Of course I started my period last night too. While downstairs I realized that the outfit and blanket that I and DD1 came home from the hospital in (that my grandmother made) didn't make it. It was in a heavy duty ziplock inside a tote. We opened the tote for something and never put the lid back on, it tipped over and apparently the bag wasn't sealed good enough. I cried. This sucks. Oh, and I have no hot water. This is a terrible time for pms feels.
Seeing the simple things as awesome and new through the eyes of a child is the best part of being a parent. I just let Liam and G go swimming in their undies and you would think we went to Disney world. There is no other word to describe their faces than delighted.
Finally watching the show Married...the line "I spend all day making everyone else happy and then at the end of the day I have to make YOU happy??" speaks to me

We have been watching this show too. It's pretty funny. Have you gotten to the line, "I get it, you have a lot of vaginas to feed." It reminded me of the being pregnant with a penis or a vagina ridiculousness.

I love You Are the Worst, so I'm just catching up! I love Judy Greer and Nat Faxon.
@Mommycoffee I remember the BH starting around 21-23 weeks for my second. I was paranoid enough to go see my OB. She reminded me that it's just that we know what they feel like this time around so we are more aware of them. I was also scared to poop because DD was so much lower than DS and I was afraid I'd have a baby in the toilet.
I think she laughed at me a lot during my second pregnancy.
This one is so much lower than DD was as well! Ugh my hips.
I highly recommend a belly band of some sort!! I could barely walk with Ty he was so low. It's worth every penny to get a good one with lots of straps and velcro
I'm going to be able to do a big splurge on myself in the next year. Should I get LASIK (terrible vision) or a housecleaning once every other week? Hmmm.

HOUSECLEANING!!! It's not just for you, it's for your kids and your marriage!!
I'm so fucking mad right now! Two Sundays ago I went to the mall and bought 2 new pairs of work pants for the fall. I had the bag in my room (along with another bag of birthday gifts), but never put them away in my closet. Turns out that my cleaning lady must have thought that the bag was trash and threw them out on Thursday! I can't believe it. They weren't cheap either. I'm going to have DH call her to ask. I was so out of it after my surgery and busy before that with appointments and pr-op stuff that I didn't notice. So mad!! X(

As someone with terrible eyes currently ineligible for LASIK - I say do it out of pure jealousy that I can't! Housecleaning does sound amazing though too. Tough decision.

@WasNotWas (or anyone that's bought H&M stuff) - how does their sizing compare to say, Carters or Gap? LO fits into 18mo Carters, but still swims in Gap 18-24mo, and I'd love to pick up some pants from H&M, but don't know if I should order 12-18mo or 1 1/2-2y stuff.

I would say it's most comparable to Gap. I find Carters run very long. The question is the build of your LO. Bradley is a skinny mini so the H&M pants (especially the skinny jeans) fit him beautifully. Tyler can only fit in the sweat pants and loose fit jeans. The shirts do run a little long for Bradley's liking but they are perfect for Tyler's tummy.
@calikat80 - I'd totally go with the housecleaning. I have terrible eyesight too, but I'd go for the cleaning, because it's something that routinely gets to me more so than LO stealing the glasses off my face ;-)
Then I looked ALL over my house and still couldn't believe that
Work starts in 3 weeks and I have nothing to wear!
Long story short, I found the bag with my pants. Under my kingsize bed, in the middle balled up underneath where the pillows are. I have no idea how they got there but I have to imagine that one of my two cats had something to do with it. I did look under my bed but didn't see the bag because it was wedged back so far. My room is REALLY tidy so thats' why I didn't think to look that far back. So happy that I didn't call my cleaning lady and yell!
Geez... Theres a "fire challenge" too? Some schmucks are setting fire to themselves and then putting them out before they get burned. Some mom got arrested for helping her 16 year old do it. Whats wrong with people?
ETA i believe that this dumb challenge has nothing to do with any cause.
I've seen this! Please tell me it's just people being dumb and not a fundraiser.
The worst I've seen is a guy lighting his pubic hair on fire for this challenge! I couldn't believe my eyes, wtf!
I just got irrationally excited when @phishgirl29 posted that she found her pants. I threw my hands in the air for victory. I might need to cut back on the caffeine.
I'm probably overthinking this... I've just started going to my office gym do you change in the locker room like at a normal gym? I ran into a coworker and it was a bit weird.
Mine isn't an office gym but a lot of people from my office go to my gym. I change like normal. I think it would be more awkward to attempt to dress in the bathroom

@calikat80 My gut reaction is housecleaning, but lasik could be nice if you go swimming with your kids often.
