Ladies, I am begrudgingly going to have to take a few days off. For the last few days, my c section scar has been burning and I've been having some intense non-period-related cramping. I think my body is telling me to take it easy. Keep up the good work everyone & hopefully I will rejoin you soon!

Oh no!! I'm so sorry to hear that. Please take it easy and get the rest you need. Don't push yourself and ease back into it only when you're ready.
Day 17 done here. I haven't done the treadmill the past few days as DS has been extra cranky. I usually have just enough time for abs before I have to relieve DH as DS is calmer with me.
Day 18 done. Found the sit ups really hard today so I cheated. May have had to do with DS screaming the whole time. Apparently he no longer likes daddy rocking him to sleep. Sigh.
Day 22 done! @chambersbaby2015 I'm glad to see your posts because they keep me motivated! I had to get my husband to hold my feet, count for me AND motivate me today haha but done!
Agreed @gtellier !! Any time I don't want to do them I feel guilty knowing I'll have to tell you that I didn't follow through. Day 23 done. Rest day tomorrow!!!
Super proud of you guys and bummed I had to drop out! Still in pain over here so I think I am down for the count. Hope to participate in the next 30-day challenge, though (if not abs). Keep up the great work ladies!

I'm sorry you're out @blairdavis99 but I'm glad you listened to your body and stopped when you needed to!
Do you ladies have any ideas of what we should do for September? That is if you're interested. I definitely am in. If you google the 30 day challenges you should get all the images as options. The only one I don't really want to do yet is arms. I did it last year and I remember being so sore for the first bit that I couldn't lift anything. Not really an option this time with DS around haha
I'm also going to suggest that we keep doing abs. I don't think I can do them all forever, but now that I've built up a base I would like to see myself continuing to do maybe half (50 sit ups, 100 crunches, etc.) every time I exercise so that I maintain the core strength I've gained.
@blairdavis99 you did awesome too Mama! It's good that you're listening to your body, and there is always next challenge!!
I am definitely in for another 30 day challenge! The abs is my second challenge in a row now, and I am loving the results, plus it doesn't take long to do! I'll look up ideas and post what I think and then as a group we can all decide!
I love doing the challenges as a group though, it really does help me stay motivated!!
Cool! I'd be up for the squat challenge. I haven't done that one before. I agree that doing it as a group (even if we are small) is very encouraging and motivating to me!!
@chambersbaby2015 , Penelope took forever to put to bed (we had a bridal shower today and it threw her naps off... And well, overtired baby- we all know the story). I'm pooped so I'm going to skip my first day but tomorrow, I'll do extra to finish together!!!
Hope you get some sleep. I've been rocking DS for about 2.5 hours after his MOTN feed and he just now closed his eyes. DH and I are both so tired that now we are fighting. There's no sleeping in this house tonight.
Re: 30 Day Ab Challenge
Ladies, we are officially half way through!!! Keep up the good work!

I'll skip the next rest day!
Are we all okay with doing squats in September or does anyone prefer something else?
I'm also going to try to do 50 sit ups, 100 crunches, 30 leg lifts and a minute of plank to maintain my abs.
