  I got mine by having unprotected sex while ovulating

  BFP #1 - Mango - 6/11/12, EDD 2/22/12 Natural MC 7/15/12

  BFP #2 - Nacho - 10/14/12, EDD 6/20/13, MMC 8 weeks, D&C 11/16/12

  All testing shows both H and I are perfectly normal. Baby Nacho had triploidy. 

  Back to normal business December 2012

  Since I started praying, I've gotten off all of my heart medication, I've had less anxiety and fears, I've been a more positive person in general, I have more energy to give to others in need, patience for my children, my mom survived breast cancer, I've gotten pregnant after a year and a half of trying and a loss... and honestly on top of all that it's a amazingly wonderful feeling to have faith in something bigger than this world. I'm the happiest and healthiest I've been all my life. I thank God everyday.
  Just sayin, I'm not a pusher but don't knock it till you try it

  Sorry, I'm sticking with sex, doctors, and science. That mass in my uterus wasn't going away any other way... But hey, thanks for making me feel like I couldn't get pregnant for 2.5 years because I didn't pray. It must feel awesome to be so self-righteous.

  09/2013: Started seeing RE - abnormal spotting and anovulatory cycles

  09/2013-2014: Spent the year regulating thyroid/prolactin levels

  10/2014: Full baseline cycle - ovulatory, but with heavy LP spotting

  11/2014: Operative Hysteroscopy, HSG, and Tubal Cath: abnormal growth found

                 Results: Growth benign, tubes clear, total D&C performed - still spotting

                 Next steps: Clomid/IUI, starting in 2015

  Wow. I am devastated at the morality and maturity of some of you. My faith is very important to me something I did not put out there to share in a post to get such disturbing, mocking responses. I'm a Christian and I pray? So what? If that was motivation for y'all to write such inappropriate things then god help you, you are exactly what is wrong in this world. No faith, cynical, cold, unreasonable, unforgiving, spiteful.. The list goes on.

  Maybe this is not the ap for me. I'm looking for HAPPY, open, mature and kind women to share this experience with.
  This is absolutely crazy.

  Just imagine for a sec if you had prayed, and prayed, and prayed, and prayed to get pregnant and your prayers were never answered. Or if you prayed and prayed that you wouldn't miscarry again, and you did anyway. This happens to women all the time. Was God ignoring or punishing them? Were they not #blessed? OR is it just shitty luck of the biological draw?

  OP you have to realize that praying isn't the only step to receive your blessings. Prayer, along with sex COULD lead you to get pregnant.
  
  You cannot judge others for having different beliefs. It actually saddens me that you don't understand how wrong you are. It's like me praying to lose weight but not getting my fat ass up to go work out.

  I was raised to never ever bash someone's personal belief, talk religion, politics or race.
  Kinda like if you don't have anything nice don't say anything at all? Ya. This goes way back.
  
  I live in NY and been in the city for quite sometime now, I've became cultured, hard but patient and anything but ignorant. Having moral, class and respect for others is just part of life for me.
  I apologize for offending anyone in any way shape or form by this post!? Not sure how that was possible or why all these comments were necessary but it is what it is.
  Any Christian would understand why sometimes things don't work out and how god has other plans. This post was meant for people that understand what it's like having a relationship with god. Not people who just think by praying your problems will be solved. Trust often requires unanswered questions.

  Hey, practicing Catholic here. Was that your Bible you quoted? Cause it's the same as mine. Probably the same God I pray to also.

  OP, I don't know where to start. I am a Christian.

  However, you need to realize that not everyone believes the same way. And that is okay too. Nobody here mocked your beliefs. They stated their own. You can't get pissed because people don't agree with you - that's ridiculous. 

  Also, I don't think its fair to say that you got pregnant because of prayer. Sure, if faith is important to you, then you may believe God allowed you to get pregnant because you prayed to Him and had faith. I believe my babies are a gift from God, truly. But I had unprotected sex with my husband, and that's how I got pregnant. You are implying that people who are not able to get pregnant or have losses did not pray enough. Please get off of your high horse. You do not deserve a baby more than anyone else. 

  Lastly, you "can't believe some of these women are mothers" ...I know, and am friends with several women who are not Christians who are kind, loving, giving, wonderful mothers. You do not have to be a Christian to be a great mother. Please don't imply that.

  OP, you are being ridiculous.  You posted a bible verse & asked who else got pregnant through prayer.  No one mocked your beliefs, no one even said that prayer didn't help you!

  
  

  I'm glad you found God & it has brought happiness in your life, but when asking people to respect your views, you need to respect theirs.
  

  
  

  I prayed HARD during my miscarriage in November for a miracle & it didn't come.  I believe there's a reason for it, it still sucked.  I prayed to get pregnant again, I also temped & had sex during my fertile window.  It worked, wonderful.  I'll continue to pray for a healthy pregnancy, while also seeing my dr & doing what I can to hopefully not have another loss. 

  
  

  I did not get pregnant by prayer, maybe it helped, who knows.  I got pregnant because sperm fertilized my egg & it implanted in my uterus.  That's how pregnancy works.
