    Me! Although I don't think I've ever mentioned it here. I love older men. And I actually really thought @riansmommie‌'s dad was hot but was too scared to say it! Ha!


    Say it loud and proud woman! I'm not typically a silver fox lover myself, but I couldn't help but tell Riansmommie that she comes from attractive stock ;)

    Thanks ladies! I honestly hope I age like my father does because I'm literally his mirror image (of course in female version). Down to dimples on the same side when we are looking at each other.

    Channing Tatum doesn't do it for me either.

    Used to love Donnie Wahlberg in NKOTB, but my tastes have changed since then. Other notable crushes I had as a young girl: Johnny Depp, Axl Rose, and Hulk Hogan. Wtf? =))

    @LadyThrice‌ thank you!! Getting married in Vegas in August has it's perks :). I was pool side for 4 days leading up to my wedding day resulting in my awesome tan. Sadly I haven't been than tan in the three years since my wedding.

    I'm with @MaineMama on the love of silver foxes!

    So DH and I are staying at his brother and SIL's house watching their two boys, ages 9 and 11 while there folks are out of town for about a week. It has made me appreciate the moms who do it with kids so much more! Mind you, these are fairly self-sufficient kids, not 2/3/4/etc. year old. I'm exhausted!! The younger nephew is a real sweetheart but the older one is one of the most know-it-all, contrary kids I've ever met. It is really grating on me. Is it terrible to say I love him but I don't like him that much. Perhaps an early FFC?

    Other thoughts:
    I've never had cheese curds but I want to try them.
    Channing Tatum isn't so hot.
    @riansmommie's dad is good looking!
    I have a shower on Sunday and I'm dying to buy all the things too. I'm excited about the shower and a huge registry stalker. I'm somewhat bitter about a car seat I want changing in price from $170 to $212 in the past 2 days. Grrr

    I've gotten two more lovely symptoms to my third trimester list (I'm at 33 weeks). I am warm, so very... very... warm. The house is at 60, and I'm still boiling. I've been living in my sports bras and sporty short shorts. For some reason I've been having cravings for water too. Today alone I've had 7 litres!  So much urination! 

    Anyone else have any new symptoms this week?

    @courtd2 I've felt warmer than usual since abt halfway through second tri. More recently I've had two new symptoms in about as many weeks--a sore vagina/pubic area when I stand up (which has made for some awkward moments at work) and waking up about twice as many times as I had been previously at night. I also thought BH contractions had started for me but so far it was an isolated instance.

    Oh my! I haven't had the hurting fingers or swelling of anything besides my boobs. 7 more weeks! 7 more weeks! It's so weird to say.

    So it's 11:25pm on the East Coast and my hubby is cleaning out his closet. I mean he is seriously putting clothes in trashbags, asking my opinion on what to keep/throw away, rearranging his shoes, organizing his closet by shirt sleeve length, etc.! The man is nesting as we speak! It hit him before me. Lol, unbelievable. I'm shocked and pleased, but we have to work tomorrow morning. I don't know whether to hug him or throw a pillow at him to go to bed. Lol, Wowsers!

    I am definitely running a bit warmer than usual too but that much water sounds excessive. (Please don't flame me) You might want to leave a message for your doctor. You can actually throw off your electrolytes by drinking too much water and being that thirsty can be a sign of wonky blood sugar levels.

    I am toasty too! At least I live in New England so I can just leave the heat off and be pretty comfortable around the house. I wake up with swollen fingers some times and sore wrists all the time! I've also been drinking a lot more water, but not THAT much!

    okay, @riansmommie, rians grandpa is one good looking man. 
    You can all count me in for a love of silver foxes. @rshamos the saggy hairy balls almost scare me, but I think I could look past it. I have the biggest crush on one of my professors in the chemistry department. 

    @MissChristineMarie ...you've never had cheese curds? I don't comprehend. Fresh and squeeky, or fried and gooey, I have cheese curds at least once a week.

    @agsgrrl, I have never heard of lumpia! I just Googled and I have to say looks like I'd approve :)

    I would prefer this to waking up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat, which is what happens to me. I don't wake up to pee or anything, just when I overheat. Ugh. Or when I wake up choking on my saliva. That's always fun.

    I missed the silver fox convo all because of BH and a fainting spell. DH sent me to bed and said 'NO MORE BUMP, GO TO SLEEP'

    At least I have a PSL today. 
    Yikes, hope you're feeling better! @tairairat‌ thanks for keeping it real--with all the bump talk abt recovery I find myself thinking more about preparing myself for that than labor! Trying to peel myself out of bed. Taking a half day tomorrow to go away for a little babymoon, and I'm getting excited!

    Late to the game BUT this guy is both a hockey player and a silver fox, win win?? He's Dave Andreychuk and he come in to my work all the time. I always get all embarrassingly shy.
    Mario Lemieux is my man crush in the old tyme hockey world. He has done so much for Pittsburgh and I am really excited about the new cancer center for Lymphoma and for children and young adults.  He really has given back to our community.  But Brooks Orpik is my current (I do love the beard and he is an amazing player).
