    Of course I started my period last night too. While downstairs I realized that the outfit and blanket that I and DD1 came home from the hospital in (that my grandmother made) didn't make it. It was in a heavy duty ziplock inside a tote. We opened the tote for something and never put the lid back on, it tipped over and apparently the bag wasn't sealed good enough. I cried. This sucks. Oh, and I have no hot water. This is a terrible time for pms feels.

    @majwv8 - I am hearing about this story here in Atlanta. I can't believe people are looting. That is so ridiculous and scary!

    We have been watching this show too. It's pretty funny. Have you gotten to the line, "I get it, you have a lot of vaginas to feed." It reminded me of the being pregnant with a penis or a vagina ridiculousness.

    I'm going to be able to do a big splurge on myself in the next year. Should I get LASIK (terrible vision) or a housecleaning once every other week? Hmmm.

    I'm so fucking mad right now! Two Sundays ago I went to the mall and bought 2 new pairs of work pants for the fall. I had the bag in my room (along with another bag of birthday gifts), but never put them away in my closet. Turns out that my cleaning lady must have thought that the bag was trash and threw them out on Thursday! I can't believe it. They weren't cheap either. I'm going to have DH call her to ask. I was so out of it after my surgery and busy before that with appointments and pr-op stuff that I didn't notice. So mad!! X(

    As someone with terrible eyes currently ineligible for LASIK - I say do it out of pure jealousy that I can't! Housecleaning does sound amazing though too. Tough decision.

    @WasNotWas (or anyone that's bought H&M stuff) - how does their sizing compare to say, Carters or Gap?  LO fits into 18mo Carters, but still swims in Gap 18-24mo, and I'd love to pick up some pants from H&M, but don't know if I should order 12-18mo or 1 1/2-2y stuff.

    I would say it's most comparable to Gap. I find Carters run very long. The question is the build of your LO. Bradley is a skinny mini so the H&M pants (especially the skinny jeans) fit him beautifully. Tyler can only fit in the sweat pants and loose fit jeans. The shirts do run a little long for Bradley's liking but they are perfect for Tyler's tummy.

    I feel like spam is a lot harder to keep up with today, just me? I have been busy at work and home so could be that.

    @calikat80 My gut reaction is housecleaning, but lasik could be nice if you go swimming with your kids often.

    LO has a fever again (though it's only 100.8 so far - here's to hoping this is it and we can get back to daycare on Thursday at least).

    At least he waited until after my defense to do this?  Too bad all the things I have left to do at work require me to BE THERE.

    Poor LO.  At daycare today he slept for two hours, had a snack, then slept for another hour, I picked him up, and he's asleep again.  So sad.

    Mine isn't an office gym but a lot of people from my office go to my gym. I change like normal. I think it would be more awkward to attempt to dress in the bathroom
