

I had to take my furbaby to the vet this morning to get a lump on his side checked out. Its a benign fatty tumor. Absolutely nothing to worry about. He is perfectly healthy otherwise. Made me VERY happy. I prefer my dogs company over 99% of people I know...
The chair I wanted from pottery barn was on sale yesterday and I had a 20% off coupon so DH gave the go ahead to order it since it was such a good deal! It takes 8-10 weeks to come in but I am so excited for our first big baby purchase!
Grrrr I hate issues with our builder. Now we're dealing with what we chose at Home Gallery for our railing stain. It turned out way darker than what we selected. The sales guy is trying to tell us to set our expectations for that's what we selected, it's hard to judge by a picture. On the left is our samples and on the right is what it actually is. Definitely doesn't look the same.
Well that appointment was a waste of my gas. 140 miles round trip just to sit in an office for 10 minutes while the dr tells me he recommends the injection I'm already on and regularly monitoring my cervix every 2-3 weeks. No exam, no nothing but I got led to a room with a desk and 3 chairs, get told that and told I'm all set to go.
The silver lining: I convinced dh to take me to the Chinese buffet for lunch. I don't know why, but the sweet and sour chicken was devine! I know all it is is frozen precooked chicken deep fried for 5 ish minutes and dunked in sauce but it was the best I have EVER had! Now... nap time
February Siggy Challenge- Post pregnancy indulgences
@charley15, now I want Chinese food. The last time I had an appointment, my doctor was in the room for less than 2 minutes before we were done...I could tell she felt bad it was so short, so she literally started asking me about what my daughter was going to wear for Halloween to eat up time.
I was craving salad so I went by Bucees and got a sante fe chicken salad and 2 red velvet cake balls for lunch. Those totally cancel each other out right? We will just forget about the ranch dressing.
Finally decided on a costume siggy. This was a close runner up:
Haha - I had a few people ask me if I got pregnant on purpose this time around, so it seems appropriate. (And yes! We did get pregnant on purpose! Back off, people!!)

I'd be way more active today if my 1 year old wouldn't have woken up on the complete wrong side of the bed and on top of that the "lightning crotch" is real with me today. I really thought I had at least a few weeks to go before it got serious lol. And hearing someone ask who Lisa Frank is definitely makes me feel ancient haha. Edited cause I got jolted into adding an extra a )

Can't say I've experienced "lightening crotch" (sounds terryfying) but I had a relatively 'easy' pregnancy with my daughter. This pregnancy is much more by-the-book, so I'm expecting a little of everything...
@OneRainDrop I didn't start experiencing it until I was pregnant with my 3rd and so on but usually it's only during the last tri. The best description I can give is like a literal "shocking" feeling in your crotch. And yes, lmao it can be terrifying! This is also the very first pregnancy that I've experienced any type of symptoms other than heartburn. It's definitely worth it but good grief!

I'm breaking out all the Halloween decorations today ( all 5 of them). I kept telling myself to wait until this weekend but screw it. I'm bored and I am so ready for September to be over. Also I'm headed to the dr in a couple hours and even though my appetite has improved a lot I still haven't gained anything (according to my scale, hopefully their scale gives me a pound or two). Kinda curious to see what the doc says...
It has been super quiet today, especially after quite the rambunctious Monday.
I went and bought a blood pressure monitor today and of course took my stats while sitting in the parking lot after I left the store. 128/79, so on the high end of normal, but lower than the 130 something over 80 something at my doc's office last week. What is the deal with the dr.'s office that freaks me out so much??
@shacerouge Do It!!! In fact that sounds like such a good idea I think I may steal it, DH just left for business until Thursday night and I can't think of anything better than coming home to halloween decorations :-) that may just be me talking but I'm ready for it.
