  • @HoneyB1993‌, A has low muscle tone so we did PT for a little over 6mo and it helped. I have a feeling she will need ST too which I feel really sad about so I know how you feel. But stay strong and know that you are doing the best you can for your LO.

@calikat80‌ how does your fitbit do when running? Is it anywhere close to being accurate?
No, not on longer runs. It never keeps up and always short changes my mileage, on runs that I know how long they are for sure. It's a little frustrating wearing one as a runner because you technically take less steps- like half the amount- when running a distance or certain amount of time vs. walking. If you are looking to win with a step count you are better off walking than running so it's kind of a non-incentive!
It can keep up on shorter runs for the most part, but I don't find it anywhere near as accurate as something like my Nike app on my phone.

Is there anywhere, where the Libertarian vote actually wins anything?

Man I feel like it's a wasted vote around here. Had those people voted against the incumbent, we might see some change this time! I'm not liking the way the governor race is looking.
They used to win in Montana when I lived there. Generally speaking they are pretty nuts. I like a lot of them, but nuts all the same. My sister is a registered lib but in NY it's usually not a big factor to vote for a third party candidate.

  • @catalinapink I really wouldn't worry yet about not having words. Arlo has so few, and we Just started picking up this week that he is trying to pick up little phrases, not just words. He thinks if he makes syllables and uses different intonation he is using words correctly and he has just started matching the sound with the syllable, if that makes sense. I think the big thing is being able to understand what you are saying.

  • @violet1183‌ - I just try to distract her like you did with the mango. KJ gets fixated in items I out in the cart and she acts like they are hers.

This is what I thought. Wasn't he caught cheating or something? Or was that someone else? Lol

I've been slacking on my bumping this week I feel like.  I've read all the words though.  I'm just totally wiped out and feeling intermittently nauseous for the last three days, which is the worst.

LO has been sleeping extra horribly this week.  I don't know what's going on.  The first night of it (over the weekend) he screamed and screamed and finally had a big gassy poop, so I figured he was just having some GI issues as a result of something he ate or something that would mean things would be fine since it'd passed.  Nope.  Nights have been super scream-y despite me starting out last night with Tylenol to hopefully avoid it.  Poor little guy.  I just can't figure out what's bothering him.  He's super clingy, but he's been doing that for the last month.  Beyond that he's his normal chipper self during the day, so I really don't get it.

Suggestions for dealing with baby gas?

Maybe I should try giving him gripe water or something?  We've been slowly reintroducing yogurt (it gives him serious diaper rash if he eats it every day) for its probiotic effect, but beyond that I'm pretty stumped.

Every time Grey's comes up DH and I are like, "wait that show is still on?"

I never watched it but I feel like it has been on TV for like, ever.

@calikat80‌ I have watched it this far so I feel like I have to finish it out lol but it has been on forever.
