You know my weaknessssss. Now, I'm feeling like I might have to read this baby Harry Potter in the womb.
This. Every time a new HP came out my mother would take us to the midnight release party at Barnes and Noble. Everyone dressed up. We had legit props. HP "reporters" came and asked which classes and professors were our favorite, there was a sorting hat. It was probably the best thing. Ever.
Oh Harry potter my favorite! My husband and I saw the second movie on our first date :x We saw the first deathly hallows on our honeymoon and the 2nd I started early labor with DD
My sister brought my pregnancy pillow back and I can't wait to snuggle up with that thing again. The hubs is not so excited. We need a bigger bed for all my pillows!
@Snoopylovesbelle your DD was so bummed to be missing the movie she decided she better come out!
She didn't come for another week! Lol but the first contractions started during the movie. It was our wedding anniversary
My mom calls me her anniversary present! I came two days after their anniversary. Anniversary babies are the best
I just figured that she loved HP so much she wasn't about to miss it. Because, ya know, Harry Potter is the best. You said you went into early labor with her? How early?

Not like pre-term labor. She came at 39 weeks but I starting having contractions everyday 2 weeks before that.
I stumbled across another series she's in the process of writing under the pen name Robert Galbraith. Excellent books, and I didn't even realize it was her until I got to the end of the first book and saw the inner flap of the dust jacket. They're modern PI novels.

Wow. I can't imagine contractions for two weeks! This is my first pregnancy and I'm very new to all of it and some of it honestly still scares me lol like we live an hour away from our doctor and that video going around on Facebook of the woman giving birth to a 10 pound baby in their car...?? I'm TERRIFIED that will happen to us!

What happened to that women is not that common and it's rare for first time labor to go that fast. It happens but it's more the exception to the rule. My contractions would be sporadic through the day and happened through most of the night which sucked but they never got close enough together to call. My water broke and I went to the hospital a few hours after that. My labor from water breaking to DD being born was 12 hours Don't worry you will do just fine!
@moonpie28 is it because you don't want the author to let you down? Or you just want to believe it ends the way you'd like? That's what always gets me when finishing books and series. Lmao
@KaraEpp16 that might be it. I think I am just not ready for some of my favorite characters to die. I may still be bitter about Sirius.
I mean the low blow came in the sixth.... Sirius then Dumbledore. After reading those you'll be prepared for the heart ache. You need to read it. It ends with some beautiful sentiments regardless of the death.
I cried so many times during the last book. I feel like I knew them all and never wanted it to end. One of my most prized possessions is a trunk boxed set of the books. Still in the plastic.
Yeah but it would have been too easy for Harry to keep Sirius and finally have a parental figure. I loved everything Sirius the character promised for Harry. Side note: I always thought Harry was a whiney bi?$& in the fifth book.
I loved Dumbledore more. That killed me.
Damn I missed so much today. Ugh parenting my children!!! I love me some Harry Potter. I use to retread the whole series each summer (prior to kids) but I've only seen bits and pieces of the movies. Major let downs.

I really want her to write a prequel
