    I'm excited and scared for DS 2 month apt today. I'm sad about the shots but excited to see how much he weighs. He's getting chunky.. his wrists are disappearing and fingers are rolly. I just love it. Bring on the roly poly!

    So DS 1 who is three is sick. Now im sick and DS 2 has a runny nose and didn't sleep well last night due to a little cough like something is tickling his throat. DS 1 has been waking up more then normal because of it this last week or so and now DS 2 is. I am so tired!! Tired like I am still in the hospital cause I just had LO and nurses keep coming in the room tired! DH just finished his 3 night shifts and is swinging sleep to start working first shift for the next three days! My eyes burn I'm no sleepy. Sick and sleepy... Totally sucks! Working while sick and sleepy totally sucks! I can't taste my food or smell anything. Did I mention this totally sucks!!

    Just needed to whine a little . Thanks :(( 8-}

    @kenziebug22‌ DS still hates it and puts his arms out like he's flying and arches his back and kicks his legs. Maybe he'll be a good swimmer lol

    Day was just made. Got an email for a gift card from BRU. I guess it's from things that were bought from our registry. A free $95?! I'll take it! Anyone else get one?

    Teaching boys when their parents haven't worked with them is quite the experience too. I teach 2nd grade. Last year while presenting in front of the class, he played with his penis the whole time.

    Trying to get ready to go out but MiniMe was tired crying.
    I put her down and tried to get ready around her and as soon as I turned on my epilator, she started to fall asleep. She's now out cold. Strange kid.

    My husband gives me so much crap about the $100 epilator I bought that I don't use. I wish I could because it works great but that shit hurts!
    I've never been bothered by it.
    I have a little green Braun one that has spiky rollers on either side of the actual hair-pullers and rolling it over the skin a couple of times first just makes it tingle a bit, it's fantastic.
    One thing I do struggle with though (advice appreciated here!) is how to do knees. I always end up with strays that never seem to come out.

    I agree. You'd have to pump a lot and have 3 days worth prepared for while you'd be gone. Do you have a stash?

    @tundrabunnyif it makes you feel any better I had to get a colonoscopy a few weeks ago and when the nurse came in to do my IV she's like "umm.. why the hell are you here getting this done and why don't you seem nervous!?" I then responded "unfortunately this isn't my first rodeo, I've been doing these since I was 3..." lol

    I woke up this morning to it being pretty light outside....which my alarm is set for 5:30am when it's definitely NOT light. Turns out it didn't go off and I woke up at 7:30 on my own. And there is no rushing around to get to work when you have to pump before! I open my alarms on my iPhone to figure out what happened and when I open it up it changes the alarm on it's own from green to white. WTF iPhone?? So now I can't trust you to work properly as an alarm?? It's gonna be a LONG day! Thankfully everyone at work kinda thought it was funny because things like this never happen to me, and it's my first week back so I get a free pass, so I'm told.

    Sitting in the waiting room at the hospital because my DH is having surgery to break up his kidney stones and I'm sooooo tired and soooo bored.

    Yeah dramatic, I know!

    Thanks! He is getting his kidney stones blasted. He is out of surgery, I'm just waiting until he is out of recovery. I already went home and nursed dd (grandma is babysitting). So now it's more hurry up and wait!

    I deleted my sig because I am usually mobile and never see it!

    I'm so sorry I just saw this. I'm proud of you for going with your gut and sticking to your guns. I had some travel nightmares yesterday myself. 

    Out of curiosity, do you have any idea how many times a day your baby is nursing? Do you keep track of stuff like that?

    @ghostof5letters‌ - she's getting fed about 7-8 times a day right now. She wakes up once per night, and usually wants an extra feeding between dinner and bedtime. I've been pumping during the day on weekdays to get her ready, and she takes about 4 ounces a bottle. My mom usually ends up giving her 3 bottles a day by the time she leaves.

    I only have about 50 ounces in the freezer right now...

    I'm not opposed to giving her formula, I was just not emotionally ready to do this, or face having to stop BFing so soon...
